Modern Cabin and Bunkouse on Putman Lake. Sleeps 7

Putman Lake Cabin and Bunkhouse is a mid-century, newly updated cabin on Putman Lake. Located in Baldwin in Northern, MI our cabin is near an abundance of natural areas and recreational activites in this highly sought after vacation destination. Lake County boasts 156 lakes, 45 trout streams, four major rivers, over 310 miles of ORV and ATV trails, and more than 900 miles of groomed connecting snowmobile trails. The nearby Pere Marquette River is recognized as one of America's Blue Ribbon fisheries.

Between the 800 square foot cabin and fully finished 10x10 bunkhouse we comfortably sleep 7 and the bunkhouse provides for the perfect kids hangout.

Indoors
Enjoy features including WiFi, a Smart TV, Washer and Dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning provided by stand alone units within the cabin and the bunkhouse and a window unit in the bedroom. Sleeping accommodations include a Queen bed in the bedroom of the main cabin, a sleeper sofa in the living room and a queen bed and twin bed in the bunkhouse. Linens and towels are provided.

Outdoors
Enjoy the deck overlooking the Lake providing outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. For your entertainment we also provide a pedal boat, row boat and life jackets. Please note, Putman Lake allows boats with electric motors, but not ones with a gasoline/diesel motor. Additional outdoor amenitites include a private dock, fire pit with camp chairs and beach towels.
Note: Water activities are seasonally availale from June to September subject to weather.


Whether you're looking to simply relax in the great outdoors of Northern MI or hit the water and trails for fishing, boating, swimming, hiking, or ATV riding our cabin provides the perfect location. Baldwin is also home to some great dining options including 867 Baldwin and Northern Exposure Cafe. If you're looking to explore the surrounding area, our cabin is located approximately 35 minutes from Ludington. Located on Lake Michigan, Ludington is home to Stearns Park; one of the best public beaches on the Lake and an array of dining and shopping options downtown. Traverse City and the Sleeping Bear Dunes are located approximately 90 minutes north of our cabin.
