À quelques minutes des pistes, des magasins, des restaurants et des sentiers de randonnée, ce sera un lieu de détente en haut de votre liste! Les 4 chambres à coucher sont fraîchement rénovées avec 2 des 3 salles de bain! Une grande cuisine et salle à manger avec une salle de bain sur les trois niveaux vous donnera le confort et la commodité! une belle terrasse donnant sur le foyer et menant à la rivière sera un endroit idéal pour prendre un verre ou commencer la journée avec un café chaud dans l'air frais des bois! Cette maison a 3 canapés une belle table en chêne avec des sièges supplémentaires au sommet une télévision grand écran dans la chambre des maîtres dans le salon et une autre télévision dans le quartier! Regardez vos sports tout en profitant de la nature! Pêchez la rivière à la recherche de la truite brune au large du quai, qui se trouve à 300 m de la façade du PM ou parcourez quelques sentiers pittoresques du North Country Trail à quelques minutes! Vous ne voudrez plus quitter ce petit bout de tranquillité sur la rivière!

Beautiful setting for family getaway

We had a great stay. The owner reached out ahead of time to provide information, answered our questions while we were there, and had great information in the home to help make our stay as easy as possible. We loved having multiple spaces, upstairs and down, to hang out. The outdoor spaces were fantastic. The docks were perfect for sitting and watching the fish go by. We're definitely booking another stay!

Comfortable and enjoyable stay

This property worked well for our long weekend away with family. Access to things in Ludington, beautiful property and well stocked kitchen and cooking utensils. The satellite TV was great too!!

Beautiful home on secluded river

Host - Paul - was excellent to communicate with. Home was perfect for 6 adults for the weekend. Firepit in the backyard was great & the wood was tarped off to stay dry. Highly recommend booking with Paul.

Great getaway

We enjoyed how quiet and convenient the cabin was to fishing access. The cabin was very well equipped with all the conveniences on would need for a week's stay. All appliances and utilities were in great working order. Everything we needed for enjoying our stay for fishing the Pierre Marquette and Traverse City Bay. Would be a great place for a family stay.

River Side Tranquility

Property and house were perfect for our stay. Location was great and Paul was a very accommodating Host. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Everything was clean and working properly. Paul made accommodations for us to check in early due to a change in our schedule. He was also quick to respond if we had any questions. We will be booking again next year. Thanks for a great trip!!!

Excellent location. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Very private and quiet location with tons of salmon swimming through the stream out back. Owner answered any questions I had prior to getting there. Will rent again next year 👍

We are motorcycle riders that were looking for a central Michigan location to ride from. This house met our needs. The roadway to the house was sand which was a little trickie but manageable.

Riverfront house with a lot of privacy!

This house was perfect for our family trip with a toddler! We enjoyed the privacy of the outdoor space/patio and bonfire set up - it made it a great place to spend quality time together without being around tons of other people. Paul is a wonderful host and directed us toward many activities for kayaking and fishing in the area and was super responsive to all our communications!

Peaceful, quiet time away

My husband and I spent 4 nights at the cabin- since it’s only 1 1/4 hour from Grand Rapids, it was the perfect location for our adult children to drive out for a day or night visit. The cabin is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped. Less than 10 min drive to a nice grocery store. Paul was easy to work with- responded to texts promptly!

Wonderful & Relaxing stay

I would like to thank Paul for the great weekend my family and I had. Paul is a great host and very helpful. The property is very nice and secluded, exactly what we were looking for. Lake Michigan and Ludington State Park are only about 40-50 min drive. The house is clean and it has everything you need.

Great cabin, very relaxing & no contact check-in/check-out.

My family had an excellent vacation at this cabin. Paul has thought of every aspect to make your stay as great as possible from very comfortable bedding, couches and dish tv for when inside to a large amount of seating outside to enjoy the deck and a nice fire pit with an abundant supply of fire wood provided. The cabin was very clean and kitchen well stocked. The dock on the river is a nice place to relax at the end of the day. We will certainly try to make it back again next year!

Even though we were ultimately unable to stay at this property because of storm damage, Paul was in constant contact with us and worked hard to try to get the property in working order. I would highly recommend this property based on that alone.

Great Family Vacation Spot

We had a great stay for our annual family vacation. We brought a baby gate which made managing the three levels easy for the toddler. The house stayed cool with window units and keeping the curtains closed during the day. The river was lovely and not a lot of mosquitoes. The owner was responsive, knowledgeable and kind making the experience easy and enjoyable. I enjoyed reading my book on the balcony and watching a visiting bunny every night.

Family Time

Campfires, played games, kayaking, Friday all the children were there for a cookout and campfire. 2 daughters and there families lived in Big Rapids and went home later that evening. The other 2 child and adult grandchildren that live further away stayed the weekend. It makes my heart sing when we are making good memories. The only issue for me is I struggle with stair steps. We all love the stay so thank you Paul for hosting

Great Family Vacation

Truly a great experience! We stayed here for a week. Check in and out was super easy with no contact. The owner answered us right away if needed. He had everything we needed including two room air conditioners that kept us super cool, air fryer, plenty of pots/pans and spices. He even left a nice treat for our family. My wife, myself our 9, 8 and 2 year old children really had a great time. It was a bit complicated to keep an eye on the two year old with the stairs, we ended up buying two baby gates and it worked out perfect. We most definitely will be coming back!!
