Restez avec nous et vivez la vraie vie au bord du lac dans cet adorable chalet récemment rénové et joliment décoré. Les stations de ski de Charlottesville et Massanutten sont à seulement 20 km, Harrisonburg à 30, le parcours de golf à 9 minutes et nous sommes entourés de plus de 20 établissements vinicoles. La cabine dispose de 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain avec un nouveau grand espace de vie extérieur. Cette cabine est l'endroit idéal pour passer des vacances de qualité à tout moment de l'année. Nous avons tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter du lac, y compris un grand bain à remous «Bullfrog» pour 6 personnes, des canoës, des planches pour le stand up paddle, un bateau à aubes pour 4 personnes, des radeaux, une cuisine bien approvisionnée, des équipements de pêche et de plage. La communauté a aussi une belle plage avec pavillon. Terrain de golf est de 9 minutes. Vos chiens sont les bienvenus

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful view! Porch is inviting and relaxing, along with the hot tub. Zip line was a hit with the kids!! Along with the swing.

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lake house! The home was well equipped with everything we needed and more and the host was very communicative. We really enjoyed the sun room with the beautiful lake views and cozy fireplace. We would certainly stay again if we return to the area!

Fall Shenandoah NP Base Camp

Relaxing oasis. Great location from Skyline Dr., (15 minutes). Spent most of our time outdoors on the covered, screened in porch. Enjoyed the lake on paddle boards and the paddle boat. Ended our evenings with s’mores around the fire pit with firewood provided. Already planning our next trip. James was a great host.

Mtn Lake Getaway

We were looking for a mountain/lake getaway to unplug, unwind, and cool off during the summer. This place was just perfect for our family of 4 including our dogs. The place had everything you needed. The lake was perfect. We definitely recommend and hope to be back next summer.

Lovely Spring Break Family Getaway

We had a great time during our stay! The house and grounds are lovely! Enjoyed the lake, hot tub, zip line and outdoor area. Quick drive to Shenandoah for some hiking. Enjoyed the rainy day in the sunroom reading and playing games!

Amazing place, Great location

Amazing place. Went here for my birthday with family and friends. Great location to Massanutten resort to ski/snowboard, and also to Charlottesville for UVA sports, or just visiting Charlottesville in general. Great host. Highly recommend!

Great scenic cabin getaway!

Cabin was a great location on a small lake. Kids had a good time with the paddle boards in the cove area. We spent most of our afternoons hanging out on the screened in porch which was a relaxing way to enjoy our vacation time. Convenient location allowed for spending the mornings sight seeing the many attractions including Luray Caverns, Monticello and hiking in Shenandoah National Park.

Perfection!

Hands down one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever visited. The neighborhood was gorgeous and quiet. The neighbors were also extremely friendly. The hosts so generously allow guests to use anything you could possibly ask for to enjoy the lake. I could go on for days with all the pros of this place!!! It was a true gem! Don’t waste your time looking around BOOK IT!

Secluded get-away in a convenient location...

The view from the back deck and location on the lake felt as if we were visiting a private mountain retreat. The property was lovely and perfect for outdoor activities. Our travel plans included visiting UVA, Monticello and the Shenandoah National Forrest. The cabin was not only conveniently located but adorably decorated and well stocked with bedding, towels, kitchen and outdoor equipment. The only thing I would note is that it only has one bathroom - the description had said two.

Beauty Abounds

We would highly recommend this amazing little slice of heaven on the lake . We hit a minor snag with the wrong passcode and no cell service but were able to clear it up quickly. There was a discrepancy with weather there was one or two bathrooms but we were fine with one. Over all We would highly recommend this cabin and hope to stay again in the future. It is well stocked and you can’t beat the lake and surrounding areas!

We love outdoors.. it was the most perfect environment.. especially the huge screened in porch. My husband and I slept on the futon and experienced the downpours and thunder echoing through the mountains.. best experience ever. Kayaks and canoes at hand, we needed nothing. Relaxing lake home getaway!

Everything about our trip was perfect! The home was very clean and so comfy, you instantly feel at home upon arrival. It was also stocked with everything we needed. We loved relaxing in the hot tub! We made it there right before snow fall and it was beautiful watching the snow fall on the property and the lake. We were so appreciative that the divine family could accommodate us for an extra unplanned night, but we just werent ready to leave! We are very much looking forward to booking and coming back in the summer to enjoy the lake! Book this property, you wont regret it and will definitely want to come back!

A Little Piece Of Heaven

After a very tough year we needed a quiet place to unwind for a bit. I loved this property. It was spacious, quiet and a beautiful view. It had all of the things we needed and more. The owner was very helpful and responded to any needs or questions. The only bummer was we weren't able to go to the private beach area because a previous renter had taken the pass. Note that the road going in to the property is very curvy and a bit rough but no issues getting to it. I loved the rustic, country lake decor. We look forward to going again!

Lake retreat

More than we expected for sure fantastic stay with just a few suggestions. BBQ pit was unusable as it was so dirty, shower faucet and water pull needs repair (thought it might break), adding some steps for us short people to set down the pier. The ones on the pier are in the water and large log impededing access. Curtainsin the master for sleeping in would be great as well. Hot tub was awesome and that covered porch was so perfect. You have straight access to the lake and all the water toys and that was a huge plus. We will definitely be back.

Perfect 'Family Time' vacation!

Trying to get kids away from the digital world is almost impossible. That's what I thought until we stayed at this beautiful and well-equipped cabin. All four kids were too busy kayaking, canoeing, fishing, hot tubbing, paddle boarding, paddle boating, hiking, and sitting with family and friends around the fire pit. My 15 yr old daughter isn't a fan of bugs - so I expected her to be inside on her phone the entire time. Instead, she was the ring leader of all activities! Thank you for sharing your home and affording us the opportunity for togetherness, laughs, fun and relaxing with the people I love the most! We will certainly return. :-)
