Cette unité est parfaitement située au 6ème étage avec vue sur la piscine extérieure et le magnifique golfe du Mexique. Évitez tous les ascenseurs lorsque vous arrivez et garez-vous directement au 6ème étage. De plus, nous avons une serrure de porte sans clé pour que vous et votre famille / vos amis n’ayez pas à garder une clé pendant votre séjour!

Phoenix X est l’un des complexes de condominiums les plus populaires de la côte du golfe. Il y a une raison qui fait que plus de vacanciers séjournent dans cet appartement qu’aucun autre à Orange Beach.

Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour rester pour vous et votre famille que Phoenix X. Il existe de nombreuses activités, notamment une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même un bel espace gazebo pour vous détendre pendant votre barbecue.

Venez vous détendre sur le spacieux balcon du 6ème étage avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe ou dormez dans le grand lit king-size. Cette unité a été améliorée pour inclure de nouvelles armoires dans la cuisine. Nous avons également une demi-bain supplémentaire dans le condo! Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux. N'oubliez pas que nous sommes juste à côté de la Flora-Bama!

Location was perfect, but could use updating. There were rust stains, faucet leaks, and worn furniture. The shower curtain had mildew and the patio furniture was extremely worn. I will say that the property was very clean and everyone was friendly.

Unit needs to be repaired and checked for mold smellAppliance’s were new! But needs painting, couch needs to be replaced. Owner just needs to spend some money on unit and it could be nice! We read the reviews after we left and most said what I just stated!!! We will not rent this unit again. Beach always nice there! Complex could also use some upgrades ie: lighting in parking garage . Owner needs to read his reviews. I’m a general contractor and have several rental units. This unit has not been maintained are been looked after for years. Half bath looked like someone left an animal in it and wasn’t very clean. Good luck with good reviews in the future?

Beautiful views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was wonderful. Phoenix X staff went above and beyond when my car battery died.. the unit was clean. Aside from the sofa sleeper we intended to utilize. We had to sleep 3 in the bed. The mattress desperately needs to be changed and/or replace the sofa. Also, We were not able to turn on the tv in the living room too many remotes for one tv. which we really didn’t watch.

Motel 6 Experience in a Beach Highrise

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of facility in regards to the beach and eating places was great. Location of our unit was extremely a long walk from the parking garage to the room. Room sz was adequate for 2 people but unit was unbelievable out dated and in poor shape cosmetically. Baseboards in bathrooms were filthy/dirty, patched sheetrock, rust visibly on refrigerator door & dishwasher. Bed was comfortable but pillows on bed were pathetic. A sheet only cover on bed with very sad bedspread. The unit didn’t appear to be dirty but just run down. Very worn out cheap table & chairs on the patio. Not at all what as I expected for the price and highrise on the beach. Would not stay again or recommend unless it was really cheap price!!

Extremely disappointing.

We chose to rent this condo because of the location and convenience and price. We got so much less than what we expected. Little did we know that this unit needs MUCH updating and deep cleaning! Upon entering the condo, it had a terrible odor of mildew. The ceilings and walls are eaten up with mold under obvious painting over it. We purchased a plug-in air freshener to help. The den is as advertised, the kitchen appliances are rusted at the bottom, the "clean" dishes were dirty in the drawers. The bedroom was gross-we would not walk on the carpet without shoes. The bedding is old, terribly flat pillows, and the bathroom was down right gross. The towels were so thin you could see through them. Neither of the TVs worked! The WiFi was practically non-existent so we stopped trying it. The unit has not been well maintained. We would like to ask the owner, "have you visited or stayed in your unit lately?" The management company did not respond to our email during the stay concerning the TVs. The beach was beautiful, of course! We spent the entire days on the beach and chose to eat out each meal-we would not have cooked in that kitchen. Positives-the AC worked great and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic! Once we arrived back at home, we had to wash all our clothes regardless of being worn because the smell from the condo was so bad. You got us once, but not again. We will not rent this unit again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Phoenix X is a great location, right next to FloraBama. This particular condo needed some work and updates. We had to keep the air set below 70, because there was an awful mold/mildew type smell that was VERY STRONG. Both bathrooms had an odor many times that smelled like a sewage issue. There were only 2 tiny pillows on the king size bed and very cheap sheets. The couch in the living room sinks in the middle and not very comfortable to sit on. It also felt sticky/humid. The clean towels provided had long black hairs stuck to many of them and didn't feel clean. The walls have been touched up in places and need to be painted. It just feels overall not very well taken care of. We will probably not stay in this particular condo again, even though we do like the location.

Convenient

Good location. Elevators are quick. Staff is friendly. Room could use some updates as there is rust on the dishwasher. Bathroom in the master smelled like sewage. Old popcorn ceiling and needs painting. The mattress in the master bedroom slept like a dream. Very comfortable. The mattress on the pullout couch could use an update as well. We had a nice time.

As advertised

Stayed in this unit for seven day vacation with a friend. Everything about the condo was as advertised. Check in was easy and location was perfect. The sofa bed was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this unit if you have someone sleeping on the sofa. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We went out on the balcony early one morning for coffee and ended up locked out after we closed the sliding glass door. I was thankful I had my phone to call for help. It took about an hour to get back inside between the call and getting the door opened. The staff told us this happens more often than you would think but not necessarily in just this unit. I would stay here again but only if the sofa bed was updated.

Great location, friendly staff, we enjoyed it!

The property is in a great location right next to the Flora-Bama which is where we wanted to be. The beach was beautiful, pool was very nice and staff was so family. The condo worked good for us, with full kitchen, regular coffee maker, toaster, parking on the same floor, etc. Being subject to salt air there was rust and such. Could it have used a few touch-ups? Yes. Is the place rented to people who may not take care of it as I would since “it isn’t ours”? Yes. But we were not there to sit in the room so it worked for us just fine and plan on renting it again next year!

Needs Some Updates

Location to the beach, just steps away and restaurants was great, however the unit itself needs updating. The bedding had obvious blood stains so did the extra one in the closet. The carpet in the bedroom was dark and questionable. The couch was worn out, seriously needs an update. Kitchen utensils were minimal. We way overpaid for this stay.

Some cleaning and replacements

Great location. Could have been a little cleaner. The dishwasher Needs replaced as it did not clean properly. After washing dishes are still dirty. There is a smell in the main bathroom. Location and Phoenix X property are great. Pool is awesome and not a very far walk to the beach.

Fabulous Florabama Location; Inside Needs Improvement

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location to FloraBama activities. Our particular unit clearly reflected its old construction. Many of the appliances had rust spots, mirrors were losing their luster, and towel bar in the half bath was completely broken off, with exposed sheetrock and holes in the wall. Everything in the unit and in the kitchen function as intended, though the kitchen was extremely bare-bones. There were no pantry items, spices for your use, extra garbage bags, or anything else.

I was not satisfied at all with the cleanliness of it. The dressers and night stands had dried fluids and markings from previous guests. The shower curtain was full of black colored mold and mildew spots. I only minimized showers during my stay because I was scared to touch the curtain. Everything else was fine, but cleanliness of bathrooms is a must have for me.

Basic and clean

Nothing fancy but nice and clean. Bed could use to be replaced. Was worn out with some dips. Rest of unit was perfect for what we needed. Great location.

Perfect view

Great property. View is perfect. This unit is a bit beat up and the bathroom was not the cleanest. Plus bring your own Toilet Paper. They had a quarter of a roll in one bathroom and none in the other. Otherwise manager was easy to reach and great location.
