Cette belle maison construite sur mesure en 2016 possède toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin pour un merveilleux séjour. 5 chambres, toutes avec télévision directe et chargement USB

stations, 2 lits king, 2 lits queen et 2 lits superposés avec lits gigognes. 3. 5 salles de bains un espace de vie ouvert et une cuisine avec une vue imprenable sur le lac,

comptoirs en granit, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, cuisine entièrement équipée, véranda grillagée avec salle à manger extérieure, lits confortables, draps frais, serviettes

et serviettes de plage aussi. Les activités de plein air comprennent un pédalo, 2 planches à pagaie et un kayak tout compris et bien plus encore.

Nagez dans le lac au bout de votre jetée privée, ou détendez-vous et pêchez toute la journée, les poissons sont abondants juste à côté du quai. Dock peut accueillir vos bateaux ou en louer un auprès des nombreux vendeurs sur le lac.

(PWC et location de bateaux seront disponibles avec nous en 2020) Profitez d'une soirée relaxante au bord de l'eau et de votre propre foyer privé, bois inclus.

Acheté à l'automne 2018 et est détenu et exploité par une famille. Animaux acceptés avec supplément (cour arrière clôturée à l'eau de tous les côtés)

Si vous avez plusieurs animaux de compagnie, veuillez appeler et nous nous en occuperons. Vous allez adorer notre maison et c'est l'un des endroits les plus calmes du lac.

Vue dégagée sur l'eau et avantage d'une grande crique calme pour faire du paddle board et du kayak à toute heure, vous allez adorer!

De juin à août, séjour minimum de 7 jours du samedi au samedi, minimum de 3 jours toutes les autres fois. Veuillez envoyer un courriel si vous avez des questions ou besoin

Great stay and location!

Met up with family and friends for a week stay at this wonderful home. The home was clean and had a well stocked kitchen, beds were super comfortable, location perfect and the owners were very accommodating. Plenty of room in house and the yard for our group of 12. Made a lot of wonderful memories for years to come😊

Spring break

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We brought our boat and loved having our own dock. Another huge plus was having kayaks and paddle boards available for our use. The kids used them a ton! I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and comfortable home on LKN

Very cozy, well appointed and stocked with snacks and treats! The owner thought of everything. Loved the dock by the water not something many homes had that we saw. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. Our family and pups loved it here! Highly recommend!

Family Fun on Summer Breeze

Excellent vacation at an excellent property! The owner (Michael) was great to work with and made our experience really outstanding. House was clean, modern, plenty of amenities and lake toys (kayak, paddle boards, tubes). Really nice dock for swimming. Location was great to easily reach food options either by boat or car. Two refrigerators/freezers was much appreciated for our family of eleven. Highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

Relaxing Family Lake Week

We had a wonderful week at this lovely lake home. We had 6 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant. The children had so much fun in the big fenced in back yard and going for rides on the paddle boards or floating in the lake. The house is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were all very comfortable and had plenty of space. It was a wonderful week of memories! Michael is a great host! He was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Perfect Lake Getaway

This property was immaculately clean and had a lot of personal touches that make you feel welcome and at home the moment you walk through the door. I feel like they thought of everything you could possibly want/need and they provided it. The beds and sheets were extremely comfortable. The outside has several areas to sit and hang out and they provide umbrellas for shade. It was a nice quiet area for swimming, fishing and boating. Our family had the best vacation here.

Spring Break Getaway

We opted for a getaway to the lake in the Charlotte area for Spring Break and this place was perfect! Close enough to go to Charlotte but also far enough away to get away from the busyness of life and enjoy the calm and quiet of the lake. The owner was fabulous checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed when we arrived. The house is beautiful and fully stocked. We picked up the groceries we needed for the week and were set with everything else. The lake view is beautiful and with access to the lake from the backyard it was perfect. We would highly recommend this rental and have already talked about booking this house again for another getaway.

Amazing stay at Southern Breeze!

Our family enjoyed an awesome week at the lake! The home was warm and inviting with its beautiful furnishings and was extremely clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. There were many thoughtful touches everywhere such as a beautiful welcome gift basket, Keurig coffee pods and firewood. The owner really thought of everything. The area is peaceful and quiet and we loved the firepit time. Our family enjoyed the many lake toys, such as kayaks and paddle boards. The owner was very nice and very informative. We had an amazing time and look forward to returning!!!

Great family vacation

My family really enjoyed the stay at Southern Breeze. House was very clean and large enough to accommodate our family for the vacation. The only negative was that the picture of the dock did not accurately represent the dock, as when we got there, there were jet skis on one side and we had to dock our boat on the other, so it didn’t leave any room as an actual swim platform. But besides that, highly recommend and would stay again!

Our week in this home was AWESOME~~!!!

This home, the owners, and the location on the lake was PERFECT~~!!! The home was totally clean... beautifully decorated... had everything you could possibly need.... and more~~! Even free firewood~! The walk to the dock was close and easy. The inlet where the house/dock is located on the lake was like having our private swimming hole. The water was warm and clean... we floated out there for hours/daily. We loved how they had wooden stairs that walked you right down into the water. We brought our boat and 3 jet skis. The owner moved his boat and jet ski to make room for ours. We brought bicycles and the neighborhood is nice to ride in. The beds we so comfy, and the sheets were like sleeping on melted butter~! Fishing was good right off the dock. My nephews caught some nice sized fish. We go to different lake every year, just to try them all out. This home, and this lake, would be a hard one to top~! Thank you Mike & Cheri for making your home feel like ours~! God Bless~~!

Family memories

I am the youngest of 7 and spending time with my siblings is priceless. The lake house was clean, beautiful and provided everything you need. We had an excellent time, relaxing on the deck, screened in porch and fishing off the dock was perfect. We laughed so hard at times we cried. Mike, thanks for sharing your family lake house. We would love to return!

Family Getaway

The water toys were great and we used them nearly daily. There were plenty of games to play inside during breaks from the sun and plenty of outside games to play too. The fire pit was well built and we used it a couple of times for making smores.

Great location right on the lake

My wife and I stayed here with both of our families and we couldn't have had a better time. Michael's place was beautiful and well kept, and if we needed anything he was a quick text away. The house was in an awesome location on the lake and had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back here in the future!

We had a great week at an awesome property! Great location on the lake and the house was perfect! Clean, roomy and everything you need! The owner was awesome and was available anytime we needed anything! Even the neighbors were some of the friendliest people we’ve ever met. I would highly recommend this property! You won’t regret it!

Amazing Lake-cation

Staying at Southern Breeze exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend this home to anyone thinking of staying here. The dock provided entertainment (you can jump right off into the lake) and lake access via boat or jetski. The house was sparkling clean and had everything you really could think of in the kitchen or otherwise. The beds are comfortable, rooms spacious, bathrooms extremely clean with an assortment of toiletries provided. There is a nearby Sam's Club or Publix for grocery needs, grill outside, fire pit with wood for evening fires, fishing gear, etc. The owners have thought of most things and provided them to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. In summary, amazing place, amazing stay. We'll be back for sure.

Great place

Our whole family had a wonderful and relaxing time at this excellent lake house. Though COVID-19 limited our options for side trips, our 7 adults and four active grandchildren never lacked for space or things to do. The owners were very nice and responsive to any questions we had. The facilities were clean, modern and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of outdoor equipment and games. Deciding to return to this house in the future is highly probable.

Great family vacation!!

We had a fantastic family vacation on Lake Norman! The home was exactly as pictured in the photos. The owners had a welcome basket set out for us as well as everything we could possibly need at the house. The kids had a blast using the paddle boards and water toys!

A wonderful week spent on the lake! The home was superb. All descriptions and pictures of the property were spot on. We loved our time on the water. Spent several nights in and made dinner. Kitchen was fully stocked and having the gas grill was very accommodating. Loved having the kayaks and wake boards to use daily. Thanks again Micheal for everything.

We purchased this beautiful home after we rented in 2018. The two families that own this house are all originally from Buffalo/Rochester area and one of us still live in Buffalo and one of us lives locally in NC.

Owned and managed by the owners. All cleaning and maintenance done by the owners. We clean the house top to bottom after every quest leaves. Please take time to read the reviews and we believe our prior guests tell our story the best. Home is fully stocked for a relaxing vacation. Added deck off the back of the house Spring of 2020 for great views overlooking the lake in the Spring of 2020
