Cette belle maison a tout pour plaire - 2500 pieds carrés de vie à l’intérieur comprenant une cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et un sol en carrelage.

• La chambre à l'étage dispose d'une salle de bains avec douche avec 2 lits Queen.
• La chambre principale au rez-de-chaussée comprend un lit king-size, une salle de bains privative complète avec dressing, une douche en pierre, une baignoire et un accès direct au lanai.
• La 3ème chambre en bas a 2 lits jumeaux et accès direct par lanai.
• La 4ème chambre du rez-de-chaussée comprend 2 lits queen-size, un dressing et un accès direct par lanai.

Le club de plage du propriétaire du Mauna Lani est rapidement accessible en voiture. Prenez vos seaux et vos serviettes de plage (fournis) et dirigez-vous vers votre oasis de sable fin pour la baignade, la plongée en apnée, le canotage debout, le kayak et toute une gamme d'activités de plage.

Perfect for a Family

We had 8 adults and 3 kids. Everything we needed was supplied. We enjoyed the beach equipment and the very short walk to the pool. Just a few miles from Hapuna Beach which was our favorite. House was beautiful and clean. Definitely would recommend

Amazing House

This house is beautiful and spacious! Plenty of room for 9 of us, the beds were very comfortable! Love the gated property with lush landscape and that the pool was just steps away. The Property Manager was very helpful all week! We enjoyed the Big Island!

Beautiful Location and Property

Enjoyed our stay at the property and the resort area. The small beach and recreation area were perfect for our two young grandchildren as well as for the adults who enjoyed the snorkeling and the gym. The property was spacious for our group of eight, and very well stocked, including items for the youngest guest. Mike was very prompt with dealing with any issues encountered at the property. Would consider staying again depending on the size and age of our group.

Could not have asked for a better stay in paradise!

This home was the perfect stay for our week exploring the Big Island! We had 9-10 adults the whole week and were completely comfortable with the bedrooms, bathrooms and living space. The house was immaculate and beautiful, and so close to so many beautiful beaches and historic sites. The kitchen was well stocked, as we did eat in most nights. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Everything was as expected. Having beach toys and loads of beach towels was a nice touch. Could use a few more signs in unit for things like how to use the AV systen, and a bit more about recycling (which it doesn't seem is a thing there).

Property Evaluation

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Steps away from the pool and recreation area and access to a beach that delighted all members of our family. The home was well equipped and the host was very responsive to our needs. They had every beach item imaginable for fun and recreation. The only downside was that the pool water was a bit cold. Unfortunately I think the manager has nothing to d with that! We would return to this property and recommend it.

Great place for a large family!

Our family of 10 had a fantastic time at this property! It was more than adequate for all of our needs. There were tons of towels and beach toys for all the kids. We enjoyed the beach pass and had a great time snorkeling there. The pool across the street was so convenient and my younger kids loved it. The outdoor furniture is a bit tired and one of the chairs was falling apart, but the outdoor space is absolutely lovely in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee. We had a small issue with one of the appliances, but Mike was so quick to respond and resolved the issue very quickly! Overall, we would definitely stay here again and we made great memories on the Big Island that will last for a long time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for our son’s wedding at the Fairmont. This was a great location, it was exceptional clean and the manager was so helpful. My daughter was with us with her 8 week old twins. Her flight out was at 6 pm. The manager was kind enough to let us stay through the afternoon so the babies could have a cool place to nap and get fed. He was so nice about it, he understood what a difficult afternoon it would have been to have kept them in the heat all day. That kindness isn’t always found these days. I would go back to this property every time I go to Hawaii!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently returned from a week long spring break vacation to the Big Island with my family, sister's family, and grandparents. The house was perfect for us. Clean, well stocked and well equipped, including plenty of beach towels and beach stuff (umbrellas, buggy boards, etc). Loved the close proximity to the pool and rec center and additional parking. The best was the layout of the kitchen, living space, dining area, and outdoor dining area with slider doors. Came with access to the best beach nearby (the Mauna Lani beach club beach). Also close to the Hilton pool/lagoon, Halani and Canoe House restaurants, Foodlands supermarket, Hawaii shaved ice. I would love to come back next year.

Amazing rental home and location on the Big Island of Hawaii

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 12 (6 adults & 6 grand children) spent 9 days at Kamilo 202 in March 2024. First it was very easy to find with the directions and address provided to us by Mike the property manager. The location is in a beautiful, gated neighborhood and was absolutely perfect for all the outdoor activities our family had planned. The 4 bedroom house accommodated us very well. The kitchen was supplied with all the essential tools necessary for preparing our meals. The covered outdoor patio was spacious enough for all 12 of us to enjoy our meals in the outdoors. If we had a question the property manager was very efficient and helpful at responding to our need. The two pools and hot tub located literally just steps away across the street were enjoyed daily by everyone, especially our grandchildren ages 3-12. The Recreation Center was very well equipped with exercise & weight lifting equipment. The entire community in which our home was located was new, beautiful, very well maintained, professionally landscaped and had wonderful beaches a short drive away (access pass provided to this gated beach is included in the rent). Just to the north approximately a 10-15 minute drive was the most wonderful white sand beach, Hapuna Beach State Recreation Area. It was excellent for boogie boarding and swimming unless you caught a day the waves were too big. We traveled the entire island hiking, sight seeing & hiking at Volcano's National Park on the east part of the island and we found our location to be one of the best! The beaches were the nicest on the west side of the island also. Proximity to Costco was only 30-45 minutes away and a more traditional grocery store was walking distance or short drive away. There was a beautiful golf course nearby, many restaurants and shops close by or within a 30 minute drive down in Kona. We would highly recommend this home and location!

The unit had great access to the swimming pool and was in walking distance to the ocean and shops, etc. I liked the fact that you were close to the market, coffee shops, and other stores but that they were 1/2 mile away. The home was in good operating shape and was beautiful. The kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas perfectly accommodated our party of 11. The swimming pool gate was approximately 100 yards from our front door and there is a nice pavilion for use. Overall, it is a wonderful place and I would use it again when going back to the Big Island. The home could use a deep cleaning, baseboards and entryway to the home as well as the outdoor area near the laundry facilities. It is also time to replace the propane grill. Ideal spot for a family vacation

Even with 7 adults, two children and a baby, the house felt spacious and was well equipped. This unit is a very short walk to the pools and hot tub. The house was very clean and the provided beach towels and gear along with a nice cooler made our travels much easier. We really enjoyed the lanai and used the nice bbq'r a couple of times during our stay. While the views from the lanai are limited to the well landscaped backyard it was very peaceful and quite. Mike and the owners were very helpful and nice!
