Great setting in a fenced residential area. Clean and looked after environment. In acceptable distance of boulevard area if you fancy a good 20 minute walk.
Shortly before arriving we heard that the pool was out of order. This was one of the selection criteria, not well dealt with.
The garden needs a better deal of grass as it gets very muddy resulting regularly in a dirty terrace and house. Kitchen utensils rather poor and cheap.
Deposit took three weeks and several reminders to be refunded.
Overall an okay stay but needs some dots on the i's and t's crossed.
We had a nice stay in this house. It was clean and well equipped. The location is quite far from city center and required a car.
We were shocked and dismayed that they required âŹ100.00 extra for towels and sheets.
Fantastic Villa, quiet location in secure area. Great pool. 6 Adults easy accomodated
Our 4 th holiday in St Maxime - still love the whole place.
First time in this great villa, clean and quiet large rooms and with each bedroom having en-suite means 6 people have plenty room to chill or get ready for dinner.
The villa location is a little up the hill from the town centre which was a little difficult for my sons partner who was 7 months pregnant - a most relaxed walk down and back. The street is lovely with hanging trees and flowers, it is very secure and private.
With a secluded garden right next to the pool -easy to cool down, as it was 32degc when we were staying.
The garden area is coming on and will be fab once the grass grows a little more.
the kitchen area is a little small if you have more than one cook - as we all like to help out in the kitchen - but adequately equipped. ( add a couple of chopping boards / a set large pasta bowls /dishes and a fish slice - perfect!)
Anyway we had a fab 10 days - i brought my own road bike and fabulous short or long routes in the area.
A grand day out to St Tropez is a must, as is lunch in Port Grimaud ( La Marina - great service and value for money).
Plenty of things to do and fabulous restaurants around the town.
