Longer Stay Discounts! Love the relaxing AZ life at this 3 bedroom home located in a Goodyear neighborhood near the 1-10 and 303 freeways. It boasts a large backyard swimming pool (Heating Optional) and adjacent hot tub, a backyard BBQ and patio sitting area. The home has been recently furnished and upgraded and is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, a week vacation, or a month long stay (please ask us for our longer term discounts).

The Space:
Welcome to our property!

*Please keep in mind this home is only available for longer term stays, and must have a 30 day lease. If you have a shorter stay we may be able to accommodate you at one of our other properties. Please ask us about other properties that we may have available for shorter time frames. 

Please read our policies before booking. They answer most of the questions our guests have and provide important information regarding our properties. Please note that this homes furnishing may be slightly different than pictured, as furnishings are updated at the property.

Love the relaxing AZ life at this 3 bedroom home located in a Goodyear neighborhood near the 1-10 and 303 freeways. It boasts a large backyard swimming pool (Heating Optional) and adjacent hot tub, a backyard BBQ and patio sitting area. The home has been recently furnished and upgraded and is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, a week vacation, or a month long stay

SLEEPING AREAS: 
Master suite with queen-size bed and attached full bathroom
Private bedroom with queen size bed
Private room with 2 twin size beds Guest bathroom in hallway
Front living room with a full size sofa bed

COMMON AREAS: 
Kitchen, dining room and living room and separate family room. 
A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. 

(Children supplies such as highchair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $3 per day per item, plus a $20 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

PARKING: 
Please Park in the garage. The garage can accommodate 2 standard sized vehicles. The driveway can accommodate 2 more vehicles. There is no overnight street parking.

POOL: 
HEATING OPTIONAL: 
The swimming pool (HEATING OPTIONAL) is not normally heated and time to get up to temperature can vary with the weather as well as other guest stays (may take up to 24-36 hours). Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool (winter months) option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee ($60/night - 1 week minimum plus tax and fees) added on to your reservation cost. 

PETS: 
Please let us know if you have pets as DOGS only are welcome to stay here. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e., dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we can inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned, you may need to purchase some of these items.

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events. 

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

*Property vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) and have access the grounds and service may occur during your stay.

Groups will have access to all areas of the home. You also have access to the laundry room if you`ve been on the road for a while, and the kitchen in case you want to cook a home-cooked meal.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 20 minutes to many popular destinations.
Feel free to ask about distances, and I`ll let you know average drive times.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.

Great stay, fun outdoor space!
Place had everything we needed for myself and my spouse and parents. We cooked and dined together. The outdoor space was the best part however inside was clean and several different sitting/dining areas. Pool was a great temp and hot tub at night and morning when it’s cool. Garage parking was so convenient. Doggie doors were great and yard fully enclosed. 8 minute walk to super store and places to eat. Green space along a walking path just behind the house which was great for our doggies. The path leads right to the grocery store too. We took a taxi to talking stick resort amphitheatre for $18-$35 which was about 16 minutes away. Children playing in the neighborhood, felt safe with nice families living around the area.

Perfect house in a great location!
We were visiting family in Arizona. This home was in a perfect location near shopping, dining, 10fwy and 303 loop. The home has a pool, jacuzzi and all the amenities you need in a comfortable home. Even a crockpot! Reasonably priced and easy checkin. Will be booking again, for sure!

This was the first time we stayed in VRBO. It was perfect, !My son and Family lived 10 Minutes away ! So this was a great find for us. Our home away from home! Beautiful home , Looking forward to our next visit ! Very relaxing hated that it came to the end!

Our stay was awesome! The house was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Gorgeous lemon trees hanging over the backyard walls. I didn’t pick any since they were the neighbors trees, but they were cool to see.
