This apartment in Florence was very nice. Very clean with all the amenities. Someone greeted us and showed us into and around the apartment which is always nice. Special details in the decor too. My only 2 complaints are the bed and WiFi. The bed was not comfortable at all and the WiFi only worked in the main room. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay. Grazie!
This apartment was just perfect for our Bologna visit. Very spacious, extremely clean and nicely appointed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Very secure. An easy walk to City Center. There is some noise from the busy street, but it didnât bother us or interrupt our sleep. We would stay here again!
Superb little apartment that gives the Florence experience. You really feel like a local. Perfect for a couple.
Only concern were the mosquitoes. Otherwise fantastic experience.
This was a very nice location, it was all updated not too long ago, very fresh looking and very quiet at night. You are a short walk to all the attractions and twenty mi utes but foot to the train station. Thanks Silvia for an awesome trip to Florence.
The location is a short walk from all of the major sights in Florence. The street was relatively quiet with a nice market set up most days just around the corner. The only draw back was the very narrow steep stairs, but the apartment itself was quite nice.
Silvia is an excellent host and she is readily available if you need something or an information. The appartment is well maintained and ideally located. Thank you very much Silvia!
Location is great. Apartment as described and as in pictures. Clean and comfortable. Bed was great. Check in was quick and easy and they were very helpful with information. Stairs were steep but manageable. Easy walk to all attractions. Great atmosphere and restaurants in Santo Spirito. We would stay in this apartment again.
This apartment was as described in the pictures. It was clean, spacious and well located. This neighborhood is close to the main attractions, but far enough for a quiet stay. We walked everywhere. There are lots of eateries to choose from within minutes. And, of course lots of shopping. Silvia was attentive and communicated with us to ensure all was well. Highly recommend this apartment!
This was a really cute apartment in a great neighborhood. Much quieter than the main part of florence and there were lots of restaurants nearby. The biggest problem was that the A/C was essentially useless and opening the window was too loud and left us covered in mosquito bites by morning. Overall a great apartment, but the edition of a bedroom fan would have helped a lot.
Effective ,efficient meet and greet....to an apartment in the most pleasant area of Florence, an apartment with all amenities and convenient for the busy City.. ...only downside of our wonderful time (outside the control of the host) was the lack of information of Bus Routes..but we will recommend the apartment to all who want to visit .
Perfect balance of price, location, and apartment quality
Don't hesitate, just book it now! We have traveled all over Italy a few dozen times or more and exclusively stay in agriturismi or apartments. This property goes down as one of the best. The kitchen appliances are very nice and visiting the market in the piazza each morning to get fresh food was perfect for making meals. For those of you who have traveled frequently and worldwide, you know there are sometimes challenges with a good shower. We especially appreciated the nice size shower with great water pressure and temp. Most importantly, Silvia was always there when I needed anything and although her English is excellent, I really appreciated communicating with her Italian. Thank you Silvia for a great experience.
We were in Florence for a week so deliberately chose to stay in the Altrarno, where it would be a little calmer. This is a lovely little apartment - sympathetically modernised in a very old building. Itâs only 20 minutes walk from the train station - maybe 15 to the Piazza del Duomo - and there are loads of bars and restaurants around.
One note of caution if you have mobility issues. Itâs up a steep stone staircase - maybe 30 stairs - and not easy with a heavy case.
This property is two blocks from the Pitti Palace and only a 10 minute walk to the Uffizi Gallery. It is a comfortable One bedroom apartment with kitchen and Living room. For two people this is ideal. We spent five days in Florence and this apartment proved to be a great place to stay. Since Florence is a very walkable city, you are fairly close to everything here. We found the walking times needed to be doubled due to the amount of tourists in the city. Anything that might take 10 minutes is easily a 20 minute walk with all the navigating you will have to do. There are a lot of shops around the apartment and some very nice restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.
The flat was exactly as described and was comfortable and a perfect base for discovering the city. The location was great, very relaxed and not so busy as the north side of the river but still full of character. Sylvia was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. Thank you!
Check in and out was a breeze Apartment is in a great location, only a short walk away from the busy parts of town. Located in a cute neighborhood with excellent restaurants nearby as well as a wine shop and grocery store. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
Overall great location to walk to sites and enjoy the surrounding neighborhood. Note there are steep narrow stairs to enter the 2nd floor apartment. Communication was superb for check in. The bed was comfortable.
