Superbement situé sur Ocean Blvd, juste en face de l'océan Pacifique et du parc Bluff, à quelques pas de la plage, de l'autre côté de la rue.

Cette villa de 2 chambres a une vue panoramique sur l'océan de Long Beach et le Queen Mary. La plage est de l'autre côté de la rue, la deuxième rue ST est à seulement 10 minutes, je peux accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes.

La villa est au 2ème niveau, ils sont divisés au milieu cette villa est située à gauche à l'étage quand on regarde la maison directement sur la gauche 2 fenêtres sont la vue sur l'océan

Jardin arrière commun avec barbecue au gaz propane, stationnement également disponible
La plupart des attractions de Los Angeles et Orange sont à 30 minutes.

Awesome view and location.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Having a quiet, romantic, dinner sitting at the tall dining table in front of the picture windows facing the ocean rivaled any restaurant we've been to! View is spectacular.

Perfect Location!

This house was in a great location! It was a very short walk to the beach (right across the road), restaurants and the Belmont Pier. It is an older home, but has been updated nicely. The creaks of the floor add to the charm of the property. Susan was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Weekend

Perfect location for many adventures Long Beach offers. Cute older property. Equipped with everything we could possibly need. Clean. Easy check in. Susan was great and very accommodating! Neighbors were nice. Went on a warm day. Would recommend window a/c in living room :)

Lots of plus but couple negatives

The gas barbecues in backyard were not usable. The gas was empty and couldn’t light. Cooking surface wasn’t pleasant. The beds were super soft but that is more of a preference than complaint. Overall very quiet and cozy

Lovely Unit on the Ocean

I'm so glad I didn't pay attention to some of the negative reviews. Susan was delightful to deal with as was Sergio the property caretaker. The home is an older home on the beach, decorated nicely. Yes, there are some areas that could use a little paint and the bed could use an update, but overall it was a nice place, especially for the price. I think it's priced well for it's minor blemishes. I'm sitting here typing this and looking out at the ocean. We'll be sad to leave! Location is superb! Once last thing, you have this amazing view in the front and a fantastic backyard space with grills and tables. We loved that garden area, too. Overall a really nice time. We'll be back!

Please avoid !

Very complicated check-in even if I arrange everything in advance (sent my drivers licence picture she lost). No communication possible with Susan, she would take 2 day to reply. Useless garage, our car would not fit. The owner would not provide any alternative. The place was average, the stairs noisy. the beds uncomfortable, a lot of windows had missing screen, the towels (only 1 per person for a whole week) she provided us were so cheap. There were signs saying not to leave glass, ...anything on the kitchen counter to avoid staining it...that was unwelcoming. The safety deposit is abusive and unnecessary. Looks like a Youth Hostel. Not so great for adults or family.

great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view was incredible especially with the sunny days we had. The apartment was just as described and pictured. It also had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of room to spread out. The bathroom and kitchen were GORGEOUS and were very modern. The apartment is in an old unit and the stairs squeeked and groaned going up so I was always worried about the downstairs guests but it was part of the charm of the building. It seemed like a typical bungalow from the golden days. We walked a block or two to the store and it was lovely and had everything we needed. Parking was a little bit of an issue as I am sure it is everywhere in Long Beach. The host was very good at communicating and working to solve the issues. The only con I could see is the beds could be updated. They were not super comfortable, but the bedding was lovely. There were plenty of pillows and blankets and fans to keep everything comfy. The rooms were nice and big and had space for our stuff. It was overall a fantastic stay.

Great Host, Location and clean

Susan was very responsive, very good to work with. She was very nice in both our email exchanges and on the phone. The location is directly across the street from the beach and there is a grocery store and restaurants within easy walking distance. The property itself was a little funky but nice, clean and we had everything we needed. However, we were unable to spend any time there due to the extreme heat during our stay. (108 in Long Beach the first day, it cooled? down to the 90’s for the next few days) There were numerous fans, which I'm sure is fine for normal beach weather but a suggestion would be to install window air conditioners at least in the bedrooms for these occasions. The bed we had was comfortable, but our friends said their bed sunk in the middle. (bedroom off the kitchen) It was their anniversary so I think they made the best of it :). Just as a note to future guests, it is advertised as an upstairs unit but keep in mind here is a steep wooden staircase to access so for anyone with mobility issues that should be considered.

Long Beach Location Villa

The property has great location but the listing does not clearly reveal that there are 3 rentals using the same backyard space and are connected. Written directions and a map on how to identify which villa is being rented vs entirely oral over the phone. Overall the property is nice and property manager responsive but the mattresses are in need of replacement.

Long Beach with a view

Booked this great rental for a week long business trip. Enjoyed the view while working late nights and the extra space for family to come visit for a few evenings. The host, Susan was responsive and a pleasure.

Great location

This was a great location, as advertised. This is why we booked, and it was lovely. The property worked fine for 3 adults who needed separate sleeping quarters. The kitchen had the essentials. The beds were comfortable, and the other renters respected the quiet times. The place was clean and had nice decor. The check in and parking was complicated as we arrived in the dark and the house number was not visible. A picture of the front of the house on the website would be helpful. But the owner was helpful when we called for assistance and we finally got in. I would stay here again.

I moved to Long Beach from the UK 22 years ago and I Haven't left yet. I love the California Lifestyle and the fact that you can be on the beach in the morning & ski in the afternoon if you want, I think is amazing.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I just love the Long Beach location, You can be In LA or Orange County so quickly its so in the middle, which is great for both business and fun. its so convenient. Also the people here are so diverse and friendly.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I fell in love with this home for the View and the Architecture and that you can walk to Second street & the Beach with shops & restaurants only 3 blocks away.
