Remarquable maison de ranch avec de grandes pièces ouvertes, une vue sur les montagnes et une ceinture de verdure! D'immenses fenêtres traversent la propriété, laissant entrer toute la lumière du soleil de l'Arizona! Admirez les superbes couchers de soleil depuis cette spacieuse terrasse arrière dotée d'un spa Jacuzzi, d'une piscine Shasta et d'une grande grille de barbecue Weber. Cuisine très ouverte avec appareils presque neufs, machine à glaçons / eau filtrée, cuisinière à gaz à cinq brûleurs et lave-vaisselle. Buanderie avec laveuse / sécheuse. Belle suite parentale avec lit king size, télévision 50 ", double vasque, douche à l'italienne, deux grands placards et porte coulissante donnant sur le patio / spa. La deuxième chambre / bureau a un canapé-lit queen-size, une chaise de lecture, un bureau, une imprimante, un clavier avec souris et wi-fi. 2ème bain a une baignoire / douche, lavabo et toilettes. La maison est située sur un cul-de-sac tranquille qui donne sur la ceinture de verdure avec une vue lointaine sur la montagne. Piscine / spa entretenus par une entreprise extérieure, vous n'avez donc pas à vous soucier de les entretenir. Cette communauté de retraités a tout ce qu'il faut: trois terrains de golf, des terrains de pickleball, des terrains de pétanque, des courts de tennis, des centres de fitness, des restaurants, des salles de bal, des salles de réunion et des salons. Toutes sortes d'autres activités, spectacles et bingo à participer si vous le souhaitez! Le locataire doit être âgé d’au moins 55 ans pour occuper un logement et occuper un minimum de un mois. La location DOIT commencer la location le premier jour du mois et se terminer le DERNIER jour du mois.

The house is wonderful and very well equipped in the kitchen and throughout. Dennis is a great, thoughtful host who makes every effort to ensure you have a terrific stay! Pebblecreek is awesome too! We so enjoyed taking the golf cart to both restaurants. We can’t recommend this VRBO highly enough and we hope to return!

The host is wonderful and made our stay superb. The home is the perfect size, nicely decorated and the kitchen well equipped. There are even fruit trees in the backyard to enjoy. The hot tub was icing on the cake and the Pebblecreek Community does not disappoint. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent accommodations and well stocked - golf cart, bikes, kitchen utensils, towels, TV, WiFi. Dennis was quick to respond and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

We loved PebbleCreek and all of the activities it had to offer. The house worked out great for us and we enjoyed the use of the golf cart, as well as the hot tub on cool winter evenings. Dennis was very responsive to any needs we had. We would stay here again!

Dennis and Okies property was perfect! The home was spotless upon check-in. The home had everything we could possibly need. .Very well stocked. Nice comfortable home. Lovely home

A wonderful experience from driving up to the home. Easy to check in and felt welcomed right away. Every amenity needed was there. My wife & I had an excellent time on our vacation. This is a super nice home with more amenities than I expected, which was appreciated, too many to list. Very peaceful & quiet. Wonderful House & Owner!

This house was absolutely perfect for two people. There was a lovely gift basket of treats when we arrived and the fridge was stocked with bottled water. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. We used the pool almost every day. The community is super quiet and the house was a perfect home base to go explore Arizona. Highly recommend!

Couldn't Be Better!

Exceeded our expectations! The owner Dennis was incredibly responsive and a terrific guy. The property was spotless and well situated. Every kitchen gadget one could imagine. Private yard with a hot tub, needed for sure with the low evening temperatures in November. Obviously would recommend without any reservations.

Wonderful experience

My husband and I really enjoyed our month stay at this home and in the PebbleCreek community. The home is very nice and was well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The yard is beautiful and we really enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. Dennis was very responsive when we needed to reach out a few times. The sound of military planes on weekdays was the only negative, and that was just a minor nuisance.

Everything you need and more - highly recommended!

Property was beautifully presented - with a very generous welcome pack to greet us when we arrived late after travelling all day. Everything worked well - Dennis resolved a few queries for us very quickly, efficiently and courteously. Based in a friendly community with all the amenities you could wish for - and great access to shops, attractions and main routes for travelling anywhere. The best comment I can come up with is that it was a real 'home from home' and we relaxed into it very easily. There were only 2 of us - but the house will take 4 comfortably - providing a very relaxing environment with a very nice pool to cool off in the intense Arizona heat! Very nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a very nice location and Pebblecreek is a fantastic place to spend a month. Lots to do activity wise along with restaurants to dine at. We enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner with a lovely golf course view. We had a few things come up and our host Dennis was very responsive when we contacted him.

What a wonderful month!

We stayed at Pebblecreek for a month, had a hiccup and had to return home for a few days and Dennis was amazing, he had the house cleaned while we were gone. The golf cart battery died while we were there and Dennis had a great loaner brought in for us to use. We thought we would use more of the community amenities but enjoyed our time by the pool at the house that we did t have to leave much. Definitely the best rental experience we have had. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay in Pebblecreek!

We really enjoyed our two-month stay at Dennis's home in Pebblecreek! The minute we arrive, he had arranged for someone to come to the house and welcome us with a gift basket! The living room furniture was so comfortable! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Having a golf cart to take over to PebbleCreek's Toscana's restaurant was enjoyable. Great food! My husband and I were shopping for a home to purchase during our stay, and Dennis was absolutely wonderful providing us with recommendations on recommended contractors, etc. Thank you Dennis for everything!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

There is never a dull moment as there are so many indoor and outdoor activities..... that I can't begin to list them all! Three golf courses, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, horseshoes pits, tennis courts, two clubhouses with restaurants and lounges. Live theater, church, bingo, cards, arts/crafts, etc. There are some extra fees involved with some of the activities that the guest would be responsible for. Golf cart and bicycles to get around the whole community, so you don't even have to use your car if you don't want to!
