Super great location. Some reviews mention the lack of direct ocean views because of the dunes. I actually found it extra peaceful - all the sounds of the beach without looking at all the people. Condo has easy parking and a nice layout. Well stocked kitchen.

Very nice condo.

Overall, it is a very nice condo. No real check in to speak of. We recieved our code a day before we got there. Arrived there at 330 on saturday and just started our vacation. Very short walk to the beach. Condo was quiet and parking was easy. Very nice week. We would stay again.

Beautiful place very relaxing.

Would have like an ocean view instead of dunes but it was still very beautiful and we had a great stay.

In order to keep beach front condos safe, the city built the dunes, so a partial not full view of the ocean occurs. However, the convenient first floor deck ramp leading directly to the beach is an amenity that few beach front condos offer.

Great place

Love love love the condo. Great location. Beach was not over crowded because there are no high rises right there. The condo is well done, comfy and love the back porch and furniture. Qould definitely stay there again.

This condo was A. The owner was so nice and responsive to any/all questions that we had. It was a beautiful space. We could tell the owner put a lot of energy into making the place beautiful and welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice dishes, pots & pans, utensils, and so many of the little things you need, but don’t usually remember to bring with you on a trip.The best part is the awesome, large back porch and direct beach access from it. We loved going back and forth to the ocean without the hassle of going through a lobby or around to steps and hallways.The only thing we didn’t enjoy is that 1 of the weeks we were there, a family stayed above us and it was noisy. The floors in this building were not made with solace in mind. We were up at 8 am every day that week due to loud footsteps and banging. It’s not the owners fault by any means, but a major drawback if you like quiet.

Beach front condo

Great location, and very,very well equipped kitchen for a rental. Lovely living space and deck. Really appreciate the beach chairs and umbrella provided too. The bedrooms however seem to need a little love. The queen bed was so uncomfortable and encased in plastic (king size, so plastic was hanging out making it difficult to put sheets on) and was very unpleasant to sleep on, I had to go get a padded topper to add to it. The twin room had an awful smell (urine! ) and more plastic on the mattress (assuming related issues?) The dusty dust ruffles on the beds and dusty window treatments in the bedrooms are kind of gross. I know beach condos can get musty but the smells in the bedrooms were just off. It is mid season but seems like the whole place is due for a deep cleaning. Living room throw pillows are also stained and tired, didn’t want to touch them. Dining chair cushions are also well worn and not the most comfortable. I may be nit picking but it is an expensive vacation and I like things to be clean and fresh for these prices. Overall nice condo and we had a great stay.

Convenience

We enjoyed ourselves, but the experience overall was good. Many things were great, some others just inconvenient! The deck ramp was super helpful and convenient. Beach access was AMAZING! Communication prior to check in was awesome. Linda provides a lot of details relative to the area to assist in enjoying your time. The property was well stocked with kitchen ware and cleaning supplies. The only concern was as a renter every where you turned, there was another set of instruction notes. Including a note left that the home is equipped with Nanny cams in every room. As a parent, that concerned me. After reaching out Linda clarified those are only active during the off season; however, it just made me feel very uncomfortable prior to speaking with her. That info could be better communicated in the listing. The kitchen sink sprayer broke, stuck in the on position during our whole stay. We waited today’s with no response and then multiple on a day when we were busy that I didn’t respond to immediately. The result was to just fix the problem after our stay. There was a broken chair we were notified not to use, but maintenance would be by and never showed. The screen door kept getting stuck which was frustrating. All that to stay, we enjoyed the home and nothing is going to be perfect. The beds were comfortable, the deck was huge and relaxing. There is a plastic container as a foot bath to wash off on the deck, but in the front of the building there is a sprayer location.

There are NO “nanny cams” in my condo. There is one security cam in the living room, which is ONLY turned on during the off season when I do not have renters. The renter was informed of that on the day of arrival. The “notes” to renters (total of three posted in the two bathrooms and kitchen) are reminders to replace emergency guest supplies (bathroom tissue, soap, paper towels, etc) if the renters choose to use them instead of their own, so the next renter will have them available. Hotels provide these items; however, rental condos usually do not. I do as a consideration to my renters.

The condo was very clean and an excellent location for our family with small children. The easy access to the beach off of the deck was wonderful. The entire condo was well equipped with everything you could need on vacation.

Had a good time. Wish we had a view of the surf but with the dune it’s understandable. Very easy access to the beach straight from the back porch.

We are so happy that you liked our condo. As you noted, the location is very convenient. We switched cleaning crews this year, and we are thrilled to say that all of our renters have been very satisfied with the cleanliness. As far as the ocean view is concerned, many years ago the Ocean City Town Council decided the establish protective dunes throughout the city. This was necessary to protect both property and residents. The dunes have been a success. We have not suffered storm surge damage as many other resorts have. As a result of the dunes, first floor apartments do have an obstructed full view of the ocean. However, we are fortunate that our condo has a beautiful partial view, and as a first floor apartment, we are able to enjoy a ramp that leads directly to the beach - something that most OC condos do not have. Thank you for your input. We are glad that you had a nice vacation.

The location of this condo could not be more perfect. Direct access from back deck to the beach was absolutely perfect, especially with two small children. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with all the products you would need to keep the home in order. This condo is meticulously maintained. The owners were extremely quick to respond to any questions we had about the property. Plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance or a short drive. We will definitely be looking to stay again! This property has everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation.

Adorable condo with beach access.

We loved our stay at this condo. We have stayed in a few Carousel Condos as well as hotels in Ocean City but nothing was as clean or comfortable as this one. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans for anything you might want to cook. They really thought of everything down to a cordless vacuum to help keep everything clean. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit this area!
