For the benefit of future guests, we would like to clarify a few points. The furnishings and décor are accurately represented in the listing photos, allowing guests to see the style and appearance of the home before booking. While design preferences may vary, the property appears as advertised. Complimentary beach chair service is provided for our guests and is clearly advertised in the property description. Therefore, the statement that guests need to bring their own beach chairs is inaccurate. A significant stain on the shower curtain was discovered after checkout and could not be removed, requiring replacement of the curtain. The damage was documented and photographed by our cleaning team, and the replacement cost was deducted from the security deposit in accordance with our rental agreement. Guests also have the option to purchase damage protection coverage through VRBO at the time of booking, but that option was not selected for this reservation. We take pride in maintaining our property, accurately representing it in our listing, and handling guest concerns fairly and professionally.
