Propriété boisée située sur un étang privé avec 3 chambres et 1 salle de bain complète.

Le Chalet Chardonnay peut être visité par des couples, ou 2 ou 3 familles selon le nombre de personnes. Nous sommes 1 / 3rd d'un mile de notre accès à la plage Big Star. 3. 2 miles du lancement du bateau. Vous pouvez ORV dès le chalet. Salle pour les remorques. Nous offrons dormir jusqu'à 10 personnes dans le confort de vrais lits. 1 lit king size, 2 lits queen et 4 lits jumeaux. Nous avons également fourni un rocker planeur et un parc / berceau pour les nourrissons ou les jeunes enfants en bas âge. TV / DVD et télévision dans chaque chambre pour les moments où vous voudrez peut-être seul. Tout nouveau système d'adoucisseur d'eau et d'élimination de la rouille à la fine pointe de la technologie Culligan pour fournir de l'eau propre et claire pour la cuisson et la baignade, y compris l'eau et la glace de la porte du réfrigérateur. La cabine offre de l'air central, du chauffage à air pulsé, un poêle à pellets pour les douces nuits d'automne et d'hiver, un bain à remous et une chambre de 3 saisons pour vous garder à l'aise toute l'année. 4 roues et motoneige directement de la maison aux sentiers. Si vous n'avez pas de VTT ou de motoneige, il y a des endroits à louer. Pêche de classe mondiale pour la truite, le saumon et le steelhead, dans la rivière Pere Marquette, la rivière Pine, la rivière Big Manistee et les rivières Little Manistee. Our stay my wife & I for our 14 year anniversary was everything we were hoping for!!The cozy atmosphere & sitting in a very stylish hot tub out side was so incredibly relaxing & needed.,. So immaculate.clean which is always a plus!! Highly recommended!!

Birthday getaway

The house was adorable and very clean loved the pellet stove and hot tub. One thing that was a bummer was there was no toilet paper and paper towel as well. We literally were not there except to sleep and ran out as the role of each was at its endWe had to take down one of the alarms as it was beeping all night until my husband figured out which one to take down.

Family & friends fishing fun

The Chateau was very clean and nicely decorated. A warm comfortable home invited us all in to relax. The fishing was difficult but the time spent at the cottage was relaxing and stress free. The hosts had a nice book out with all the instructions and attractions, as well as a nice bottle of wine.

We come yearly, my best friend and I. We started staying exclusively at this property last year because it checks EVERY box for us. Close to town yet semi secluded. Hot tub, beautiful view of big bucks and herring, close trout fishing. Love it!

Great cottage!

We have no complaints. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, plenty of space indoors. We made use of the fire pit every night. Loved the hot tub! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our meals. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and the 20 or so turkeys running through the yard from the swing. The lake is a 5 minute walk. There is access to launch your kayaks, but not a lot of space to sit in the sand. It was a joy to stay here!

Week of rest and relaxation

Cottage was super cute. Very clean and cozy. We were a little disappointed that the wet land in the back was dried up but it was still a very peaceful view. Enjoyed the hot tub however do wish it had a little bit more privacy from neighbors, fortunately they were not home during our stay. Over all we had a nice relaxing time.

We loved the cabin! Kitchen is well stocked! The property is nicely shaded and we took advantage of that with our hammocks! Super hot while we were there so only used the hot tub once but can see that it’s a nice bonus perk!

HEALTH HAZARD!! Contracted bacterical infection from hot tub

This was hands down the worst vacation rental experience I have ever had in my life. Myself and a companion stayed for two nights; from Friday to Sunday, at the property. During our stay we both began feeling ill, and hours upon our return Sunday evening we broke out in full body rashes along with experiencing vomitting and diarrhea. I immediately called my doctor on Monday and was seen Tuesday. I was diagnosed with the condition "Pseudomonas Folliculitis," caused from the bacteria Pseudomonas Aeruginosa growing in the hot tub due to lack or proper cleaning and maintenance. My doctor told me I needed to let the property owners know so they could drain and properly clean the hot tub. I reached out to the property owners and VRBO to let them know of the bacterial infection I contracted from their property. I sent proof and picutres including the horrible rash on my body, test results and after visit summary from my doctor showing the bacterial infection along with prescription information I had to take in order to treat the condition. The property owners have been unwilling to communicate, or to issue a full refund. I have been waiting a month now to hear back from them. I am mortified and apalled how the property hosts have treated me and handled this situation, especially considering the proof and records I provided detailing this absolutely horrific experience. I have permanent scarring all over my body from this nightmare experience. I would give zero stars if I could.

Multiple Stays

This is my third time staying at this rental property, and it was just as great as the first. Check in/out process, cleanliness, amenities, etc. are all top notch. Quiet neighborhood and close to town. The hot tub is the best part. Hope to be back again next year!

Great vacation home

We used this home as a base to take day trips from. It was the perfect little cottage tucked in the woods. We also stayed there one day and just relaxed because it rained all day. It's nice and quiet.

Labor Day Weekend

Had a great time at this property! The house was super cute, well maintained and fully stocked. We spent a lot of time just relaxing and loved having the hot tub on the property. The only negative is that the beach access is very small, there really isn't a public "beach" and it's not as pictured in the listing. We really didn't feel welcome on the lake or in the access area and didn't stay long. Other that that, it was a perfect getaway to unwind and Helen was super responsive. Great hosts and wonderful property!

So nice we stayed twice!

We love this spot! ORV trails all around offer a fun and scenic ride through gorgeous mature forests. Locals are incredibly friendly and have been especially welcoming of our special needs adult daughter. The wildlife are abundant and we were lucky enough to see turkey, porcupines, deer and a variety of birds all while sitting out back by the fire pit. Big Star Lake is a fun boating and fishing lake and floating/canoeing the Pere Marquette River was a blast. The home is very well stocked, comfortable and the complimentary wine was a great treat! Excellent place to vacation and unwind.

Restful Stay

So nice to have a clean, quiet, and cool place to rest after busy days outside. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The location is pretty and very close to Big Star Lake.

Hello! We are excited to be the new owners of this amazing property and be able to offer it to couples and families to enjoy time away to relax and re-connect.

We have been looking for a property that we felt had all the requirements for our vacation home. It is our goal to make this your favorite vacation spot too.

We are Michigan residents living in Zeeland. The short drive for us allows us a great vacation spot for a quick get-a-way, less then 2 hours. We are family that enjoys the outdoors and all the beauty that Michigan has to offer. We hope that sharing our home with you is a blessing to your family.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with the view, nature at its best, especially from the three season room. Our family likes to four wheel and snow mobile on the hundreds of miles Baldwin (Lake County) has to offer. We also enjoy the golf coarse right around the corner. We are close enough to home but far enough away to feel like a vacation. The home offers all the amenities you get at home without the stress.

The three season room, beautiful deck and hot tub over looking the fire pit area, open concept home, a huge sleeping loft, 60 inch high definition TV with satellite, and internet. It's just a great location! State of the art water filtration system by Culligan for pure clean, soft water without rust.
