Come to stay in this wonderful 3 bedrooms modern house where you will enjoy peace and quiet. This beautiful house is located 30 minutes from the MCO airport and minutes away form the attractions. It is futher equiped with all the items you have at home and more. During your stay you will enjoy the heated pool and a game room especially designed to provide additional amusement .
This special jewel features 2 queens beds one in the master bedroom with its walk-in closet. One bunkbed in the 3 rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the leaving room. The house has a lanai with a TV and a nice seating area. The house is equipped with high speed internet if your trip should be for business reasons.

Great location

Truly home away from home. The pool and hot tub was amazing. The size of the home is great, with each room having plenty of space for two people.

Lovely stay

It was a getaway for me and my husbands 26th wedding anniversary and i must say everything was nice. Before my arrival, if i had questions, i messaged the host and an email was sent back to me. I arrived to the area early and asked could i check in and was allowed to do so. wssbbeaboutan a l eay and was alloweso.

Winter getaway

Close to restaurants and shops in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Home is exactly as described/pictured. Host is very responsive for any issue that may arise. We enjoyed the pool and our stay was very relaxing.

Nice House but location..

The house was exactly as pictured, very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The only downside was the location. It is only 15 minutes away from Disney but with traffic it was easily 45 minutes. Also, the property is away from the main gate area so restaurant options are limited. There are three nearby supermarkets including Walmart.

Not as described /Poor communication

It was very hard checking in. There was no information given. The communication was very poor than entering the house. It was very dirty and dated. Nothing worked properly. There was no remote that worked for the TV in the living room or bedroom. The pictures on the ad are a lot better than what it looks in person.

Relaxing Getaway

Absolutely the best place our family has stayed in Florida hands down!! We would definitely stay here again! When we stayed we felt at home, the host made us feel welcome and she was available to answer any questions we had during our stay. We enjoyed everything about our stay and had zero complaints or concerns. Our boys had a blast playing in the pool and it was a relaxing experience for my husband and I. Thank you so much for your hospitality and allowing us to stay and make memories as a family!

Great Location

The property was clean and the checkin process was seamless. It is close enough to amenities and far enough from the freeway to not hear any noise! A short drive to Disney, it was everything we wanted!

Wonderful stay

Our family had a great time staying in this home. It was impeccably clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for the week (utensils, bowls, etc). The beds were so comfortable and we loved the large tv in the living room for family movie nights. The kids loved swimming in the pool as well. The host was very friendly and responsive to my questions. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Winter get away

House was excellent located in a very nice quite neighborhood. Property manager and owner were great to work with any minor problems we had was fixed quickly. House was very well equipped with all the comforts of home. Enclosed porch sitting room was an added bonus spent most our time in there.

This place was just as described everything was great and sparkly clean a fully leaded chicken with all the things you need. The kids enjoy the heated pool. The response time was very quick. We will definitely go again back and refer friends.

Great home & host!

This was my first Vrbo experience and it was excellent from start to finish. The home was exactly as described. It was clean, modern and very comfortable. The pool was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet. All necessities were at the house or stores were very close. Beds were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this rental. The host was also a pleasure to work with.

Florida Vacation

This is a very nice house - updated, well maintained and nicely furnished. The pool is solar heated and has a solar cover and is taken care of weekly. The owner and property managers are both very responsive and helpful. The area is busy and has a lot of traffic. Having said that, the house is conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

Super stay in excellent property

Great house in an excellent location - lots of local amenities but, refreshingly, a little bit away from the Disney madness (though only 20 mins drive from parks most days). Really well equipped with everything you need - and the kids had a ball in the pool. We had a bit of trouble with the electronic key pad entry so make sure you get full instructions for when you arrive. But that was just a snag - would thoroughly recommend.

Loved it!

We were in need of a break away from home and busyness, and this was exactly that! Communication from owner was excellent, and when we arrived we were extremely pleased with how clean and comfortable this place was! The beds were top notch and the furniture was nice. We enjoyed laying out by the pool and used the ping pong table at night. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Great place to get away! 5 stars all the way!

Good place

We had a good time here. The pool pump was broke so we were unable to the pool during our stay. We had a call into the property manager with little help, but the home owner went above and beyond and answered all our questions personally. We would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Disney parks, Universal, or Sea World. It was about a 35 minute (in traffic) drive each day.

Good and bad

Sharing the good and bad of thus property. Great location for disney/universal - 20-30 minute drive. Inside was nice and clean, but it’s not a well maintained property. Pool filter didn’t work well, so had to constantly skim bugs. Alarm system has a battery backup that needs replacing. Kitchen chairs are loose/wobbly. Lizards in the garage, and the garage door didn’t work, so we couldn’t let them out. Main bathroom toilet doesn’t flush very well. Also the property owner wasn’t available when we arrived, so we had to wait a half hour for the repairman (?) to arrive. Past VRBOs have been much better. We still made it work, and had a good vacation. But expect more for the price.
