Excellent emplacement pour s'amuser en famille!

Salle de jeux: Le garage fermé comprend une table de billard de 8 ’, une table de ping-pong KillerSpin, une table de baby-foot Tornado et une grande table de hockey sur air. Avec un téléviseur grand écran 55 pouces 4K, tout le monde a une vue magnifique sur les films ou le sport tout en jouant dans la salle de jeux. Internet sans fil est disponible dans toute la résidence.

À l'extérieur: profitez du temps dans la piscine ou le bain à remous! Il y a un immense bassin à koi avec plusieurs ponts, patios et pavillons couverts pour en profiter! De plus, un panier de basketball, un puits en fer à cheval, une boule de pétanque et du matériel de balançoire / jeux pour enfants !! La cuisine extérieure adjacente à la piscine est équipée d'un réfrigérateur à boissons, d'un évier et d'un barbecue à charbon. Plus de 70 chaises, bascules, planeurs et balançoires pour s’asseoir et admirer la vue imprenable sur le Texas Hill Country. Aussi, comme bonus supplémentaire, vous êtes à 500 mètres de la zone des communs pour profiter de la rivière Colorado et du lac LBJ !!!

Dormir apportera de beaux rêves avec 5 très grands lits dans cinq espaces de couchage séparés.

La maison principale (14 personnes): Une maison en bois unique avec 3 chambres (toutes équipées de lits king size), un loft (avec 2 lits de repos intégrés et des lits jumeaux dans les deux chambres à l'étage). Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon et deux lits pliants. Le Master est situé en bas et a sa propre télévision 65 "pour la détente du soir! Master bain a un son et son évier ainsi qu'une baignoire à jets. La 1/2 salle de bain en bas et la laveuse / sécheuse aident avec toutes les nécessités de la vie. La salle à manger a deux tables et un bar pouvant accueillir 21 personnes. La cheminée en pierre et la grande salle de réunion principale réuniront toute la famille! L'énorme téléviseur 4K à écran géant de 75 pouces avec Blue Ray DVD constitue un cadre idéal pour le cinéma!

Le dortoir (8 personnes): Ensemble avec la salle de jeux et Hayloft mais séparé de la maison principale. Le Bunkhouse comprend 1 lit King et 2 ensembles de lits superposés (2 lits jumeaux sur lits doubles). Une télévision 4K 55 pouces est également incluse pour vous détendre après une journée de divertissement dans la salle de jeux voisine.

Au-dessus de la salle de jeux et du dortoir se trouve le loft Hay (8 personnes): vous trouverez un immense studio tout compris, comprenant une cuisine entièrement équipée et un lave-linge / sèche-linge. Il comprend 1 lit king size, deux beaux lits de repos avec des lits gigognes en dessous. Le canapé tire également sur un lit queen. Il s’agit d’une escapade tranquille avec sa propre télévision 4K grand écran de 70 pouces et une assise confortable.
Cette maison n’est pas sur l’eau, mais a accès au front de mer du complexe, notamment une rampe de mise à l'eau, un quai, un trampoline aquatique et un mini-golf.

The pool was large enough for our group and it was nice to have a cover on part of the pool. We enjoyed sitting at the coy pond and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, appliances, cookware, and two refrigerators. Our group enjoyed sitting out on the deck. There was plenty of seating and tables for everyone. The bedding on the bottom trundle bed was not clean, other than that I would highly recommend this house.

Great place for a family

The setting was just lovely! Having the pool and koi pond settled in the country made for such a nice ambiance. Having a pool table and ping pong table was nice for the kids. The sleeping arrangement is unique, but was no issue for our large group! There was a cat that threw up by the door and ran inside several times. Some of our allergies were triggered, but he was very sweet. The amenities and ease to rent a boat and jetskis from the venue was wonderful. Would go back for sure!

If owners freshened up and focused on disrepair we would highly recommend. Felt carpets were dirty and questionable cleanliness of some linens and some mattresses need to be replaced. Very unique property that we really enjoyed.

An Escape from Reality!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Coyote Moon with 17 women! Every year we have our women's retreat at LCC. This year was no different. The staff is consistently wonderful and accommodating. They consistently explain what is available to do on-site and have plenty to in the surrounding area. All the houses are amazing but Coyote Moon is special to us. It always feels like we are on an island all to ourselves where we can worship, sing and just be free to be ourselves while we are there. The location is very therapeutic and restful. The pool and hot tubs are clean and the property is kept very tidy. We look forward to returning next year!
