Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 7ème étage donnant directement sur la rivière Lazy à Phoenix Orange Beach avec une vue panoramique imprenable sur le golfe !! Évitez les ascenseurs et garez-vous au même étage que le condo !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder les clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou par les baies vitrées du salon et de la chambre principale. Avec plus de 1 750 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, nouvellement meublée et nouvelle sur le marché de la location!

Les services sont nombreux dans ce condo de Phoenix Orange Beach: le logement est doté d'appareils de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'une Smart TV à écran plat 65 pouces dans le salon et d'une télévision à écran plat Smart Home de 55 pouces, "Smart TV dans les 2ème et 3ème chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a un lit King dans le maître et deux lits Queen dans les 2ème et 3ème chambres.

Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à accès nul avec un toboggan qui se connecte à une rivière paresseuse, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux grands jacuzzi, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le Golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis au 10ème étage.

Thanksgiving Family Getaway

We loved our condo! Our only complaint is that it wasn't as clean as we would have expected. Floors were very dirty, mold in showers and sink. Maybe just a little more attention to detail, otherwise a wonderful stay.

Very convenient to coffee shops, groceries, shopping, etc. Beach area is great! Easy access from the condo. Loved the parking access from the 7th floor. Condo could have been cleaner. The floors were filthy! At least provide some cleaning supplies and a sweeper so we can clean. Shower curtain in bathroom had mold on it.

Great Vacation Spot!

This rental was just as described. Being able to park on the same floor was a huge bonus and the view from the patio was amazing! They had plenty of amenities to keep everyone in the family entertained. Grocery stores and shops were In walking distance. The only reason it’s not a 5 star rating was because it could’ve been cleaner. We found chips, empty water bottles and gummy bears on the floor and the bedspread was visibly dirty. Overall a great place, just needed a little TLC.

Mold in showers and under beds , tables, couch probably had never been cleaned. You have to pay for parking pass, been going to OB for 24 years and never had to do that.

Beach access was great. The room itself had a broken fridge door. We had a hard time getting the refrigerator to cool down. The microwave was broken but they did provide an additional one. Master bathtub had mold in it. We disinfected and cleaned it. Floors were dirty and sticky. Some light bulbs were out and night lights were broken. There was a lot of long brown hair behind the bed between the mattress. The pool slide was down for 24 hours due to being broken. Towels seemed dingy/old. We booked through VRBO so when we went to the front desk to complain they told us we would have to contact our host. Nothing we couldn’t take care of ourselves. Just wish we didn’t have to clean while on vacation. We did have a good time. Just want others to be aware. There was also a cold coors light in the bottom of the icemaker. We of course threw it away and dumped the ice.

Great location for families with kids!

We specifically were looking for a 3 bed / 3 bath condo and this one was in the area we really enjoy being. It was our first time staying in a Phoenix and the kids loved the lazy river and slide but also loved how close the beach was which made it easy to go back and forth. As far as the condo it was great with the exception of cleanliness. The kitchen table had dried food and crumbs, the floors made our feet black within minutes and there was mold in the master bath and shower. There was a vacuum on the property but it didn’t work and the floor was so disgusting I immediately bought a mop. Whoever cleans this condo needs to go .. I didn’t pay to clean on my vacation. Otherwise everything as expected and we enjoyed our time.

Overall Stay

We arrived a little before 6:00 pm, I went into lobby to check in, the girl at the front desk said she was closed after she took the lady in front of me. So I asked what do I do about a parking pass? She said come back in the morning. Which I found rude because it was not even 6pm yet and the office didn't close until 6. The room was very nicely decorated beds were comfortable, but the floors were dirty sand all over, I know we are at the beach but we had just arrived so the sand was not from us. The ice maker did not work so we were a little disappointed. We have stayed at this location before and love the ice makers in the condos. I did call the manager and he offered to come and take care of it the next day. The kitchen was fully stocked, loved the sofa!!! Over all would definitely book this unit again. Weather was beautiful the whole week we were there. Thanks again, The Rivet's

The rental was not as nice as the photos and there was sand in the rooms and in the dresser drawers. The two walk in showers had mold. The only interaction with mgmt was getting the parking passes which became available at 4:30pm and no one was at the desk for a good 10 minutes with several people waiting.

First family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Within 30 minutes of being inside the condo, our feet were completely black. The condo is in major need of a deep clean. The master shower wasn't cleaned at all prior to our stay, judging by the unsettling amount of different hair on the walls and door. We went out first thing in the morning and purchased bleach cleaner to wipe down the bathrooms and kitchen. There is a lot of dust on the lights and utility doors as well. Plenty of cooking supplies, but they were all thrown into one or two cabinets and we had to dig through them to find what we needed. Better organization in the kitchen would be nice since several cabinets were completely empty. Other than the cleanliness, the condo is in a great location. Being on the same level as the parking garage and right by the elevators made it convenient with two small children. The beach and pool view was nice too! The condo itself is conveniently located to several grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions.The property was nice ammenity wise. Wearing the wristbands at the pool was slightly annoying. The indoor pool and hot tubs also closed one day when it was storming, so be prepared to go out or spend the day in the room and not at the indoor facilities.Overall, we would recommend this condo and stay here again, in hopes that the cleanliness was a one off and that it can be easily remedied.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed the condo and all the amenities. It was so convenient to park on the same floor as the condo. The only negative is cigarette smoke from other condos while trying to enjoy the balcony. We had a great time.

Strange Noise in the Wall

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there a week and had a perfect time except for one night. We had just fallen asleep when a loud knocking noise started in the wall behind our headboard. It was consistent, and we were at our last nerve’s end! There was no way to get any sleep! I opened the sliding glass door to see if I could hear anything on the porch. The noise stopped. We ended up having to leave the door open a crack (which turns the air off!) But it was better to sleep hot than try to tune out the very loud noise. We never heard it again thank goodness. What in the World??? The other half of our group was in the condo next door. They never heard it.
