We had a wonderful stay at this home on Sullivan’s Island! It was perfect for our extended family—spacious, clean, comfortable, and right beside the walkway to the beach. We loved the porch and spent a lot of time out there and on the deck. The location was fantastic - walking distance to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beware that if you go to this property you should not expect ANYTHING to be stocked. No extra trash bags, just one small bath towel per person, not so much as a grain of salt in the kitchen, much less other spices for cooking. A worn out pile of board games and a difficult to use TV set up. And when I finally contacted the host because we could not find a toilet plunger, she was just rude about it, saying there should be one in each bathroom, which we had already checked and making no apologies for how poorly equipped the house was. It’s sad. The house is a wonderful location. But the owner and host showed they have no interest in actually being hospitable, either with how they maintained the property to how they interacted with guests.

Wow, just unreal. Glad I saved our messages. Because oddly enough you confirmed you did in fact find a plunger in the home. In fact when I came after your departure there were a total of 3 and each were in the bathrooms. It was so kind of you to leave the house in such disarray with food and trash left all over the house inside and outside and clearly couldn’t follow the check out rules. Everything we provide is disclosed on your access instructions which clearly you didn’t read that were provided to you far in advance along with on the VRBO website in the amenities section. The fact that you started off our conversation so rudely about not providing salt and pepper, well I’m sorry that ruined your stay. No we don’t fully stock the house. We provide the essentials.

As good as a location as you can find on Sullivans! Steps from the public access path to the beach and walkable to the restaurants/bars on Middle Street. Would love to stay here again!

The location of this property on the beach, with beach access via the 21st Station boardwalk, the incredible views from the upstairs master suites and the expansive back porch and deck along with the instant and detailed communication with the property manager all warranted five stars. Not to mention the walkable access to the main street of Sullivan's Island. The four star ratings are because of the need for this house to be "refreshed." Furniture, carpets and fresh paint. Otherwise, a wonderful family getaway location.

Truly incredible location and really nice sized house for a big family beach vacation. It's not fancy but more like a classic beach house from the 2000s, which we loved. We spent SO much time on the covered porch. My only note is the linens, towels and window coverings could use an refresh and it would be nice to have beach towels available. Excellent, very amenable host!

Great location! Very walkable and on the water. There is a public boardwalk next to the house so we had a lot of people walking by us but not the end of the world. Beautiful house! Only note is wish it came with at least one bar of soap in either the bathroom or kitchen, but besides that we really loved the house!

Great Spot!

Really enjoyed our time in Sullivan's Island last week. The location was fantastic, right on the beach and near all the great restaurants. Tons of room in the house, very clean, lots of parking - would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay

Fantastic location with beautiful views. This is our second time staying here and would definitely come back again. Perfect walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. It is open and spacious - which was key as it rained multiple days during our stay and we had 8 adults and 2 toddlers. Everything we needed was there and the place was super clean and comfortable. The property manager Heather was terrific. Super responsive. The location cannot be matched.

Plenty of space for a group trip and you cannot beat this location. Walk to Middle street restaurants and steps from the beach.
