Ce condo au sixième étage, récemment rénové, comprend une cuisine complète et une grande chambre principale avec bureau. Il y a un lit king size dans la chambre et un grand canapé-lit dans le salon. Le salon s'ouvre sur la véranda où vous apprécierez la vue sur l'océan et l'observation des baleines en hiver! La salle de bain dispose d'une douche à l'italienne. La cuisine complète a des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils et tout ce dont un cuisinier aurait besoin. Laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité. L'unité peut accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes. Great location and gorgeous view!

We loved staying here! Gorgeous view and well appointed unit. The only drawback - noise from the road. Other than that, we loved it.

It’s NOT a Crowded Beach

The condo is lovely. The grounds are immaculate and the building is right on the beach. Lovely for swimming as no big waves are present. The only people on the beach are ones staying in the building, max. 10 anytime we were out. The canoe club is right next door which adds real local flavor. Sometimes traffic can be loud from the condo lanai, but not impossible to live with.

Lovely condo with mountain and sea view but close to main road and traffic noise.

The condo was really lovely inside and well stocked with everything in kitchen, sitting area and bathroom. Really loved it. Only downside was the noisy AC and ceiling fan which meant we didn’t sleep too well first few nights. This was resolved when property agent provided a portable fan.

We didnt spend much time in Kihei, but used it as a base to travel north to snorkel. Kitchen had everything. If you are a coffee drinker, bring your own coffee. There is a pot available.

Amazing apartment by the sea!

We were absolutely amazed by this apartment by the sea! Well equipped and as described on the website. This apartment is not sea front, but we still can see and hear the sea very loudly. The only inconvenient is that we could also hear the road a little bit when there was trafic. Very easy check-in process with the management team. The communicated with us before we got there and we didn't have to search for information. It definitely made our stay easier. We would definitely go back!

I will be coming back to this place

I absolutely loved it here. Amazing view every morning. It had everything we needed. I loved the location so much. Very Quiet and the locals are friendly. And not far from anything we wanted to do. This place was so just perfect for us. It was clean overall except when I went to wash my dishes there were dishes in the dishwasher from I assume the last person and they were not clean. There was very nasty food that was petrified to the dishes. I’m sure it was just forgotten about. I scrubbed them and went on my way. Everything else was great and I will definitely come back here.

Perfect Location, Small, not updated, great beach

For our first time visiting Maui, we stayed here, not knowing a whole lot. Kihei seemed to be a great central location for everything we wanted to do and see. The beach on property was clean and calm, beautiful sunsets. Didn’t use the pool but there was one available. The unit itself is perfect for those who are going to stay busy, it’s small, more dated than I thought. Light switches didn’t work with lamps, and could probably use a little TLC, but overall functional, small balcony with side view of ocean. Our biggest set back was the amount of road noise at night. Everything was functional, and perfect for two people who didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Which who goes on vacation for the room? Beach access was great and nice that there’s community chairs, etc. Nice sunsets, and the building itself was calm and quiet. Close to everything you could want to do.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had an amazing view! It was also quiet, clean and had plenty of supplies like towels, beach bags, chairs, a cooler. A couple residents living in the condo were so friendly and gave us suggestions of places to go. We enjoyed lounging on the lawn area so we had the ocean view without the sand. This location is a short drive to where most of the restaurants and nearby parks, with a couple places within walking distance like Dina's.

I had to place a cardboard in between the glass and the frame because the rattle noise caused by the strong wind pushing on the thin glass. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kealia Resort was an absolutely wonderful place to stay for our vacation. It was great to have so many amenities in our unit. We saved a lot on paying for checked luggage by washing clothes in the unit. Additionally, the location is great. You are centrally located on the island which means you can get places a lot faster than if you stayed on the west or southern coasts. We loved the pool. The beach access is also great. We walked down to a local bakery multiple times during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Maui Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is not up to the standard we paid for in previous years at another resort. The location is great with a partial ocean view. Grounds are nice but not used as they should be. I think the main reason is that visitors are required to unstack a lounge and place it in the yard and return it when finished. Most of the visitors we noticed were seniors. Our unit was very small and has need to remodel. Dishes and appliances were not clean. a few needed to be replaced. Management were very quick and efficient to respond to all needs. I would not recommend this unit. The beach is wonderful and one can walk miles. We had been to Maui and would recommend Threes, Lava Rock café and the sugar beach café. Love the whole island.
