Fully enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and organized. Host offered many extras not provided at other condos we have stayed at. Beach view was tremendous and could see the Pier area from the balcony. I would highly recommend stay at the location.

The condo is clean, spacious, and convenient. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The balcony overlooking the water is huge!! Just a few steps from the beach and gulf. Two lounge chairs and an umbrella are set up for you at the beach. The kitchen has everything that we needed. I highly recommend the unit.

We LOVE this property and will absolutely be returning! The property description and photos are very accurate. The parking garage is a little tricky at 1st but the reserved spot for the room is perfect. Very easy to access and very very close to the elevator. Additional parking is right across the street which was also easy access. Rob was a great host, very responsive & informative! He had sent us all of the check in info before we arrived along w some other information like nearby restaurants and stores which was so helpful since our group hadnt been to PCB in a few years. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The rooms are spacious & well decorated. Beds are very comfortable! The balcony is amazing w great furniture. We spent alot of time out there hanging out & playing card games. Beach access is 1 of the closest I have ever encountered in a condo & the included beach chairs made it even easier due to less things we had to carry. Highly recommend this unit & these hosts!!!

This is a wonderful unit. The owner was very easy to work with. We had a small issue during our stay and the owner promptly dealt with it. The property is wonderful with easy beach access with two lounge chairs and an umbrella. The unit itself is well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We spent a lot of time on the large patio that has comfortable seating and a table for outdoor meals. If you are looking for a spaciousness unit that is tastefully decorated and very clean, this one is for you!

Beautiful Home

Wonderful location and the Property had was beautiful and had everything you could need. Loved the pool and the hot tub and the balcony was a wonderful place to sit and relax.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room for our entire family and super clean. Close to many restaurants and activities. The location came with beach chairs and umbrellas that we used each day. Robert was quick to answer any questions we had.

Great family vacation!! The condo was beautiful and very clean!! Nicely decorated and had all the amenities to make for a relaxing vacation! The building and beach area was clean and well kept.The condo owner was extremely easy to work with and was very prompt on answering any questions we had! I would absolutely recommend this condo!!!

Amazing view and stay

Everything was amazing and an excellent stay. Just wish we could have stayed longer than a week. Loved how equipped the place was with everything we needed. Definitely will be staying here again in the future. Rob stayed in contact with me before the stay and when i arrived to see if everything was to par and if we had any problems. Great person!

Wonderful condo!

All the comforts of home and more! The condo was beautiful and functional - kitchen well stocked with pots and pans, a regular coffee maker and a Keurig! The balcony had multiple seating arrangements and a table to seat 6. We would definitely stay there again.

Best Trip Ever!

My two best friends enjoy our annual trip and this was the first time we stayed here! It was wonderful! My bestie struggles with mobility issues and having TWO master bedrooms with walk in showers was awesome! Rob was amazing to work with and always was available to us! He was so thoughtful to check on us to make sure our trip was going well! We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful updated condo and great owners

We have stayed at Tropic Winds several times as a family and this condo was by far our favorite. Updated and perfectly situated on the 6th floor at the east end of the building. Rob was a fantastic owner, always responding to me right away. The condo was very clean when we arrived and it very well stocked and met all of our needs.
