Hi Michele! While we do appreciate your questionable comments, I'd like to clarify a few things: we did not charge you "to make quick money". We charged you for the extensive damage your family caused, including but not limited to: a kitchen drawer torn apart with the face ripped off, a gate lock that had been beaten with a blunt object, and a pool chair that was torn from weight being put where weight shouldn't have been. These damages were not due to "deferred maintenance". I should also add that while you were here you claimed to have been enjoying the pool, so the pool is anything but unusable and is cleaned twice a week. For you to leave this type of review after the way you left the place is very unfair. If you had had any issues with the way you found the house, you should have let us know and given us the opportunity to fix our mistakes. But we never heard from you. The house was left in bad shape when you left, and it was not that way prior to your arrival. I have several photos that I provided you with along with a long description of what each charge was for. I'll also add that the house is not "unsafe for children", the yard is fully fenced in. Thank you.
