Ce condo 2 chambres 2 salles de bain situé au coeur de Waikiki. Reine en maître, 2 jumeaux en seconde chambre. Les deux salles de bains entièrement rénovées comprennent une baignoire / douche dans chacune. Profitez de la vue magnifique depuis la terrasse sur le toit qui comprend une piscine, un jacuzzi, un sauna, un barbecue et beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. L'unité vient d'être améliorée pour inclure des planchers de bois, un nouveau lave-vaisselle, un four à convection, une cuisinière, une laveuse / sécheuse, des comptoirs en granit et des accessoires.

Nous sommes à quelques pas de la plage de Waikiki, des restaurants, du zoo et à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons du marché international. Great property, super quick communication between host and myself. All around Great place. My only complaint was the chairs on the outdoor patios were cut, or ripped. But that was fixable just by purchasing a couple camping chairs and using those. Doesn't hurt my review any, still a pretty great property/host

Good location

Air conditioners were really noisey but required to be on all of the time due to the heat.

Condo was clean. Property manager was great and very accommodating. Many thanks Marc! GREAT location. Lots of shopping, restaurants and the beach within a short walking distance. Much smaller than we expected. Very old building. TV took some getting used to. No batteries in remote. Give it a try.

The rental unit was conveniently located, very clean, and generally well stocked. The management company was professional and very responsive to our questions/concerns. The furniture/beds were fine with the exception of the couch. The couch needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable.

Super location!

Our family of 4 loved our 11 nights in this super apartment. So handy to supermarket (Food Pantry), malls/shops, restaurants and of course a short walk to the beach! Really well equipped kitchen and loved having the beach chairs & cooler box to use. It was great to have air-conditioning - they were noisy but only bothered one member of the family who used ear plugs (everyone else slept)! Also the noise from the city was loud at times but that's part of being in the heart of it! Really clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of drawers & a wardrobe in each bedroom. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a roof top pool and car park are hard to find in Waikiki and if we came again we would stay here again! Thank you!

Waikiki Location with under cover parking! Fantastic 2 BR Condo

We had a great time at the unit for the 10 days we stayed there. Both Yuko and Marc were very responsive to our requests, even opening up the unit for us and showed us around. The unit was clean and well kept, showers good with lots of hot water, and the kitchen stocked with some of the necessities. Security within the building is good and the building itself well maintained and presented. Proximity of the food pantry and other shopping was very handy, and we quite often walked to the shops around Kuhio and . We did initially experience issues with the early morning loud beeps from reversing trucks making deliveries to the food pantry on weekdays, but it only lasted a couple of days before we got used to the noise. There was also some renovations going on in the unit above us early one morning, but the workers were very cooperative when our daughter asked them to stop the work. Thanks for a great holiday, Yuko. I will recommend your home to our friends and family, and we can't wait to be back in Honolulu and your place soon!

Moderately Ok

Keep in mind, this is an older unit. It has been updated but the windows do not seal and the air conditioning (window units) are not able to cool the space due to the infiltration coming through the windows. The second bedroom curtains only partially cover the windows and affords little privacy. There wasn't a coffee pot in the unit upon arrival. We made a Walmart run and purchased one and left it there so hopefully the next guests won't have that issue. The unit was clean for the most part. The common area lobby is nice with a security guard and the gated parking is nice. Grocery store right down the street is handy. The owners communicated promptly and attentively.

Fantastic location and well stocked condo.

My husband and I stayed here in late November with our 20 month old son and our nanny. This is the second property of Yuko's we have stayed at, but the first was in a different building. Communication was excellent and we met up with Marc with no complications on our arrival despite getting in quite late. The condo is in a fabulous location, just a block away from the only grocery store in Waikiki, right across from the canal and a 5-10 min walk to the beach. The building is an older one, but very well maintained with a 24 hour guard at the door. The condo is on the 7th floor and is renovated tastefully and kept very clean. It was superbly stocked with dish detergent, soap, food essentials, etc... which is always so nice to have. Yuko also provided a pack and play to rent for my son during our stay. The condo has 2 bedrooms with a queen in the master and 2 single beds in the other. There are 2 small bathrooms, each with a tub, with the master having an ensuite. The kitchen is very nice with everything you need including a small washer and dryer, which was definitely helpful for us with a child. There is a small pool with a hot tub on the roof with BBQ's and an amazing view. The only negative thing I can comment on is the master bedroom has slit windows and they do a poor job of masking the sounds from outside. I was worried that it would be a huge issue for my son, sleeping during his naps and at night, but it actually was not that bad. The windows do have a blind, but don't do a lot to block out the light so we had to hang up towels to make it darker in our room for our son. Overall though, the condo was definitely big enough for all 4 of us and we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We visit Hawaii on a regular basis and would not hesitate to rent with Yuko again. Mahalo!

the villa was nice great location except there was demolition happening behind us which started at 6am and went all day, it was very loud and we were not notified of this upon booking the rental had I knowen I would have gone somewhere else

The condo was welcoming and clean. Really could not have done better planning any other place to stay. The building had security personnel which made us feel safe within the building. Great place to stay

The condo was large, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. We were close to shopping, events, and great eateries. The cost of staying in a condo over a hotel afforded us far more space and more spending money. We will probably never book a hotel again for vacations!

Close to restaurants and beach. Suggestions - a broom and dust pan in the unit would be helpful. The door tracks to the balcony in the LR do not slide very well, which makes the door hard to latch. We very much enjoyed our time at Fairway Villa and would certainly stay here again! Thank you
