Magnifique chalet quatre saisons construit sur mesure et prêt pour vos aventures en montagne! Quatre chambres à coucher, trois salles de bain, salle de jeux avec table de billard, table de hockey sur air, téléviseur 55 pouces et jeux de fléchettes. Poêle à bois avec porte pour protéger les plus petits. Chambre des maîtres au premier étage. Le deuxième étage dispose de deux chambres à coucher ainsi que d’un espace de couchage double. Au troisième étage, l'aire de jeux pour enfants avec échelle et portail personnalisés et un espace de couchage pour deux adultes supplémentaires. Le niveau inférieur comprend une quatrième chambre avec porte coulissante donnant sur la salle de bains privative. Salle d'écran nouvellement construit en plein milieu de la plate-forme enveloppante massive. Deux foyers, y compris un massif en pierre et un propane entouré de quatre chaises berçantes sur le pont. Tout nouveau terrain de jeu pour enfants avec une bascule aérienne, trois balançoires et deux toboggans. Hamacs avec lumière entoure. Nous sommes sûrs que vous aimerez notre maison autant que nous!

Family weekend

This vrbo was the most well appointed one I have ever stayed in. They had everything you could need in the kitchen and an incredible amount of toys for the children to play with.

Family vacation enjoyed by all!!!!!

This was a great spot for our family vacation. The house was so spacious and clean. It had games, a pool table and a tv we never even turned on. It is so close to the beautiful lake. The sounds of nature were so beautiful and relaxing. It is so quiet you can hear every bird! The house was so well stocked with everything you need to make your meals. The beds are so comfy, and rooms so nice and welcoming. Great communication before, during and after by the owner. Highly recommend this perfect spot......The chalet is just a nice vacation spot for your time away. Everyone had a great time!

We had a great time at this property. We had a mini reunion and this was a great place to gather and catch up. We loved the long table to play games and have dinner. The host was great!

Cute house, lots to do, very friendly and helpful hosts!

My group had a lovely time. There was lots of activities in the house, and all kinds of kitchen stuff and condiments. We had a little hiccup with the key lockbox and the hosts were immediately accessible to help us out. Definitely recommend!

Exceptional Experience

It was an outstanding rental in every way. Home is warm, welcoming, clean, spacious and offered so much for our long family weekend. We enjoyed walking, running(for some of us 😊), kayaking, the outstanding firepit, cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, and spending quality time together on the perfect screened in porch. We all appreciated the love that is evident in this home. So happy we experienced this property for our annual family get together. Hope to return!!!

Very pleasant from beginning to end

We had a great time. The house is well maintained and very spacious. Written description and pictures are very accurate. The owner,is a pleasure to work with. We were 6 adults and a three year old. Great house and location

We were three couples with kids staying two nights to celebrate NYE. The house had a bedroom on each of the three floors for us as well bathrooms so plenty of room to spread out. The propane fire pit on the porch gave off enough heat for us to enjoy it even in the dead of winter. The game room with pool table, air hockey and dart board was used by all. The house was clean and equipped with everything you might need. We also enjoyed a short walk to the lake - iced over enough to walk on - and a picturesque covered bridge. Enjoyed our stay and would love to come again during the summer.

Lots of space, many options

This house worked out wonderfully for my extended family. Because we spent most of our time with other family in the area, we did not take advantage of many of the amenities offered, but we enjoyed the deck with morning coffee and took a pleasant walk to the nearby lake. Sadly, we did not see the neighborhood bear. Figuring out which switches controlled which outlets was a challenge, but we eventually figured it out. (Hint: The switch is not always in the same room as the outlets it controls!)

great house

The house was wonderful- extremely well equipped, large, comfortable, cozy, lots of fun toys and games, wonderful wood stove with plenty of firewood, everything you would need in a kitchen, plenty of linens and towels. Fit 5 adults and 5 kids and 1 dog very comfortably. One word of caution- beware the zipline! It is fast and without an obvious way to dismount safely... we had a couple of injuries... (yeah, after the first injury, the second one was on us...)

Sweet house in the woods

Such a sweet house. The decor was charming. The deck is very large. And the screened in deck was wonderful. The kids loved the kayaks and the swingset. The living room was large enough and comfy enough for the children to watch a movie after a long day of fun. The house is situated in a perfect place. Close to the lake and the town of Hawley. Only 20 minutes from the Wayne County Fair. However the two locked closets were full of mothballs. My daughter and I are both sensitive to mothballs. A can of Fabreeze helped to get rid of the smell. We truly enjoyed this sweet house in the woods.

Great Getaway!

We enjoyed our weekend at Hilltop Haven! Very spacious and filled with things to do. Our children especially enjoyed the basement with pool table and darts! Close walk to the nearby lake and close to Lake Wallenpaupak. We loved having the option of sitting outside by the fire or inside of the screened in porch.

Thank you for letting us stay at your home, it is beautiful and cozy... with plenty of room for our group of 8. Mountain comfort

Very comfortable home for our 8 person family gathering. The screened porch and enormous fire pit were our favorite gathering spots. The host was responsive and very helpful with recommendations on nearby eateries. Great spot to feel comfortable in the woods and near a lake.

Family Get-together

The property was perfect for what we needed and had wonderful toys and supplies for our 3 year old and great activities, even for the adults. The property is also close to many wonderful things to see and do. While the listing is accurate, we neglected to ask if there was air-conditioning. I think for the most part, it wouldn’t be an issue, but the week we were there, the upstairs rooms were very hot, despite plenty of good fans. The property instructions were great and very helpful. For those of us who like to recycle, please include information for where to bring recycling in town since your trash does not pick-up. Overall, we had a wonderful week there. Thank you!

Great house for families

Well equipped home for 3 generation family holiday. Wonderful screened in room with table for eating and couches for lounging. Kayaks, playground, well stocked kitchen, and lake a few blocks away. We even saw the neighborhood bear from the kitchen window (only once). Thanks Rebecca.

Perfect Lake Getaway

Our family had such a great time at this property. We used it for a Memorial Day getaway and had mixed weather, but with this property there was always something to do. When outside activities weren’t an option the family was playing pool, darts, board games, or just cuddled into a movie. When the weather cleared we were zip lining, kayaking, boating, and roasting marshmallows around the bonfire. The hosts are top notch as well — easy communication and very friendly. They’ve considered every detail. Highly recommended!

The best family winter getaway

So many great things to say about this home and Rebecca as a host! The home was perfectly clean and fully stocked with just about anything you can imagine, not to mention huge extras like toiletries, cut firewood, a fully decorated Christmas tree and even baby gates. My large family and I were beyond comfortable during our stay and really enjoyed the whole house. Especially the game room, play room and outdoor playground. Check in was easy and Rebecca was prompt about any questions we had before and during. Thank you again for a wonderful holiday vacation!

Great House

The family had a great time at Rebecca’s home. The house has everything we needed and then some. The house rules were pretty easy to follow and everything was in its place. If I owned a home in this area I would build it just like this one. The only issue we had was the property is on a steep hill so my parents had a hard time walking to the yard and down the driveway. My father actually fell once by the yard and slid under one of our cars and then fell again in the front of the house and this time he rolled down the driveway… all the while keeping his cigar lit and in his mouth… now that’s dedication! -Joe

Activity heaven!

We all had such a good time! It rained 2 of the days we were there so we weren’t able to do the hiking we wanted to but the host had everything and anything to entertain everyone, adults, young kids, older kids even my infant! The house was clean, very cozy, and nice and chilled with no air conditioning need it! Rebecca the host got back to me very quickly on all my Questions, she even had an air pump which saved the day for our moms 65th birthday. We were sad to leave but look forward to going back!

Lots of toys for kids and adults

Cold rain all Memorial weekend, but had fun inside this large, well equipped home. The refrigerator and cabinets had lots of food, spices etc. We appreciated the supplies, but had to stack most our food on the kitchen counter - thus left with a cramped preparation space for cooking. Need detailed instruction for using the harnesses for the zip line. Wouldn't recommend trying it unless completely sure how to hook up properly.

In addition to the absolutely beautiful house you will be staying in, I provide pretty much every essential you could think of to make your stay stress free and effortless. You will be entertained from the minute you check in between the activities and games that the house provides as well as kayaking on the lake, skiing nearby resorts or hiking the trails near the house. You could also just enjoy the peace and tranquility that sitting on the screen porch gives you. Some days I am just relaxing by sitting on the porch from sun up to sun down.
