Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un endroit agréable pour passer des vacances, c'est tout! Nous avons une belle vue sur l'étang si vous voulez juste vous asseoir sur le porche arrière et poser vos pieds. Il y a aussi un sentier autour de l'étang si vous voulez faire de l'exercice. Situé au premier étage, il n'y a pas d'escalier pour transporter tous vos bagages! Nous sommes situés dans le centre de Myrtle Beach, à proximité de toutes les attractions et à seulement un mile de la plage! Parfait pour les familles, les golfeurs ou une escapade romantique, cet endroit est fait pour vous!

The property is 1st floor with plenty of rooms. The furniture is much better than most units and everything is convenient. We enjoyed our stay, it was like home away from home.

Amazing property - Central Myrtle Beach

This property was amazing! The decor was really nice. I loved the hardwood floors. And my family really enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the pond! It was more than enough space for the six of us. And very close to Broadway at the Beach! We will return!

Convenient and Well-Kept

We were in town for a family memorial and so we didn't spend a ton of time at the condo, but it served our needs well. Place was as pictured in photos and the property manager was very responsive and upfront about what is / is not provided (as far as toiletries etc). The location was great, quite and ample parking, close to where we were visiting. Would stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family celebration. Everything was seamless and the property was clean, relaxing and in a convenient location. We really enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood and the peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely book this condo again.

Loved the spacious condo as well as the location! Very clean with lots of kitchen utensils, and cookware. King Beds were 2 twins vs actual king beds as described in the listing. Would love to stay again.

Great location, huge place, rugs disgusting and filthy, should have been replaced years ago, screened porch dirty, most of the furniture was stained, but place was sold as we were leaving. Pools tough to use as management closed them early, or were cleaning them. Beautiful area close to beaches and restaurants. Overall great stay just disappointed with the lack of cleanliness.

Thank you for your comments. We actually just had the rugs cleaned at the beginning of May. With renters constantly coming, we don’t have the 24 hrs we need to get them cleaned every month. We wipe down the furniture outside so I will have to check and see what you are talking about, it may have been from the pollen when you were here. It is our “snow” here and we clean the furniture and 10 min later it’s covered again. We take great pride in how we clean our condos and you should have made us aware while you were here if you weren’t happy so we could fix any issues.

I stayed in many property's in magnolia place and magnolia point been going to myrtle for 28 years. You have a beautiful property very comfortable and homey feeling what you want on a vacation.you have a great manager responds to you immediately you need to get on your cleaners they are cutting corners thr fans are covered with dust the woodwork is also being overlooked .leaving enough towels to cover the amount of people would be helpful 4 towels 5 people had to go buy towels The porch screens on the back side covered with cob webs your cleaners are not doing you justice.Overall a very enjoyable relaxing place great accommodating manager would highly recommend and stay again if you would have us.We go to myrtle and stay at this complex every year. And being from philly the EAGLES theme right at home..Thank you for having us.

I am glad you enjoyed the condo. We left the exact amount of towels (6) allotted as stated in the welcome email. In reference to your comment regarding cutting corners, we changed our entire schedule around to allow you to check in 5 and a half hours early and didn’t charge you for an extra day. Your check-in early request caused us to extend our day and my employees day at a great expense to myself in effort and labor cost. I am sorry if we missed a fan, but this review has brought me to the decision to no longer allow people to check in early. Thank you for your input and realize that our effort on your behalf was above and beyond routine.

Issues

There were spiders dropping from ceiling fans, ants in the kitchen and water bugs in Master Bedroom. The brown chair in the livingroom is dangerous for larger people. I sat on tip of chair that threw me out of the chair, chair flew on top of me and I hurt my leg and side. Please remove chair so that others will not get hurt.

Above and beyond expectations - two thumbs up!

We could not have asked for a more positive experience staying at this property. This was my first time at a Vrbo. Katie, the host, was extremely attentive and quick to respond to any question I had. Great place and experience

The place is beautiful and was close by to everywhere we needed to be-check in, rental, check out was all smooth and the communication was spot on!! While the place was clean overall the cleaners seemed to have totally missed dusting/cleaning all of the ceiling fans and bottom shelves of the furniture-everything at eyesight level was immaculate though. Not a deal breaker at all - just feedback for the cleaners.
