Situé au nord de l'île, au calme, ce condominium de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains est situé à 3 minutes à pied des longues étendues de la magnifique plage d'Amelia Island.

La région de North Beach offre un rythme moins encombré, calme et lent pour profiter d’une journée de d��tente à la plage, à la recherche des dents de requin, ou d’un après-midi dans l’un des nombreux parcs à proximité.

À 10 minutes à pied de Main Beach, vous trouverez des restaurants au bord de l’oc��������an, des putt-putts, des terrains de jeux, des patins à roulettes et des terrains dégagés pour de nombreux espaces de jeux. Idéalement situé à quelques minutes du parc national de Fort Clinch, du centre aquatique, du parc de travail d'Egan’s Creek et du centre-ville historique, cet emplacement est idéal pour profiter du meilleur de l'île d'Amelia.

Les rénovations effectuées dans l’ensemble du condo incluent de nouvelles salles de bains, une cuisine, un système de CVC et plus encore. Chaque chambre dispose d'un lit King, d'une télévision connectée et de rideaux occultants pour une sieste relaxante. Condo is very nice (just as pictured) and well equipped, especially the kitchen. My 4 year-old grand daughter gave it a very nice review ("This is a nice hotel"), and every time we went out, she asked "We are going back there, right?"

Great family spot!

We really loved the location and style of the condo. It is super close to the beach and was really comfortable for the whole family. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing and very clean. When travelling with other couples having 3 king size beds was the owner thinking outside the box to make it comfortable for everyone. There is no way we would want to stay anywhere else when visiting Amelia Island. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The most important thing to me is knowing they are a very honest host to work with. Of all things I could leave behind it was cash that I had put away instead of taking it all with me. I called them and Danielle sent someone to locate it and sent it to me. I’m so impressed with how all this was handled. Looking for a clean, safe and honest host then this the place for you. Safe travels.

Great location for a relaxing vacation.

We really enjoyed the location and comfortable atmosphere of this condo. Loved the big couch and table for family time. My only complaint was that the floors were dirty and there were no large pots for boiling pasta and no large bowls.

Great condo for my family

Condo was in a quite complex with plenty of parking and other residents/guest were very friendly. Very clean nice condo. Negatives were the tennis court lights did not work and did not see a gym. Overall a great trip. Would recommend and will stay here again next time.

Great Girls’ Trip

Close to everything, this condo was a great choice for a girls’ getaway. With 3 king beds it was perfect for 6 women to sleep comfortably. We enjoyed binge watching our favorite show on NetFlix and overall loved the condo!

Great Place to Stay

We have a family of four, including our two college-aged daughters. We also brought our dogs. The place was clean, quiet and perfect for our needs. We loved being in the bottom unit on the end because the grass was right outside the door for the dogs. The beach was very close - a 5 minute walk. The beach was not crowded at all and was dog-friendly. It was a quick drive to downtown Fernandina Beach, where there were some cute shops and nice restaurants. The condo was exactly as advertised and was stocked with the things that we needed. We would stay here again.

Spring break

Location was easy to find and convenient to the beach and shopping! Had an issue with the door latch when we checked in but the representative with Stay Better was so. Wry responsive. She had the lock changed the next day! She also had the floors cleaned straight away as they were not quite as clean as we expected. Great experience working with her. Would stay here again!!

Clean, spacious, just right!

We really enjoyed this property! Very short walk to the beach! Spacious and clean. Only negative was there was no great place to hang wet suits and towels to dry; otherwise, no complaints! And we received very well-timed communication from the property manager!!!! Easy to follow instructions for check in and out and a mid week touching base to make sure we were doing well (and we were!). I would definitely bring my family back to this property!

Relaxing Trip

My teenage children and myself had a nice relaxing stay here. Great access to the beach and hiking and running in Fort Clinch and the Egan Creek Greenway. Groceries and restaurants are very convenient to this location. Checking in and out was super easy. We had a great beach getaway.

Just what we needed

This property was amazing and just what we needed as a family to take a break, unplug and relax. Being on the first floor is such a bonus for us, the complex is clean and quiet. It is so nice to have a condo that has three king beds, honestly I have never seen that before in any other rental. We all slept so well, the beds were very comfortable. The condo was clean, you could not tell that it was a pet friendly condo, the couch was so comfortable that my husband actually wants to get the same one, lol. The condo had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. I loved the attention to detail that the owners gave, each nightstand had a charging unit, which was great! The coffee and tea they give you to start was so nice as well, and while we didn't use it, each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. The owner and staff at Stay Better Vacations were amazing, I was able to reach them at any time and they were so helpful! The three minute walk to the beach was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this condo and I look forward to booking it again next year. Thank you for an amazing two weeks, we came home stress free!!

Great vacation!

It felt like home away from home! Check-in was simple. The accommodations were great and the walk to the beach was very short and convenient. For it to be a pet-friendly unit, it was very clean. My husband’s allergies didn’t kick in at all - which is a huge deal. We had an issue with the water hose and they replaced it the same day we reported the problem. We would definitely stay here again.
