Bienvenue à la Villa La Concha! Ceci est une maison de luxe de l'île étonnante située à l'extrémité nord de l'île Anna Maria. Cette maison de 6 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain est idéalement équipée avec une piscine privée chauffée avec spa, un patio couvert au bord de la piscine avec coin salon extérieur et un barbecue! Offrant le meilleur des deux mondes, vous n'êtes qu'à une simple promenade de la plage et vous avez la piscine dans votre jardin privé!

Cette incroyable maison a 6 chambres et peut accueillir confortablement 12 personnes. La maison dispose de 5 lits king-size dont 3 chambres avec salle de bains privative. La sixième chambre est équipée de lits jumeaux superposés. Cette chambre est parfaite pour les enfants! La disposition et la taille de cette maison sont idéales pour que des groupes de famille et des amis se réunissent confortablement.

Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez la cuisine et la grande pièce, une salle d’eau, une buanderie, ainsi que 2 chambres king avec salles de bains privatives. Jusqu'au niveau supérieur, vous trouverez 3 autres chambres king, une avec salle de bains privative, la chambre avec lits superposés et une salle de bains complète avec combo douche et baignoire.

This rental is outstanding! The location to everything including a 3 minute walk to the beach is unbeatable. This place was better than the pictures. The outdoor space was so perfect. The management Company was welcoming, communicative and easy to work with. We will definitely rent here again!!

The property was great! Also very clean. One bed cover had a small stain (looked like spilled iced tea). The fridge was a little small for the size of the house. Would come back again.

Best Family Spring Break Ever

Three generations, multiple families, an occasional visitor- all enjoyed the comfortable home, well equipped kitchen, kid-friendly pool, easy walk to beautiful beach and sunsets. AMI was helpful for crib, high chair rentals and very attentive to our comfort. Great vacation!

Ideal location, great layout

This home was ideally located within a 3-5 min walk to the beach. The house was large enough for multiple multiple families, or a large friend group, and came equipped with plenty of towels, glassware and dishes. The management company was very responsive to any requests and continue to check-in with us to ensure our satisfaction with the property.

Perfect Beach House

This was our second time renting this Beachhouse. It was my mothers 80th birthday and the family gathered for her celebration at the beach it was a wonderful trip. The house is so comfortable with king size beds in every room. Plenty of bathrooms and the water pressure in the showers is amazing. The pool Is great for after beach relaxation. The management is very attentive and quick to answer any questions or needs. We will be back

Great house Great location

This home was just beautiful. Clean, spacious, and comfy big beds. Kitchen was well equipped and wonderful to cook in. Pool, spa area is also great for family fun - nice large grill. Garage has ping pong and foosball machine. Extra beach equipment: toys, wagon, umbrella, boogie boards. Wonderful quiet neighborhood where you walk straight to the beach without crossing any roads. We enjoyed walking to downtown area to enjoy the many shops and restaurants. Great to make arrangements with.

Good location

Great location and very clean house. No good communication with the mannager and has damaged appliances that do not work. missing furniture in the pool area and the grill does not work well. Nice house but should improve the maintenance and add things to make it a house with all its amenities.

Beautiful house and yard

We had 10 adults and 1 child. The pool alarms definitely worked to keep the 5 year old from venturing out alone. He had no trouble walking the short distance to the beach with us. This is probably the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental property,it had everything you might need. Easy to contact the property manager,the one glitch we had was taken care of within a few hours. I would recommend this house to a family,our extended family.loved it.

Anna Maria is magical

This property was in the most perfect location. We spent 5 nights here and felt right at home immediately. The beds were comfortable, we had ample space and we fell in love with the island. We traveled with four teens and 3 couples. The only suggestions for Improvement would be to have kitchen towels and cushions for the dining chairs in the kitchen. These are only very minor details but just two things that could easily be addressed. I had to think hard to come up with any complaint at all:) Overall this house is magnificent and I can not wait to visit again! Thanks for al the memories made.

Great Location

The only reason I did not give this property 5 stars is because we had issues with the pool and hot tub. The heat pump was leaking which caused the water level in the pool to continuously drop low and we had to keep a water hose in the pool at all times. This caused the pool not to be as clean as it should have been and several people in our group ended up with ear infections. This being said the management was very responsive and sent pool people out to check the pool and also took our concerns seriously and compensated us appropriately. Other than the pool the house was fantastic! It did get pretty warm on the main level while cooking in the kitchen. The kitchen was very well stocked and had plenty of room for a large group. The location is absolutely fantastic!! It is only about 4 houses from the beach and a few blocks from Pine Ave. If you like to ride bikes the house is in a great location to ride a bike anywhere you would want to go.

Perfect beach house! Soooo close to the beach and the pool rocked!

There was 10 of us(4 adults, 5 month old, 1 1 year old, 4 year old, 5 year old, 8 year old and 9 year old) we didn’t touch 2 bedrooms lol. All the kids wasn’t to squeeze on the bottom bunk bed! Which 3 did! The bunk bed room was a perfect playroom! All the bedrooms were so comfortable and all had TVs snd fans which is great! The pool was phenomenal. Great for the kids and adults. The location to shops was 3-5 mins drive in the golf cart we rented. Which was a great experience with AMI Local took care of setting up. The checkin process for the house and cart was flawless. Kitchen was the most stocked rental I’ve ever seen. The beach!!! A pleasant stroll to the beach down the quiet street! It made going so easy! The concierge service did a wonderful job!

He had a great time! The property was clean and well supplied. they should have more placemats , and check out all the TV's room to be working. But in general I think is a wonderful property, walking distance from the beach that makes it wonderful

Perfect house for a large family!

This house is BEAUTIFUL! The spaciousness of the rooms and the closeness to the beach make it a perfect place to stay for anyone, but especially la family with little kids! We loved the pool and the built-in baby pool. The outdoor lounge area was really nice. All the bedrooms were very big and nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We came with our 5 young children and had a wonderful week. We came and went to the beach several times a day, as it is just a few houses away. It took us about 3-4 minutes to walk onto or home from our favorite beach. We saw dolphins every morning and most evenings right off the beach! You can’t beat this location! We prefer the North end of the island where it is very quiet and chill.We go to Anna Maria every year, but this is our first time staying at this home. We will certainly be back to this beauty!!

Great location, but not clean

The location is superb, it is on a dead end street which ends to the beach; it is a short walk to the end of the street to the beach. There is no through traffic, so very quiet location. It is also in a good location within the island. The house itself is fairly new, looks like a recent build. The flow of the house is good, well designed. The checkin process was easy, given a code, worked easily and smoothly. The house had not had a proper deep clean in a long while. There was mold in multiple showers. There was mold in the kitchen sink. The faucet had mold. The kitchen counter top had food residue that was dried to the counter top. The floors were not mopped before our arrival. The management company did send cleaners the next day to clean. They showed up with a spray bottle and a sponge and told their child in the back seat they would be right back, we told them they needed a deep clean, so they sent another crew later who cleaned the problem areas. The refrigerator did not work. The management company sent another one and put it in the garage. The main living area with the kitchen is on the second floor. We had brought a lot of food with us, some of which we had to discard because it took us another day of trying to figure out if the refrigerator in the garage was working. The property manager did communicate when we reached out to her and did try her best to fix things. Unfortunately, we spent the first 24 hours of our trip being disgusted and annoyed, so it affected our trip. We asked for a partial refund for the first day, and we were denied. We called VRBO and they were not much help, telling us we had to deal directly with the property manager. All in all, the house is nice and in a great location, but has poor management. This is my first ever negative review on VRBO or other home rental platforms. If something is not ideal, I usually move on, but in this case, I felt compelled to leave my review. I would not rent here again.

Hello Firas, Guest services and satisfaction is taken very seriously at AMI Locals. We were very quick to respond by visiting you at the property, to hear your concerns in person, and address as necessary. Cleanliness is very important to us which is why we utilize professional cleaners and a professional linen service to ensure the upmost quality is maintained and provided to our guests for each and every stay. We inspect our homes and keep them on a rigorous maintenance schedule to ensure everything is well maintained and in working order. As this is a home, some things do require unexpected repairs despite our diligences to maintain them. We do act as quickly as possible to avoid any inconvenience to our guests should an issue arise. We had provided a back up refrigerator. The main kitchen refrigerator has since been fixed and all works perfectly. We are glad you enjoyed the layout of the home and it's location to the beach and on a quiet street. It is lovely home with great functionality and amenities for a perfect beach vacation.

The Management Company is Super

The place had many issues with wobbly fans, bugs by the pool- we couldn't go by the pool at night or we were eaten alive by mosquitos. There was a broken towel bar and issues with the refrigerator. There were only 2 pans to cook with and no wine glasses at all. The bedrooms are large and roomy but the main room is small and very tight for a large group. The house is not stocked properly in the kitchen for the number of guests. The tv didn't work in the main room. The location is great and the management company was very responsive to all of our calls and texts.

Kelly, thank you for your compliments on our management company. We at AMI Locals take guest services and the upkeep of our homes very seriously. This is why we are so responsive to any issues that come to our attention. As this is a home, appliances sometimes falter and need repair unexpectedly even though we are rigorous with home inspections and routine maintenance. We were able to bring a back up refrigerator for your use with in minutes of your report that there was an issue. Parts were needed to repair the kitchen refrigerator and have since been ordered and replaced so all is working perfectly again. We were also quick to bring you more pans. Per our conversation there are other pots and pans but they are stainless steel and you needed non-stick for convenience of use. A new set was delivered to the home. The cable did go out in the main living room and we were quick to have the service provider out next day to fix the issue. Some things are out of our control and we must rely on service providers for the fix. We do have regular pest control service at our homes which include mosquito service outside. The location and functionality of this home are fantastic, being just a few homes away from the beach access. We work to ensure our guests are able to relax and enjoy all the home and island has to offer.
