Dog Friendly Condo 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain situé au coeur de Mammoth Lakes sur l'arrêt de la ligne verte de navette pour la station de ski Eagle Lodge. L'unité peut accueillir 4 personnes et dispose d'un accès Internet Wifi. (environ 800 m²) Ft.). Cette unité spacieuse au rez-de-chaussée est un niveau et il y a 2 escaliers extérieurs pour entrer dans l'unité. L'unité de coin est lumineuse avec beaucoup de fenêtres laissant entrer la lumière. Dans la chambre à coucher, vous trouverez un nouveau lit king (janvier 2018) et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. 2 téléviseurs à écran plat HD, salon et chambre. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité disponible pour les invités. Buanderie payante située dans la zone commune près du bureau. Espace commun Piscine chauffée en été et Jacuzzi / Sauna toute l’année pour tous les visiteurs Wildflower. Il y a un parking extérieur pour 2 voitures.  INTERNET ET CABLE TV COMPLIMENTARY sont fournis, toutefois AUCUN REMBOURSEMENT ne sera accordé pour des problèmes de connectivité ou une défaillance Internet. Four Stars Explained

The unit and location were great. I would have given the unit 5 stars but the amenities were a bit sparse. The essential needs were met but there weren’t any of the luxury items for example wine glasses. The communication with locating the game supplies took several attempts, but overall a wonderful place to stay.

Won’t Stay Again

The unit is well located and could be comfortable if it wasn’t for the fact that it was the dirtiest unit we have ever rented. Dust and dirt buildup looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. The pictures show a very neat and clean unit, but please beware. The landlord was apologetic and allowed us to exit early - we really appreciated their consideration.

Property Managers Awful; Other tenants at property, total narcs

The owners of this apartment clearly care about their property. While the recent renovation is clearly a low-grade Home Depot face-lift job in the main living area and kitchen, the details such as the guest book, the binder of local knowledge and the dog food / water bowl stand, show that they are invested in creating a lovely experience for their guest. HOWEVER, where they fall short is the property managers they have managing this property. Prior to arrival, the amount of paperwork that I had to do was insane. I was terrified that at every turn during my stay, I would do something to incur additional fees/charges. The paperwork and email communications were often typed in all caps and felt very impersonal and yelling. The check in process was fine albeit impersonal. The following is a list of shortcomings of this property that I gave the manager a chance to address, but never heard back from them after leaving a voicemail on our first night. I would also like to note at this juncture that the property manager did have a chance to call me 5 minutes after our arrival as I was unloading gear from the truck, to scold me for having my dog off leash. My dog was essentially in a heel, following me back and forth from the parking spot we scavenged in open parking, to the apartment. I didn’t have hands for a leash but did have him on a buzz-buzz collar (that he does not need as he is exceedingly well trained and listens to my voice commands). There were no other people around us or other dogs so I thought nothing of it, giving him a chance to stretch after a 5 hour car ride. On to the list of issues: Kitchen: No paper towels or napkins. Kitchen very poorly stocked; no sponge for dishes, no aluminum foil and very very very bad utensils and other kitchen goods Knives blunt No wine glasses Only one single kitchen dish towel that wasn’t absorbent Nothing to clean/wipe counters with Living room: No kindling or newspaper to start a fire (side note, there was a lovely amount of pine firewood; we were able to start a fire with a roll of paper towels we keep in the truck for emergencies) Bathroom: Shower curtain covered in pink and black mildew Urine stains around base of toilet Random hair balls in bottom of shower and hair on wall Shower head completely corroded to the point of barely working; my husband was able to scrub on it with a cleaning sponge we found under the sink to get a bit more water flow Bedroom: Window broken

Run Down

The management company we dealt with were professional and tried to be helpful with the issues we were confronted with but the onsite manager was not. This unit was run down, needed paint and furniture that wasn't worn out. The ceilings had water leak stains, the windows could not be opened and the patio screen door was jammed and couldn't be used. The tub/shower and bathroom floors had considerable mold. The front door lock was worn out and difficult to use. When we brought these issues to the management company they told us they had no other unit available but would try to fix some of the problems, they never did. They also tried to explain away these issues by saying it was a dog friendly unit and was discounted in price. We have rented many, many dog friendly units in Mammoth over the last 25 years and have always had a clean comfortable unit. As for a discounted price, not from what I saw while researching units to stay at this year. My Parents were in a unit in the same complex at the same price and it was beautiful.

This is advertised as a discounted unit and dated and is priced accordingly. We are working with the owner to make some changes in his unit. We did have our on-site manager meet with you at the unit to help to resolve your issues during your stay. The windows do open in this unit, although they can be tricky. We were completely booked during your stay so we were unable to move you to a different unit. We also made accommodations for you when you arrived a day early. Please consider one of more upgraded condos during your next stay.
