Notre maison est entièrement climatisée et dispose de trois chambres et 2 salles de bains à quelques minutes de tous les parcs Disney. Il a une piscine entièrement protégée et une clôture en vinyle privée tout autour de la cour pour plus d'intimité. Il a une terrasse de bronzage à l'extérieur de la terrasse de la piscine, mais à l'intérieur de la clôture privée des voisins. Pour votre tranquillité d'esprit, notre maison est gérée par un agent de gestion local qui est disponible 24 heures par jour et 7 jours par semaine pour les urgences et pendant les heures normales de bureau pour d'autres demandes.
La salle familiale est confortablement meublée avec causeuse / canapé et TV 50 pouces. avec câble et téléphone pour les États-Unis uniquement.
La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend, cuisinière / four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur / congélateur avec machine à glaçons, mixeur, cafetière Keurig à usage unique ou cafetière ordinaire pour plus de tasses. Tous les ustensiles pour casseroles, poêles. Le coin petit-déjeuner peut accueillir 4 personnes et la salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes. La maison a une laveuse et une sécheuse pour plus de commodité, il y a aussi du fer et une planche à repasser.
La chambre principale est entièrement meublée avec un lit king-size et une commode, un dressing et une télévision de 44 pouces. Une salle de bain est située dans la chambre principale. Des plants d'ananas sont plantés tout autour de la maison, vous pourriez avoir de la chance et rester chez nous pendant qu'il y a un ananas mûr à cueillir et à manger.
La deuxième chambre est meublée d'un lit queen, d'une commode et d'une télévision de 44 pouces.
La troisième chambre a un lit superposé avec une pleine taille en bas et des lits jumeaux sur le dessus.
La deuxième salle de bain est située entre les 2 chambres.
Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis.
A l'arrière de la maison se trouve une piscine privée entièrement blindée avec des meubles de piscine, il y a une table et 4 chaises.
À l'extérieur de la piscine, une terrasse peut être utilisée pour bronzer ou simplement pour le plaisir.
Le chauffage de la piscine est facultatif. 30 $ par jour avec un minimum de 3 jours ou 200 $ par semaine.

3 month stay as snowbirds

For the past 4 years staying as snowbirds house was always cleaned when we arrived.Pooland lawn maintenance was done on a weekly basis. Owner Julio can always be reached either by text or phone if a problem arises. Its a very quiet neighborhood and you have access to the park where there is a pool,tennis/pickleball court and very safe to enjoy walking or jogging.When our children and grandchildren fly down to Orlando airport which is about 30 minutes away they really enjoy the pool at the house which is fenced in for privacy which is a great asset to this property. Last year we were lucky at the time of our stay we had a pineapple that was ready to eat .Delicious.. Even had a couple of bunnies that would drop by every night for treats!Walmart superstore is about a 3 minutes drive to do your shopping, for those who golf like my son its a 2 minutes drive to Mystic Dunes golf resort. There is plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Disney is about 15 minutes away too.So this property is very central to a lot of stuff to do.

So much fun!

We had a blast in Orlando and loved the house! The pool was perfect, everything was conveniently nearby and the host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Definitely worth every penny!

Family Trip

House was in a great location and having the pool there was the best part as that's where we spend most of the time. The extra games in the garage were a surprise to see. Overall we were happy with everything, definitely will be looking at this property next time we are in the Orlando area for a trip.

Great stay

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was well kept and clean. The pool was fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils that anyone would need. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, but not far from any store you might need. Julio was always quick to reply to any questions I had. He even went above and beyond by contacting me to let me know his cleaning crew found a small bag of electronics items that we had left, and arranged to have it sent back to us. 10/10, would recommend.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect stay for our families trip to Disney. The house had everything we needed to have an enjoyable week. We did have a little trouble figuring out the lock to get in but the owners communicated back immediately to ensure a smooth access to the property. It was a bit of a drive each day to the parks and airport but we didn’t mind. The property was clean and everything functioned as it should. Overall, our family had a wonderful stay.

Snowbirds vacation house

This is our third year staying at this house for 4 months. The house is always perfect as usual. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe for taking daily walks. Our children and grandchildren fly down for a week and enjoy the house and especially the pool which is always crystal clean with a privacy fence all around. Julio the host and owner always makes sure everything is always to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this vacation rental....

Perfect Disney Getaway

I couldn’t be happier with my stay at this property. This is the third time we’ve traveled to the Disney area but our first time without a large group so we needed a smaller home this time around. We coordinated with the property manager to accommodate an early check-in (because we drive in from NJ and it’s definitely nice to have a place to go when we arrive). We also wanted to ensure the pool would be warm when we arrived and it was. The pool heat was great and made our “off days” so enjoyable. My daughter loved the pool! The home was the perfect size for us and the rooms were lovely. Also the air conditioning was perfect and the fans were a nice added touch. The only negative was that we couldn’t get the ice maker to work (although there was a bag of ice in the freezer) so we just bought bags of ice. We had a little problem (completely my fault) because I thought I had booked the property for one more day (we like to book an extra day and then leave in the evening since we drive overnight back to NJ so our kiddo sleeps in the car). The property manager reached out to me when the cleaning crew arrived and all our stuff was still there. Luckily there wasn’t another family arriving that day so we worked out a late check out. Overall a fantastic experience and I’d absolutely recommend this home to any family!

Beautiful comfort

This property is even nicer in person. Everything was extremely clean. The pool and the lights were amazing. The owner was easy to get a hold of through the app and responded in a timely manner. We would love to stay there again.

Perfect for small group or singles

I stayed in the house for one week by myself. The trip from the airport was about 30 minutes by Uber. Getting in the house was easy, just a four digit code. No key involved. The house was very clean and included basic needs like towels, some toiletries, coffee and even a few spices. You have everything you need in the kitchen and all were clean and ready for use. Walmart and Publix were close by for groceries and Ubereats and DoorDash had just about anything you would want to eat. I was working while there and the WiFi worked great. There is cable and Roku if you need to use your own streaming services. There is a very nice screened pool which is completely private and I was able to use without requiring heat. Overall the house was exactly what I expected and the owner is very accessible by phone if you have any questions. I would stay there again if I ever go back to the area.

Excellent Stay for Disney World

My family and I stayed at this property and enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect and felt like home. It was also close to Disney World, food, and shopping. Julio was responsive when we had questions! We recommend this property to families for sure!

Amazing 3 months stay....Monique and Claude

Upon entering the property it was exactly like the pictures. The house was very clean, the layout is very nice. The pool area was very private with fence all around. Pool maintenance would come in every week to keep water crystal clear. It's a very quiet neighborhood close to all shopping. Our children and grandchildrens came for a visit. They all enjoy the house and especially the heated pool. Last but not least Julio the host and owner was super. He went above and beyond to make sure all was to our satisfaction even from his airplane seat before he left for his vacation. He is only a phone call or text away. We already planning our return visit.

Excellent place to stay

This is first time we have used vrbo and were not sure what to expect and how would everything works. First time experience is great. Excellent house for short time or long-term. Clean, maintained and everything works. Very easy access from main roads and highways. Heated pool in December was very satisfying and super clean. We had few questions and they were addressed very quickly and professionally. If I am going stay in this are again, I will be considered this property first.

Nice house, close to everything.

Our stay was great. The house was clean and as advertised. Check in was easy. There was a problem with the Air conditioning and Julio took care of it right away. Great communication. We will definitely stay again.

Mommy and Kids Vacation 2021

We definitely enjoyed our stay. I was immediately impressed upon arrival. The property was nice and clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The house was in a convenient location and literally had everything you needed to succeed. The communication was excellent any questions or concerns/issues I had were answered in a timely manner by the hosts. The pool area was definitely a plus the kids enjoyed the pool daily. He even went above and beyond by calling me to ensure the issue was fixed. My kids and I will definitely be staying here again when we visit Florida.

First trip to Florida

Julio was really great at communicating with us upon arrival. He did also check in after we where under a storm watch which was so kind of him. The home was very clean, this is one thing I saw on the previous reviews and was definitely accurate. The pool area was just perfect Privacy fence and screened. We thought the pineapple plants and lemon trees where so cool! We will definitely recommend this home.

Florida Trip

Our stay was great! The house was very clean, had a nice fresh scent upon entering, and everything was like the pictures as well as being well stocked with basic essentials. It's located in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to stores. I really appreciated that the pool was well kept and the privacy fence all around was a plus. Good communication with the owners, if we needed anything the response was quick. We travel to Florida often and hope to stay here again soon.
