Hali'i Kai 19H est une nouvelle offre intéressante dans l'une des destinations de vacances les plus recherchées du Waikoloa Resort. Ce condo de vacances épuré dispose d'un salon et d'un mobilier de salle à manger flambants neufs et de 3 chambres pour accueillir confortablement une grande famille ou un groupe. Les nouveaux propriétaires ont achevé les travaux de modernisation en novembre 2018, qui incluent un nouveau travail de peinture, un nouveau thermostat, un nouveau barbecue sur la terrasse, une nouvelle literie et des rideaux occultants dans les chambres. La chambre principale privée comprend un grand dressing et une salle de bains privative dotée d'une baignoire et d'une douche séparée. La deuxième chambre est dotée d'un lit queen-size et la troisième d'un lit gigogne double doté d'un deuxième matelas jumeau pouvant être converti en lit king-size sur demande. Toutes les chambres sont moquettées et disposent de la climatisation, d'une connexion Wi-Fi et d'une télévision (un décodeur ou un câble Roku est fourni dans chaque chambre). 19H est situé au rez-de-chaussée de la cocoteraie, à quelques pas du court de tennis et du terrain de basket. Very very nice unit. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice comfortable furniture. Has all the beach accessories needed. Chairs, sand toys, umbrella etc. The pool and restaurant are a plus! Pool view is absolutely beautiful! We had a very nice stay! Aloha!
“Kona Low” storm March 2026 did not divert us from enjoying our stay. Beautiful ocean view from the pool.

Everything was great! We were more than happy with the accommodations. The beds were comfortable, there was more than enough room in the unit for all of us, the pool and restaurant were amazing. We can't wait to come back.

Fantastic resort

Our first time to Hawaii. We visited 3 islands with the Big Island our last stop. The resort/condo was beautiful! The pool was amazing.

Lovely property!

Lovely condo, great location; having access to a pool, gym, and restaurant was clutch. Close driving distance to very nice beaches and other interesting sites.

Amazing rental

We loved everything about this place. Lication was great, beautiful surroundings and close to the ocean and beautiful views and sunsets. Appartment was sooo nice and comfortable with great amenities. The tennis, golf and pool were also great. Loved the pool club restaurant. Such good food.

Another delightful stay in Hali’s Kai

Great location, and nicely appointed condo. Just as pictured. Worked out great for 4 adults but would work well for families with children.

Great place for a family vacation

My family had a great time on our vacation. The condo was very clean and comfortable and we were especially pleased with the well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, boogie board and snorkeling equipment. The acoustic guitar was a nice surprise for our son who likes to play. The condo complex had everything you could want - pool, restaurant/bar, workout facilities, gas grills and a number of great beaches a short distance away. We would stay here again!

Fantastic experience

This is the second time we have stayed in this community and we love the amenities and the location. This particular unit was the cleanest, best maintained, most organized, nice little welcoming extras and beautifully decorated VRBO experience yet. Absolutely loved our stay in this condo. This one is a winner. We will definitely be back.

Very nice

Great location, decent price, our favor complex to stay on the island. But to the owner 2 rolls of TP really for 9 days and the bunk bet was horrible? Beach chairs and toys were a good amenity, the snorkels need replacing. great place ty for having us we would love to stay with you next time ty again.

We appreciate your feedback. The amenities supplied in the unit are to start you off on your vacation but once they are depleted, you will need to provide them on your own as stated in the rental policies for the listing. We'll be sure to check on bunk bed. Mahalo!

South Kohala is professionally run

Our extended family goes to Big Island every year for last two weeks of the year. We rent 2-3 units at the Hali I Kai each year since 2008. South Kohala doesn’t play pricing games and is transparent about charges. The unit is fully stocked with everything you need (not food or alcohol). Second year we have used them and it’s been the best experience among all the past agencies

Great place! Pool and Ocean Club are amazing!

We love the place, lots of great amenities, including Beach stuff, chairs, cooler, boogie board, sand toys. The pool is fantastic, you can watch the whales go by, the hot tub with the gravel bottom is fantastic. The Nest thermostat setting is set to only go to 74, with the ceiling fans it's pretty nice, I reached out to the owner and he dropped it to 72 which is more my liking. He was great and quick to respond. This is our second time staying at this condominium complex, we love it here! We also played some pickleball and tennis here at the condo tennis court.

Nice condo in a great location

This is a nice condo in a great location, located by restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The ocean view from the pool is spectacular and the sunsets were amazing to watch from the pool area. My only complaint is that the owner has the temp set to be 74 during the day and 78 at night. It was SO hot at night and very uncomfortable. You can lower the temp to 74 but it goes back up to 78 while you sleep. I would not rent this condo again because of it, both of us were uncomfortable.

Halii Kai 19H is a great unit in a wonderful community and the views from the pool area are amazing! I am sorry to hear that you had an issue with the air conditioning. The AC is controlled by a NEST system and is set on a temperature timer that can be adjusted. A manual is provided in each unit offering instructions on how to adjust the AC settings if needed. We also provide a 24 hour answering service and an "on call" staff member every evening after our office closes in the event a guest needs help to resolve any issue that may arise. I am sorry that we were not aware of the AC problem and did not have an opportunity to make your stay more enjoyable. Mahalo for your feedback.

Family vacation

Stunning property! We thoroughly enjoyed spending time outside on the lanai with the gorgeous tropical landscaping and native birds filling the air with their songs. The entire house was well stocked and had everything we needed including pickleball rackets, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, sand chairs, beach towels etc. The condo was bright and nicely decorated. Beds were comfy and so was the living room furniture. There were board games and books to enjoy also. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals which was awesome since we made most of our meals at the condo and enjoyed them on the lanai which also had a large and fairly new large Webber gas grill that we used nearly every night. Inside there is a nice large dining table to eat at or play games. The property was quiet and secure. The AC was wonderful but after the first day we didn’t use it since we had acclimated to the weather. The master bathroom was very large and spacious. The pool was amazing!! What a view! We enjoyed many sunsets while enjoying a cocktail from the bar. The pool was never crowded and we always found a place to sit and enjoy our time there. We walked to the nearby black sand beach. We highly recommend this property, it really made our family vacation memorable and look forward to coming back!

Fantastic stay! Highly recommend!

My girlfriends and I had an amazing stay! Unit is exactly as listed - spacious bedrooms and primary bedroom/bathroom exceeded my resort expectations for this girls trip. Kitchen is fully stocked and we felt they went the extra mile by leaving us some cleaning supplies and laundry detergent to use at our leisure and not have to replace - something a lot of places don’t do for you. Sitting out on the lanai every day listening to nature was incredible. It was the relaxing trip we needed. We had birds coming right up to us on the table just saying hello! And the best part… you guys… there were turkeys on the property that would greet us everyday! Just a little friendly hello and then moving on. Straight out of Snow White! Property was minutes from some of the best beaches in America (not just my opinion, Google it). Management always responded very promptly, great communication. I’ve seen some reviews mentioning the thermostat but to be honest it was never an issue for us. As women over 40, we are very much into our a/c especially overnight. There are clear instructions posted literally right next to the thermostat and if you still have questions, I’m positive management will respond right away and do whatever they can to make your stay the best possible. They certainly did for us. I would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again.

Two thumbs up for Hali’I Kai. We loved unit 19H!

Hali’I Kai is such a wonderful property. The pool overlooks the ocean—we saw whales and truly the best sunsets—and the restaurant at the pool had excellent drinks, apps, and main courses! How lucky to be able to avoid the crowds of the Lava Lava Club for a sunset dinner!!! Building 19 is one minute (walking) from the tennis and basketball courts, and about 5-8 minutes (walking) from the pool and restaurant. —The bedrooms and living room were roomy and very clean. Perfect for our family of 5. —The laundry room was big and clean! —We absolutely loved it there. We hope to return and we would stay in this unit specifically because it was so clean and updated. —Note that the pool is 3-4 feet deep, so no diving/jumping, and you have to drive or hike for beach access. (We loved the 20 minute lava trail to the black sand beach with great snorkeling, with the trailhead right behind the pool.)
