Le patio avant offre un espace privé pour se détendre et profiter de Newport Beach. Idéalement situé à 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage et à 2 pâtés de maisons de l'épicerie!

Cuisine mise à jour avec des appareils en acier inoxydable (lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, four, micro-ondes, cuisinière îlot) et des comptoirs en granit. Assis au comptoir pour deux avec une table à manger pour six.

It was ideal location from the beach, walking/biking trail along the beach and the grocery store. The cottage was well supplied with towels and the kitchen with ítems one needs for cooking. The cottage was comfortable for 4 people and the beds were very comfortable. I would suggest putting a chair and luggage racks in the large bedroom.Overall - a very pleasant and inviting place to stay. Thank-you

Great little beach stay! Perfect for a family of 5. Easy 2 block walk to clean beach and shops. Was stocked with beach chairs and a cooler. Easy check in. Loved our trip!

Just spent two full weeks here and couldn’t be happier with my choice. Excellent location steps from the beach and fun waves, two blocks from a big grocery store, short walk to lido restaurants such as Bear Flag. Convenient garage for parking a small car. Charming beach cottage neighborhood that’s quiet and relaxing. Hosts and property were all terrific.

A no-hesitation 5/5 stars. The property was clean, and the neighborhood quiet (even with a bit of neighbors' revelry, which ended promptly before the quiet hours started!). The house is very agreeably located, which makes it even better. The house was incredibly well-stocked and very comfortable. Slept well. Loved having a garage, but the minivan we rented was a bit too big to park in the garage. Unbelievably, street parking really wasn't a problem (I know - in a beach community???). We found a spot pretty easily every evening. Just be aware of where you are parked, as street sweeping "no parking" zones change each day.If you're not from the area, Wi-Fi is a bit spotty (even when connected to the 2G or 5G Wi-Fi at the house). I had a message I sent to the owners (to the tune of "Everything is great! Thanks!") get tripled, which made me sound like an overly hyper poodle, but I also had a message that I sent them ("We've checked out. Thank you!") not go through at all and disappear into the ether like D.B. Cooper, never to be seen or heard from forevermore.Can't wait to stay here again next time we're in the area. Big thanks to the hosts!

We had an amazing stay. The location was perfect to get to the beach and everywhere we wanted to go. The cottage was a great size and had everything we needed for a couple of nights grilling. This was a fantastic place and stay! Having dedicated parking made the coming and going super easy.

Excellent hosts and excellent location. The hosts are super responsive and professional. You can tell they really try to give their guests the best experience. The location is wonderful. You’re within walking distance of everything- the beach, the grocery store, restaurants. We appreciated the checkout instructions, as they were much better than other places we’ve stayed. The only reason our review is 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the incredibly loud guest that was in their unit above us. We specifically booked this property because it looked like it was a single story on the listing. We understand that these older bungalow homes have thin walls and that is a frequent problem. However, it became impactful to our trip as it truly disrupted our sleep. We would hear loud noises and footsteps until midnight for about half of our stay. Once the other person above us left, it was much better. The hosts assured me they usually don’t book both units at the same time, so I doubt this will be a problem for anyone else. It was pretty impactful to our enjoyment for the first half our trip. Otherwise, the listing pictures are accurate and I think it’s a great deal.

Great to have garage for parking, Hosts were very accommodating and lovely to deal with. Very comfy home and location is great base camp to do things. Beach, shops activities like, shopping, hiking Laguna Beach. Sim racing for my son, golf you name it.

Wonderful two bedroom bungalow near the beach. Short walk to restaurants and grocery store. Nick and Kristy were fantastic hosts and their cleaning crew is outstanding. No complaints, just compliments.

Communications with host were excellent. The place was very clean. Lots of clean towels and linens. 3 out of 4 nights were quite. Apparently people moved in above the last night. Step from master bedroom to bathroom is unexpected and should be noted. The wifi for the television was weak. The location was good and felt safe. Would stay there again.

Amazing Time

Me and my fiance really enjoyed this house and the location of it. We loved that we could walk to the beach and even walk to grocery store/restaurants from the house. We highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a relaxing week or weekend at the beach.

It’s our second year staying here. We love the location and the size is perfect for us and our 2 kids. We love that it gas AC as a lot of homes there don’t. Our car is too big for the garage but we kept all of our beach gear in there and street parking was pretty easy to find since we went on an off week.

We loved this home

We had a wonderful stay and loved the home. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. There are plenty of towels and beach stuff. And you are just a short walk to the beach. Also, the grocery store is a 5 minute walk away. We hope to stay here again in the future!
