Vaste unité au rez-de-chaussée du Bella Sirena Resort. Caractérisé par un vaste patio qui tire le meilleur parti de son environnement luxuriant. Avec deux niveaux et de nombreux sièges, il fournit une zone ombragée à tout moment de la journée. Il y a un barbecue à gaz ici pour le barbecue.

Le salon comprend un grand canapé en forme de L, des chaises assorties et une télévision murale de 50 pouces. Toutes les chambres disposent d'un accès par câble.

Comptoirs en granit riche dans la cuisine avec des éléments de menuiserie accentués. L'unité a également une laveuse et une sécheuse.

La chambre principale comprend un lit king à baldaquin, une armoire et un. salle de bain avec baignoire de jardin. La chambre numéro deux a aussi un lit king-size.

Bella Sirena est située directement sur Rocky Points Sandy Beach, récemment recertifiée comme l'une des plages les plus propres du Mexique. Il y a un gymnase complet ici, Swim Lounge pour la bonne nourriture et boisson, et 4 piscines. La station est fermée et sécurisée.

Cute little place!

Cute place! Listed that they had beach towels so I didn’t bring any but I couldn’t located any in the property! The dishwasher is tragic with what people said but still useable ish! Loved the location and it was very clean! We will be back for the price!

We love Bella Siena and have stayed there many times in the Villas and in the towers. The location of this unit was great, but the unit lacked a bit. I only rent units with a grill. This unit listed a grill but none was present. Apparently they were referring to the very poor community grill. The lighting in the unit was awful. Several burned out light bulbs and very dim lights throughout. The dishwasher was almost unusable. The racks were rusted and you could barely get a plate to stand up. No check out details were given at checkin or left in the unit. Again, details count. The unit could be fabulous but was only average.

Christmas at the beach

We came for a quiet retreat for the holidays. Bella Sirena was gorgeous, and was very comfortable. The large pools, bars and restaurant at the resort were closed because of the the Lukeville border crossing closure, but we still very much had a great time. Washing machine had a pretty major leak, but Casago sent repairmen quickly. Kitchen sink did not have hot water, and the water heater for the condo was pretty small, so short showers were necessary. Other than that, we had lovely stay very close to a clean and sandy beach. Will be back for sure!!

Not as good the 2nd time

This was our 2nd stay at this condo and we were a little disappointed with the issues we found: the patio fan had corroded and a blade was laying on the floor behind the couch, so we could nor use it and it was HOT !! Also, the screen door was torn in several places and flies kept getting into the condo no matter what we tried. The slider did not slide easily and eventually the screen came off the track. AC was hard to regulate but we were provided with nice blankets. If these items were fixed, we would give it a 3rd chance.

Relaxing Oceanview Getaway!

This condo it great! It provided everything you need for your stay and was clean. It also has ocean views and a very short walk to the beach where you can get a massage! We would definitely consider this place again.

Beautiful accomodations

The condo was very clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping service was on time and excellent. We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo with amazing views and easy access to pools and walking distance to the beach.

Fantastically Supplied and super close to beach

The room was in an excellent location with a large patio with easy beach access (right down the path). The room was excellently supplied and even had beach towels and chairs for use. Quiet, clean and upscale.

This condo is beautifully appointed and we will come back. A funny a few quirk with the light in the main bathroom mirror - once we turned it on, we could not turn it off our entire stay, even at night. Apparently they were waiting for a dimmer part which was back ordered. I understand supply chain issues and to be honest, we had the best sleep experience. A gem of a place

CasaGo has to GO

The property was overall well equipped and as advertised (minus spare toilet paper or spare towels). Upon our arrival, the screen for the living room slider was leaning against the door. The screen was unusable and kept falling down due to wind. The light in the master bathroom shower could not be turned off. The front door handle broke on our last day. Overall,, just aging issues…however, communication between the housekeeping and CasaGo obviously is lacking. Two of the three issues should have been either brought to our attention or resolved before we arrived. One thing that surprised us was housekeeping let themselves in while we were at the beach. They left toilet paper (after we’d purchased some), a roll of paper towels and a dish washer tablet. Nice to have the supplies, but late and unexpected. I read previous reviews about the check in process being a bit of a pain. That is definitely the case. Considering the broken door handle and having to wait for CasaGo to send someone to attend to it for nearly two hours, i’ll WITHOUT QUESTION avoid all CasaGo managed properties.

Perfect for us

This property was exactly what was advertised and just what we needed. It was clean. Good water pressure in shower. Nice bed. The patio was perfect and that's where we spent all our time. The beach was a short walk away. It was great.

The patio was the best psrt

Great: ▪︎Patio furniture ▪︎Location within Bella Sirena ▪︎Large unit ▪︎Kitchen had most supplies needed to cook food ▪︎They provided beach chairs & towels despite listing stating neither would be provided Not-So-Great: ▪︎The paperwork I signed said unit would be cleaned the first 3 days and supplies refilled. They never showed up. Luckily we brought extra toilet paper since we ran out quickly. ▪︎Neither of the 2 sliding doors actually lock, they just give a stick to put into the railing to prevent them from opening, but the sticks weren't that effective. ▪︎Main door frame wasn't secured and moved a ton, so door could've been hit open easily. ▪︎Master patio door & window were duct taped on patio side so not secure. ▪︎Kitchen trash only had 2 very thin bags for 5 night stay. ▪︎Dishwasher is old and prongs rusted off so only a few plates stood up. Had to just lean them on eachother. Unit desperately needs a new dishwasher. ▪︎Master bedroom fan only adjusted with pull cord that you have to stand on the bed to reach. ▪︎Master bathrooms toilet runs like crazy. Seems like the handle might need replacing. ▪︎Main patio sliding door fell off the railing every time we tried to open it. Despite the # of not-so-great aspects of the unit we would likely stay there again for the great patio & location.

Why not giving 5 stars

We have stayed at Bella Sirenia many times and love the complex. Bar, pool, staff and food is excellent, have always used VRBO but never through Casago. This was a clunky process to find the location and to take keys back. To Casago. The units kitchen was not well stocked…no kitchen towels, no pot holders, very limited utensils. Bathrooms, only one large towel… no extra large towels. No beach towels for the pool area. The description of the unit reflect a grill on the patio and stated to fill propane at our cost…there was no grill…

Wonderful Spring Break Vacation

The condo was beautiful with a great location and the property and grounds were gorgeous. The location on the beach was perfect for us. The beach was fun and a bit busy without being overcrowded. We loved being midway between town and Cholla Bay. Definitely coming again

Great Place for Families

Great property, I did not notice that the beds were queen sized. That is my only issue with an otherwise very nice room. Would have liked to have had some beach chairs which previous rentals had available. They are not available for purchase anywhere in town.

There was minor little things that could be fixed. The place was very nice and Bella Sirena resort is beautiful. Enjoyed my view. It was stocked and had beach towels and chairs plus a life jacket. Only thing that would of been great is to have figured how to use radio and tv. Besides that we loved it and will be going back. Weather was perfect.

Kitchen was not equipped so don't plan on cooking here

We have been renting in Bella Sirena for 15 years and this condo was the worst one we have ever rented in terms of being equipped with the things we needed. The kitchen especially was very poorly furnished. We always bring food and cook our meals rather than eating out, but view it as a necessity during the pandemic. The kitchen didn't have a single towel, hot pad, or oven mitt, not a single baking pan or casserole dish, not one food storage container with lid, no pitcher to pour water into from the gigantic 5-gallon jug...I could go on. We ended up using our bath towels as kitchen towels, the provided beach towels as bath towels, and just didn't use towels at the beach. It also came with only one roll of TP for each bathroom for a 4-night stay for 4 people so we had to spend the better part of a half a day of our precious vacation time going to the store for needed supplies which included waiting in line because of COVID capacity restrictions. When we called management to ask for more toilet paper and towels they said they couldn't even leave them outside our door "because of covid." They also nixed the daily cleaning service that was supposed to be included "because of covid," but didn't reduce the nightly rate of $300 for the change. More profit for them while putting locals out of work. We will never, ever book with Casago management again.
