Ce condo en bord de mer est un véritable "Fan-ta-Sea" avec trois chambres, trois salles de bains et peut facilement accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes.

La Perle de Navarre # 801 est gérée de manière professionnelle par Paradise Beach Homes.

Lorsque vous entrez dans le condo, vous êtes accueilli avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, un coin repas et le salon qui mène au balcon offrant une vue imprenable sur la côte d'Émeraude. La chambre principale et la salle de bain disposent d'un lit king size, d'un bain à remous et d'une douche à l'italienne. Les deux chambres supplémentaires, qui comprennent un lit king-size et une reine et un lit superposé complet dans l'autre, en font l'endroit idéal pour la famille et les amis qui souhaitent passer du temps avec les pieds dans le sable. Cette salle peut également être associée à Pearl 802 (si disponible) pour accueillir huit personnes supplémentaires.

La perle de Navarre dispose d'une grande piscine en bord de mer, d'un bain à remous, de barbecues et d'un centre de remise en forme. Situé directement sur le magnifique golfe du Mexique et à proximité de nombreuses attractions locales et restaurants, pour que vous et vos invités puissiez passer vos journées à vous détendre au bord de la piscine ou à jouer dans les vagues.
** Du 4 au 15 novembre, les piscines et le spa refont surface et seront fermés à l'usage des clients. Ce processus comprendra des bruits de construction importants pendant les heures de travail normales de 8 heures à 17 heures. **

Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee while watching the sunrise was pure magic. Paradise Beach Homes truly set the bar high. Their team was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made the entire rental process seamless. We've stayed in many places over the years, but this experience was hands-down the best. We’re already looking forward to booking this condo again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a nice vacation experience. The unit we rented had a separate bedroom with bath and kitchenette that smelled strongly of mold. Also, the dryer in the unit did not work well... had to be run 3-4 times to dry the clothes. The pool area lacked any umbrellas for shade. Could use a little TLC, but otherwise, we had a nice time.

Fun in the sun!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3 families got together for their 6th annual friends vacation. The condo was spacious and clean. Check in and check out were super easy! Only downfall is if you want a good beach spot without the additional cost of renting chairs, you have get up early and get set up on the beach before 6 am. The chair rentals consume a large amount of beach so you’ll have quite a hike down the beach for your unobstructed view of the water. The dryer in our unit wasn’t the best. Larger loads of laundry took several cycles to dry, so we started doing half loads, which meant more laundry pods consumed. But the set up of the condo was perfect! The view was spectacular! And the a/c was nice and cold!

Beautiful beach and pools. We have stayed at the Pearl several times. This was the most beat up condo we have stayed in. AC didn’t work in part of the condo, furniture not greatest and curtains were water stained. Refrigerator had a broken shelf. Weird interior doors between our unit and neighboring unit. Not very secure. We could hear people talking thru the closet. Strange home layout. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony with my grandchildren due to neighbors weed smoke. Balcony doors don’t lock. Needs a latch on the door so toddlers can’t open the door.

Beautiful Condo and perfect for our family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed in The Pearl 801 for Christmas, and it was perfect! The condo was super clean, and the furniture was very nice! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need to prepare our meals, even a crockpot, which was so nice to have. The bunk beds were perfect for our Grandkids! The balcony had plenty of seating for all of us. We even saw dolphins swim by while sitting out there one day! You literally cannot beat the views from this condo! The Paradise staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book this condo again!

Wonderful Fall Break at the Pearl of Navarre

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have gone to Navarre the first week of October for the past 5 years. We have stayed at the Pearl for all but one of those years. This condo was one of our absolute favorites. The layout is more open than the other 3 bedrooms we have stayed in and with 4 adults and 3 kids we were never lacking space. The pictures give you a very good idea of what you can expect when you arrive. Highly recommend this condo for your next trip to Navarre. The company did a great job of communicating and even text to let us know the condo was ready for arrival hours before check-in.

Looked Navarre Beach!!

Called and the staff made the change quickly and easily!!! The only complaint I have is the master bedroom mattress. It was horrible. I loved the layout of the room.

The condo was beautiful the weather was great had a wonderful time. Only thing wrong was the bed in the master had no middle supports so you rolled to the middle but that will be an easy fix. Well worth the money

Perfect Get Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time visiting Navarre and the Pearl. The property was kept very clean (even after a bad rain storm, they quickly went to work) and the condo itself was perfect. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us to spread out. The supplies needed were perfect and the right amount. The pool was perfect, never too crowded. They "heat" the pool but it isn't all that warm but warm enough for the chilly days. I still got in. The beach access was perfect as well. If I had to give a "con" I would say the 8th floor threw us off. With how heavy the winds were, we were not able to take advantage of sitting out there. It made us very nervous. Just as a heads up, the 8th floor isn't that high but it was high enough when the winds blew. But we loved hearing the waves at night and early morning.
