La vie est meilleure au bord de la mer!

Situé au nord-est de l'île, ce condo neuf de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains est situé à 3 minutes à pied des longues plages de la belle plage. La région de North Beach offre un rythme moins encombré et plus lent pour profiter d’une journée de détente à la plage à la recherche des dents de requin ou d���un après-midi dans l’un des nombreux parcs à proximité. Idéalement situé à quelques minutes de Fort Clinch et du centre-ville historique, cet emplacement est idéal pour profiter du meilleur de l'île d'Amelia.

Entièrement rénovées en 2018, les rénovations effectuées dans l'ensemble du condo incluent de nouvelles salles de bains, une cuisine, un système de chauffage, la ventilation et la ventilation, etc. Chaque chambre dispose d'un tout nouveau lit California King, d'une télévision connectée et de rideaux occultants pour une sieste relaxante. Utilisez le WiFi haut débit pour consulter vos courriels ou diffuser vos émissions de télévision préférées. L'écran plat de 55 pouces dans le salon dispose d'une Apple TV avec plus de 550 films pour votre plus grand plaisir.

Ce condo d'angle calme comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, un lave-linge / sèche-linge privé et des ponts avant et arrière pour profiter du lever de soleil sur l'océan ou de la faune sauvage de Fort Clinch.

À 10 minutes à pied de Main Beach, vous trouverez des restaurants au bord de l’océan, des putt-putts, des terrains de jeux, des patins à roulettes et des terrains dégagés pour de nombreux espaces de jeux. Idéalement situé à quelques minutes du parc national de Fort Clinch, du centre aquatique, du parc de travail d'Egan’s Creek et du centre-ville historique.

We have family stay at a house on the beach and a few other folks rented units in this complex. Great spot. Great facility. Nice rooms and comfy beds. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the location. If you are not going to stay on the beach front this is a great place to stay. It was very nice and clean! It's an easy walk to the beach and the pool was very nice also. We would definitely come back.

we were so pleased with the quality of the condo. It has lovely decor, lots of good pots and pans, comfortable beds and very clean. it's a short hop to the beach and lots of bike riding opportunities.

We really liked the location. Had to call the rental company a couple of times to make repairs. They were very prompt in helping us. Wish there was a grill and also some kind of dresser in the bedrooms.

Fernandina Beach Vacation

This was a very nice, well stocked rental. Comfy beds, great location to the beach. The only negatives I can say were that the ice maker in the freezer was a bit noisy and the code for the beach cart did not work so we did have to lug our gear to the beach. Not the end of the world though.

Great place for our kids

We had a nice vacation even though the weather didn't cooperate. The best part was being able to walk to the ocean and the park in the downtown area. The outdoor pool wasn't heated, understandably, so we didn't get a chance to enjoy due to the cold. The place was as described and it was easy in and easy out for coming in from the airport.

Perfect for our girlfriends for 53 years weekend

The five of us thought the property was a perfect choice. All the rooms were clean and there were ample wash cloths, towels and beach towels. We couldn’t believe how comfortable the beds were! Check in and out was a breeze with detailed communication. The only complaint I have is the place mats weren’t clean. I would definitely recommend this place and would certainly use it again.

A pleasant surprise

I actually didn't expect such a beautiful condo as we booked last minute and the pictures on the outside seemed plain and appeared small. Well that wasn't the case. This place is perfectly designed to accommodate a full family. It was beautifully decorated and so clean. The beds were amazing! The neighborhood is so quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful trip

Each year friends and I try to find new places to go and stay. This year it was Fernandina Beach. Our condo was lovely and met our expectations. It was well stocked, bright, and clean. We needed to contact management because we didn’t have a wagon and they brought one up that same day. It was very helpful to take our things to the beach. I highly recommend.
