This beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and ocean views. Thoughtfully renovated and designed for relaxed coastal living, the home features a spacious open-concept layout that makes it easy for family and friends to gather, unwind, and enjoy time together.

The main living space is bright and welcoming, with large windows that bring in natural light and frame views of the Pacific. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating an ideal space for conversation, meals, and evenings spent relaxing after a day at the beach.

Step outside onto the beautiful deck and take in the ocean views while enjoying your morning coffee or an evening sunset. It’s the perfect spot to start your day or wind down after exploring the coast.

The home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms, offering plenty of space for families, couples traveling together, or a small group getaway. With two full bathrooms and an additional half bath, everyone has room to get ready and relax with ease.

Property was perfect for a weekend trip with a larger group of friends. Beautiful view of the beach and easy trail access to the water. Walking distance to a fun bar and restaurants. Would definitely stay again

The home was absolutely stunning and even better than described, especially the kitchen which was packed with extra amenities! The bedrooms are a bit on the smaller side, so it would have been amazing to have access to the unoccupied detached suite. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, found it hard to leave, and have already recommended the place to several friends!

Beautiful home with amazing views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was lovely and had all the pots, pans and accessories one could need. The balconies were our favorite spot - newly added furniture made them our go to family hang out spot. The washer and dryer were so nice to have. The path to the beach was very close but challenging and steep. The property management team was responsive and very helpful. There is no microwave, which isn't a problem but we didn't realize it before we bought microwaveable things. Overall a great stay and the kids and grown ups alike hope we get to stay here again!

The house was comfortable and offered a beautiful view of Rio Del Mar beach, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. The kitchen was spacious, and we appreciated having TVs in all the bedrooms.That said, there were several maintenance and upkeep issues. Some items inside the home were in disrepair—such as a door that was coming off the wall (which the host addressed quickly by sending a repairman the next day). However, other issues like loose screws in chairs and a broken refrigerator handle had to be fixed by us during our stay.The exterior of the property could also use attention. The driveway appeared overgrown with weeds, and there were cobwebs around the outside areas, including the stairwell.One major drawback was the access to the house. There is a long outdoor staircase from the driveway down to the property that was not clearly described in the listing. This made unloading luggage challenging and was especially difficult for our older family members. While we expected stairs inside the home, we were not prepared for the long exterior stairwell.Additionally, outdoor seating was very limited. There were only two chairs on the upper deck and none on the lower deck, which felt insufficient for a property that accommodates up to eight guests.Overall, while the home has great potential due to its comfort and views, improvements in maintenance, exterior upkeep, and clearer communication about accessibility would significantly enhance the guest experience.
