Cette unité lumineuse et colorée "Beachy" décorée est parfait pour ceux qui cherchent le soleil ici sur la cÎte de cristal! Il y a beaucoup de plaisir des animaux en métal sur les murs pour animer la deuxiÚme chambre. La chambre principale possÚde un lit queen tandis que la deuxiÚme chambre contient un lit superposé pyramidal et des lits jumeaux. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. Détendez-vous sur le balcon et admirez la vue sur la plage et la piscine. Cette unité est idéalement situé à l'ascenseur et loue à la semaine seulement. Les réservations de 5 nuits ou plus incluent le linge de maison. Unité loue dimanche au dimanche. Situé dans le bùtiment A.

Beautiful Condo!

Our condo was beautiful, well furnished & stocked! We had amazing views of both the pool and the ocean. I will definitely stay here again. The only small inconveniences that I encountered were the fact that the realty company was located at the Atlantic Beach end, almost 15 minutes from the condo. Also because this condo is located at Indian Beach. You almost have to travel 15 minutes to either end of the island for stores and restaurants. If you come prepared, this is no problem. But I frequently had to make trips to get items here and there. Overall, it was a great condo, there were lots of amenities and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall, a great stay 🙂

My family and I enjoyed the pool, hot tub, beach, and tennis. There was more activities to offer but we couldn’t fit it all in! The accommodations were adequate. The furnishings were quite nice! However, the kitchen is in need of some TLC as is the front bathroom. A great week 🏝

Beware of renting this one

Just returned from a two night stay at this condo. My daughter and I had invited a couple of friends to join us for her birthday and I was embarrassed that we were staying in this unit. It needs so much maintenance and cleaning. Blinds were broken and unusable, lights and outlets didn't work, microwave tripped the circuit breaker, showers and vanities were broken and nothing seemed clean - so dusty and stained. My friend's bed pillows had blood stains - I was mortified! This unit is not up to a standard to be rented to guests without a lot of cleaning and maintenance. The corner of the kitchen counter was literally taped up. I am definitely not happy that I paid such a high nightly rate for this. I would have been much better off at a hotel.

Indian Beach is great spot in middle of island. Older property with good amenities that are well maintained. One should note that exhaust fans in bathrooms were not put in & carpet was the choice flooring. As long as you are ok with that then you will have a nice stay.
