Most relaxing and wonderful vacation! Condo is beautiful with all upgrades. The view from the upper deck is breath-taking and proximity to the beach is fantastic. The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and kind! In addition - being pet friendly makes it PERFECT!

We had a good time and enjoyed being right on the beach while off season. The size of the condo was perfect for the two of us with our dog. We visited some restaurants and recommend la bamba and dockside diner!

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The view from the deck was awesome. The beach was really easy to get to. We went for a bunch of walks.

Spotless, pet friendly and filled with amenities and thoughtful extras. Proximity to the beach and views from the roof deck are spectacular. On top of all this, the host is more than accommodating and a delight to do business with.

The place was really nice and clean. Easy access to the beach. Loved the rooftop area to sit, relax and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Quiet location although it was the off season. Would stay there again.

Wonderful stay

The place is very clean and in a great location. It is right at the ocean and a great view from roof deck. The restaurants are also within walkable distance. Enjoyed our stay there and Whitney is really responsive and accommodating.

We’ve had so many wonderful guests over the years, many who return year after year. But sometimes there are guests like this one. After holding a reservation for her for over 6 months she found it ‘uncooperative’ that we don’t allow cancellations a few days before checkin. Although she acknowledged that she understood that 14 days notice was required for a refund, she felt strongly that an exception should be made for her since rain was forecasted during her stay.

Our stay at Holgate was great, perfect for our small family. The property was clean and well maintained. It is exactly described and shown in the pictures. As we went off sseason, we had the beach to ourselves, to our dog's and 6-year-old son's delight. Whitney made everything easy. Looking forward to booking again and returning!

Thank you for your review and we’re so glad you enjoyed our condo! We think this size is excellent for a couple or a small family with 1 or 2 children. However, there are beds/sleeper sofa to sleep more and we ourselves have definitely packed in more with the understanding we’re going to to be on top of each other! This place is amazing. It was clean and well maintained. Most importantly, it is right on the beach and has a roof top deck that has the most amazing view.If you need a small space that gives all the benefits of being right on the beach, this is the spot.I will definitely book again!

Loved it here

We had a great time this weekend at this lovely condo. Hung out on the rooftop deck much of the time. And our dog Amelia enjoyed herself as well. Rebooked for September and can’t wait to return!

Great condo with great views

This was the perfect long weekend getaway! The condo was clean and updated. The view from the roof was breathtaking. The beach access was right next door! Even the dogs enjoyed it. We will definitely be back!
