Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.

Parking: Reserved parking spot. No garage access. Only ONE CAR ALLOWED with rental of unit H1. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Waikoloa Beach Villas H1 is an end unit in the H Building. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

My only issue was that they were doing construction adjacent to my unit during my stay. I appreciate the time table was made by the HOA and owner was not notified appropriately so we as the renters only got a last minute notification.

This was our third stay in one of these condos because they are so well suited to family vacations. Loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. This end unit directly across from the pool was perfect and very walkable to Queen’s Market. The patio grill was particularly appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped with the basics needed.

Overall, a great very well stocked kitchen. Was also nice to have a couple of fans. Loved the fridge-freezer with the ice ball maker Staff was there right away to fix any issues. Would definitely stay at this property again

Home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place is so comfortable with beautiful Hawaiian decor. The pool & gardens are stunning and the view from our courtyard was amazing. It was very easy to relax and be in holiday mode. The staff are wonderful too! Check in & check out was very easy. Shops just across the road and the beach is a short walk away. Perfect location & we will definitely holiday here again.

The location was absolutely the best for us. It was perfect for our time in Waikoloa. But having to take a shower in the second and third bathrooms with plastic shower curtains inside of the glass doors made for a very uncomfortable small spaced shower.

Looking to relax in comfort?

Great location with golf course view. Built in bbq on lanai is definitely a plus. It was literally home away from home with all the amenities. I’ve been to many properties in and around Waikoloa and would highly recommend this property. The property management company is also very responsive. Enjoy!

Loved it!

We took our 5 adult children, 1 teen and our 10 year old. We absolutely loved the property. The outdoor grill made cooking dinner easy. Everything was in walking distance. It’s a fabulous property that we’d love to return to! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Villa with Convenient Location

Only have 1 parking, but it’s very close to the shopping center (walking distance). There’s a beach close by and there’s a large free parking access too. We went to beach every morning to swim with turtles 🐢💜 There’s a cute rental black cat comes by to spend time outside🐈‍⬛ She was so cuddly and sweet, if no one owns her we’d like to bring her home🥹 Lava Lava Beach Club was our favorite place to eat while we stay there! Beautiful view and all waiters are very friendly and welcoming.

Golf trip

The weather was really great except for one morning the wind kicked up and blew like 35 40 mph only for a few hours than it cleared up and the temp back to 80+. The condo was handy and nice close to the hot tub and pool. We went out to eat several time and other times we went to the Island Market and bought our dinners brought it back and ate at home. Close to the golf course.

The property is a beautiful amazing place. My whole family had a great stay and time. Enjoyed the whole condo just so comfotable for the size of family we had. We all enjoyed the convenient shopping, and walking distant to the beaches and hotels. Had a barbecue time in the back it was awesome time with family. It is an amazing place. The only issue we had was the hot water, but otherwise it is a great place. I would like to thank you to the whole staff who was friendly and very helpful. You all made our vacation with a happy memory. Thank You.

Beautiful!!!

Our family had an amazing stay at Waikoloa Villas. The unit was right across from the pool, which was a plus for our toddler and my dad who has a hard time getting around. The unit had a beautiful view of the golf course and sunsets and an area for our daughter to run around outside. There was 8 of us total and it was perfectly roomy for all of us! Thank you so much!

I loved the convenience of groceries and shops; they are right across the street. The beach access is about a 15min walk from our location. I really lived the home and it’s amenities, the only thing I had a problem with, is the the house is not as clean as it should be. There were spiderwebs throughout the house, mildew in the shower and all the showers would clog up.

Very Nice Place and Good Location

We really liked this unit with the only exception being that the air conditioning seemed to be intermittent and the unit would be 72 sometimes and 87 other times. We took one star off for that, but acknowledge that we did not report the issue to the managers at the time. Other than the one issue, everything else was 5 stars and as we expected.

Positives and negative to our family vacation

We met our daughter’s family at this house for a week together. The location of the house was great. We were close to the children’s pool and had a nice quiet back patio area that looked out over the golf course. BBQ worked well. The only start supplies in the kitchen was salt and pepper and two coffee pouches of 6 cups of coffee. My daughter arrived first and found hair in tubs and sinks as well as Dirty dishes. Cleaning is not the ideal start to a vacation. We received multiple notices on parking violations stating we needed to park one car in the garage. We did not have use of the garage. We had a few beach chairs, with garbage and gunk in the pockets, small coolers, beach umbrellas, and some sand toys in a closet. When booking this house I was looking at one that had the Hilton pass included. Somehow I missed the confirmation of the different number and we ended up without the pass. Washer and dryer worked well as did the AC. We hope to be back, but I will avoid this unit.

What a perfect place to stay on the Big Island! Just across the street from the Queens Market and the Kings Market just down the street. Lots of great restaurants, Roy's, Foster's and a small market that serves good food and has a happy hour from 2 to 5pm each day. It was a 15 minute walk to a sandy beach with great snorkeling, so perfect location for our family of five. Loved that the house had three bedrooms with three bathrooms, TV's in each of them and one in the living/kitchen area. The troops were well entertained. Kitchen is well equipped and spacious. They have all the beach equipment, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler, pool noodles and there are two pools in the complex. The back porch looks out onto a golf course and has a great BQ/outdoor kitchen set up. The beds were a bit soft for me but the kids liked them and I prefer cotton sheets over microfiber the rest of the family were fine with it. I would happily stay here again!

Great stay in roomy condo

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was everything we expected! Very clean and organized, and it was equipped with whatever we needed. The condo was large enough to accommodate 3 adult couples comfortably. The pool was in our back yard!

Beautiful on the surface

We were disappointed in the condition of the property once we got settled. It shows the wear and tear of many guests. Smelled like mold in the washer (management tried to help but it didn’t work) and several other places in the house. Showers weren’t hot, A/C worked in the master but air didn’t get to other parts of the house. And there were other issues, too. We reported our concerns to management in the hope that some repairs could be made for future guests.

Hi Terri and Doug, We appreciate your detailed comments on how we can make the unit more suitable for future guests. We strive to meet and exceed our guests expectations –and apologize that we were not able to do so during your visit. The AC has quarterly maintenance and we alerted the vendor to your feedback. Due to your comments we have had the water heater and washer checked as well, to make sure we do not have a larger problem. Again, thank you for taking the time to share your perspective, as comments from the guests perspective are the best way for us to improve our operations and know what is needed to make the property comfortable.
