Bienvenue sur C33!

Évadez-vous des condos surpeuplés et venez vous détendre à Perdido Key au Sundown Condominiums. Le complexe à faible densité est situé en face du golfe du Mexique, sur la rivière Ole. Vous pouvez profiter de la plage et de la navigation de plaisance lors de votre séjour à Sundown. Le complexe dispose de deux quais de bateau où les glissades sont disponibles sur un premier arrivé, premier servi.

DEEDED BEACH ACCESS! Avec une courte promenade dans la rue, vous pouvez prendre le trottoir jusqu’aux plages de sable fin.

L'unité C-33 est une unité de bain située au dernier étage avec une grande terrasse à moitié couverte et à moitié non couverte. Ainsi, vous n'avez même pas besoin de quitter l'appareil pour travailler votre bronzage! Du dernier étage, vous pourrez également admirer de superbes couchers de soleil et regarder tous les plaisanciers et les dauphins passer. De la cuisine, vous aurez même une vue imprenable sur le golfe!

Wonderful property!

We enjoyed everything about our stay! Great location and amenities! We will definitely choose this property again. We did have housekeeping enter the condo this morning, without even knocking, at 8:36. It was especially inconvenient because we were dressing at that time. Check out time isn't until 10:00 and we were checked out by 9:30. This should not reflect on the owner, as an outside cleaning service is used there.

Balcony didn’t disappoint

Balcony was great. Saw dolphins every day. Unit was clean but needs a little tlc. Carpet a little ragged and dirty. Lots of broken tiles in kitchen and bathroom. View was great.

Clean and Comfortable.

This was our third trip to Pensacola this year and this was the cleanest stay so far. The resort was quiet, convenient to anything you would need, and a short walk to the beach. The only drawback of the entire stay was not having extras to be used on the beach. The property managers had sent an email to explain what was provided, but I did not receive it due to the size of the email. This did not impact the quality of our stay. I would not hesitate to schedule another trip here,

Perfect for our needs

We came for a baseball tournament so didn’t get much beach time so this was perfect for us . The view was great and it was very clean . It could use a little updating . The laundry door was broken and there were several blinds broken in the living room . We had an issue with the living room tv but the manager fixed it very quickly. All in all for the price and the location we had a great stay . Our boys won the tournament so that made it even better !

sundown condos are a hidden gem across from the beach. Went during busy season and beach not crowded. Condo was perfect

Perfect location

It's too bad that the unit wasn't great. Mold in the bathroom, things falling apart. The location was great. Being across the street from the beach was no problem. The pool was fine.

Great location and family friendly

Great place to relax and enjoy a quiet beach. Close to everything, the apartment was fine, sofa bed not very comfortable, I would advise to bring your own air mattress.

Beach vacation

Great condo for a small family. Loved sitting on the balcony watching dolphins swim by. Convenient, short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

I was able to fully unwind from the stressful times we are in at this Condo. The space was perfect in all areas: location, access and cleanliness. Perdido Key Condo

Our family had a great time staying at Sundown Condominiums. We found the listing was very accurate and no surprises. The Condo was very clean and very spacious. Plenty or room for 3 adults. The master bedroom provided great privacy. The location was great, less crowded on the east side of the island. Easy access to the beach. We definitely plan to come back to this area again.

Sunrise and Sunset

A great location to view both as this picture shows it exactly as it is. We not only enjoyed breakfast on this deck but lunch and later, cocktails also. We were lucky to view a full moon. Highly recommend, go and enjoy!!!

Sundown was an amazing venue for our vacation. The condo was in excellent condition.

Sundown C33 was an amazing condo for us to stay at during our vacation. The 1 bedroom condo was still spacious and views of both the bay and gulf were amazing. Very quiet, peaceful location. We never heard any neighbors. It had a very strong "family feel" to it. My girlfriend and I were very pleased with our decision to stay at Sundown and we will definitely be staying here again in the future!
