Belle maison de trois chambres récemment rénovée. Entièrement meublé avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Le canapé se retire dans un lit supplémentaire si vous avez des invités supplémentaires. Lits confortables dans chaque chambre. Wifi gratuit, câble et bien plus encore! Dormir confortablement 7 personnes. La maison est située dans la ville branchée de Ohio, l’un des plus beaux quartiers de Clevelands. De nombreux restaurants et bars célèbres sont à quelques minutes. Également à proximité de nombreuses attractions touristiques telles que le marché de West Side et de nombreux autres magasins uniques!

The WiFi network was not available and despite repeated texts and messages to the owner, he never replied. We were expected to do our own dishes but there was no dishpan or stopper so we had to keep the water running which we hated to do. Some of the blinds were broken, kitchen light didn’t work, screws were popping out of the stairs so we had to be really careful not to step on them, bathroom towel bar was falling off. Neighborhood was nice, parking was good. Our main issue was lack of response from the owner when we had an issue.

Filthy, falling apart, deeply neglected

The condition of this home was horrifying. Months, if not years, of dirt and neglect. Every rug had visible debris, party confetti, hair, etc. Footprint-coated hard floors. I reassembled a vacuum left in pieces to try to clean myself, but it spewed a dirt cloud all over my clothes + the floor. Wiped the kitchen counter with Lysol + a paper towel; it was dark brown. Top of the fridge was dirty with food debris + dead bugs. Interior side of the front door was black with dirty handprints. Gobs of black hair + dirt stuck to the bathroom floor. A black nightstand was grey from dust. I called the host to report + didn't initially get through. I called VRBO + the call was dropped halfway through. This is what I could see before the host returned my call + sent a cleaner within 30 mins. She said the vacuum broke for the prior cleaner + they just left. She was friendly + did an okay job addressing these things, but it got worse after she left. Dark pet hair lined the wood along the stairway. Blinds + back porch screen door were broken. Porch was covered in debris we had to sweep. No kitchen towels or drying rack for the dishes. Kitchen sink did not drain. Microwave was greasy, covered in stains + chunks of food. Floors turned our feet black. Couch was visibly and odiferously soiled. Stained towels + bedding. Dead bugs smashed into the bathroom ceiling. Huge moldy hole in the bathroom wall by the tub; moldly caulking. Spiders everywhere. Smelled like water damage + mold. Do not book.

Inaccurate listing-renter beware

Despite the listing indicating air conditioning do not be fooled the property (if you can even get a hold of them) to leave the two bedroom doors open that have a unit (mind you these units do not cool the bedrooms they are in) to cool the third bedroom that did not have a window unit. The bed linens were dirty, and head phones were found made into the bed which gave us pause as to if the linens had even been changed at all. Despite the property being listed as non smoking it has clearly been smoked in recently with no remediation. The dents barely speckled in the walls and broken blinds just added to the unkempt appearance of the place. The breaking point for us was that the shower did not drain and there is only one bathroom in the property. This essentially rendered us without a functioning shower for our group of five adults. We reached out to the property manager three times around 9 am and then VRBO at noon (who were also not able to get a hold of the property manager but asked us to give the property manager until the afternoon to respond). After still hearing nothing from the property manager, around 4 pm we reached out to VRBO again. They finally connected us to the property manager who threatened to not return our security deposit and refused to refund our stay despite us not having a functioning bathroom. We were disgusted with the entire experience and the flippant nature of the property managers (if the house was not enough to convince you that they don’t care about this property their lack of customer service confirmed it. While they offered maintenance to come out within the hour they could not guarantee a functioning shower so we ended up having to pay additional for two hotel rooms. We frequently travel as a group of friends and use VRBO but this horrific experience will certainly have us rethinking renting

Beautiful updated space, accessible to best of Cleveland

The host of our stay was incredibly accommodating and communicative. The stay was very modern and updated and super close to some really great restaurants and Cleveland must sees. Thanks for a great trip!

Very prompt communication. Good value. Beds comfy. Nice back patio. Shower head with high pressure, super nice. Outlets are limited and some doors did not really close (bathroom). Not a big deal. One of the kitchen lights did not work. Would stay here again.

Close to everything!

It was a fantastic location for all that we wanted to do. Close to downtown, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Christmas Story House, Cleveland Museum of Art, West Side Market…all were just minutes away!

Nice stay

House was nice and clean. Check in was easy. I would suggest a little TLC like changing the messed up blinds and fixing the toilet paper holder. But other than that the house was just as pictured.

Everything We Needed

This little house was exactly what we needed for our short vacation to Cleveland. The beds were comfortable, and the location is close to everything. The only drawback was our last night there, the house in front of us was having a loud party, but of course this was no fault of the owner. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Good place with easy access to Cleveland Clinic

We stayed 6 nights for a family member’s cancer treatment and surgery. The house was clean but not spotless (floors didn’t seem to have been mopped) and the bathtub leaked into the kitchen ceiling. But it was very comfortable and the linens were very nice. Older home with limited electrical outlets and only overhead lighting. Neighborhood is clean and safe. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable House and Great location

We had a lovely time at this very clean and comfortable house. It is a very convenient location for exploring the area and it was perfect for our family.
