Entièrement rénové une chambre une salle de bain dans la capitale mondiale de la pêche, Islamorada en Floride. Tout nouveau. Décor moderne. Cuisine entièrement équipée et terrasse extérieure pour la détente. Propriété extérieure magnifiquement aménagée avec des palmiers matures et d'autres plantes tropicales. Un grand quai de plus de 50 pieds peut accueillir un bateau. Beaucoup d'espace pour les voitures sur la propriété. Station de nettoyage du poisson, barbecue et laveuse et sécheuse également disponibles. Parfait pour une escapade en couple. Idéalement situé à proximité des restaurants, boutiques et brasseries de Islamorada et de Marathon Keys. La propriété est située au mile mile 74 dans la subdivision White Marlin avec accès à une plage privée.

The unit was under construction outside but that didn’t interfere with our enjoyment of the property. The tiki hut was great. BBQ also great. We saw Manatees every day. They were incredibly close to the dock and appeared quite comfortable with people. Washer/Dryer appeared new and were great to have access to. The private beach was a 3 minute drive and very clean and well maintained. The property manager Tami, lived in the other floor unit. Tami was extremely friendly and helpful. Her recommendations on restaurants were spot on. We received the award winning Key Lime pie we read so much about as a welcome gift. Tami is a fantastic ambassador for this VRBO property. It was great to have Tami so close as one day I did lock the keys in the unit. Oops. The area was very quiet and we found the neighbours to be extremely friendly. We would definitely rebook this property if it is still available in the future.

Great place in Islamorada

This was a wonderful little getaway. We were visiting friends staying at a larger resort but wanted our own place where we could have a more quiet, relaxed getaway, and this was perfect!

Lovely, private setting for a getaway

While not fancy or large, the apartment we had was a wonderful oasis and truly enjoyable. On a trip like this. we don't spend much time inside and that is what made this space so great. The outdoor screened porch, the little tropical garden, the dock and the little tiki hut gathering spot were enjoyable. Seeing manatees and boaters was very scenic as well. We rested and relaxed here. Tami was lovely to meet and was ready to help with anything we might need. Those who prefer a larger bed (and a firm one) may prefer another type of accommodation. For us it worked fine. The kitchen also had just enough though I vowed not to cook a meal on this trip, we certainly made breakfast, coffee and snacks here.

Had a great stay at this one BR condo. Perfect for a couple. Lovely dock in back for hanging and watching boats. Tami’s pie was a highlight. Super clean property.

Perfect for 2!

Arrived late afternoon and was greeted by Tami! She oriented us to this gem! More notably she provided us with a homemade key lime pie that was amazing! She left all of her contact info if we needed anything. Islamorada is the perfect middle ground for a Keys adventure. Our accommodations were clean and very comfortable! Highly recommend!!

A Hidden Gem

Would highly recommend this property and would go back in a heart beat! This hidden gem offered amazing privacy, a beautiful private dock with many amenities, manatee sightings every day and was very well maintained and quiet. The caretaker, Tami was so sweet and always available and provided us with a delicious key lime pie upon arrival. We couldn't have asked for a nicer couple of days away!

Perfect

This was the cleanest rental I have ever experienced. The property was neat and well set up. The parking was very spacious. The property manager was friendly. I have stayed in that area two times in the last two years and this one was the best.

Perfect place to stay in the Keys

You are right in the middle of the Keys so it is perfect. Easy drive to Key West and in our humble opinion at the best spot in the Keys. Place was just right for the 3 of us and the outdoor area is an awesome place to sit and relax. If Tami (who manages the apt) offers you a piece of Key Lime Pie TAKE IT!! Awesome. The only negative we had was communication with the Owner. We never received the instructions on how to get in and we kept messaging. Thankfully Tami was working on some bushes out front and let us in. I would not hesitate renting this place in the future. Place was perfect to relax or to head out where the action is. Thank you Aimyee for sharing you house with us!

Nice secluded location

We were able to explore all of the Keys because of the location of this property. Quiet neighborhood with our own private beach! There was a slight hiccup with checking in. The property manager gave us the wrong unit address(3 units at this property. It’s all separate living but attached.) We were staying in Unit B, but the address she gave us said that we were in unit C. We were greeted at the door as we were trying to unlock the lockbox of unit C. Slightly embarrassing, but we figured it out. Also, this property is newly renovated. The hot and cold water are swapped on the faucets. So, cold is hot and hot is cold. I contacted the property manager thinking we didn’t have hot water and she replied to me like I was supposed to know the faucets were swapped. Nothing was posted or communicated anywhere that the faucets were incorrect. No air in the bedroom either. Not a lot of directions in the welcome book. 3 remotes to run the TV and no directions on how to use them. Not bothersome though because we spent little time at this property. We literally showered and slept here.

Great stay

We had a great experience. Loved the location. We pulled a boat down there and it was perfect. Plenty of room to park the trailer. The house was really clean. They had a cleaning station for fish. They also had a gas grill that worked great. I hope to bring the family down and stay many more times.

Great place!

The place is all it advertises and more! Perfect for 2 people and fully equipped facilities. Plenty of parking space and easy to maneuver and park boats/trailers when coming and going. It is located on a nice clean canal with great access to the bay and the Ocean is only a ten minute boat ride thru the cut or under the bridge. There is a second unit that has a permanent resident (Tammy) who will help you check in and out and give you all the scoop on the area...she is as sweet as can be! (That a great ambassador...If she offers you a piece of her Key Lime pie grab it! Best I have ever eaten!) There are three units here, the upstairs is larger and is also a rental. This unit is canal front with a nice screened lanai and bar area with furniture. Also lots of chairs outside for sitting canal front. There a nice fish cleaning station, which we got use several time. Overall a great location. I cant wait to go back again! Definitely a 5/5!

Spring Break

Adorable place...little but just what we needed. The patio and outdoor area was wonderful and relaxing. The property manager on site was so helpful and kind. I took my two teen boys with me and they loved it as well. My ONLY recommendation for the owners would be to get a more comfortable futon or to get a pull out couch. The bed in the bedroom was super comfy, however. Wonderful place!!

Beachy Bungalow Paradise

This place was perfect! It’s off of the main drag and secluded in the back so it was nice and quiet. The cottage was adorable and clean with a lovely screened in porch. There’s a dock for evening drinks where we even saw manatees. You have access to a private beach that was beautiful! If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway this is the perfect place. I will definitely be back!

Great rental!

Great place to stay. Nicely remodeled. Right on canal where you can fish and see manatees! Quiet area but close enough to restaurants and Publix. Landlord was very nice and made sure our stay was great. Highly recommend for couples or family of 3-4.
