Regarding the bathroom, as you mentioned, the photos in our listing accurately depict the size and condition of this space. We understand the small bathroom may not suit everyone's preferences, but given the budget-conscious nature of our apartment, we've had to make choices about how to allocate our resources. Adding a table and more chairs is certainly an idea we can consider, but that would reduce the available space in the apartment. We try to strike a balance between providing comfortable furnishings and maintaining an uncluttered, functional layout.
