Cette belle et propre maison de ville est joliment décorée avec des meubles neufs et confortables. Il dispose de deux chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains, deux cheminées, cuisine complète et buanderie, climatisation et chauffage, ventilateurs de plafond et un balcon dans la chambre principale, deux télévisions à grand écran et WiFi.

Le salon a une section inclinable avec des systèmes de massage. La chambre principale a un lit king size. La deuxième chambre a un lit double.

Il y a une piscine, un tennis et un terrain de basket au coin de la rue.

La maison de ville est idéalement située entre Denver et Boulder dans un quartier très calme et magnifique.

Another Wonderful Stay!

Beautiful place

This was by far the nicest VRBO we have ever rented. Quiet, clean, well furnished. The pool and other rec stuff was fabulous. Can’t say enough good stuff

Everything we Needed

It was great to be able to rent this property and get away from staying at a hotel. My co-worker and I were able to make meals, enjoy some wine, and relax quite comfortably here. If I am in town again, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice place in the neighborhood

Nice condo in a residential area made it feel very welcoming. Able to walk to get coffee every morning and enjoy restaurants close by. Beautiful area with trees lining the street. 20 min. Drive takes you downtown and enjoy the night life. Perfect location.

Fantastic place to stay!

Ginas home was beautiful. My family and Instayed there for 7 nights and we felt right at home. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The pool and hot tub were nice a relaxing. We were a half an hour from every where we needed to be. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect condo for our stay!

We needed a place to stay after the sale of our home to finish out our kids school year. This condo was the perfect location for us to keep some sense of “normal” daily life for our last couple of weeks. Very comfortable living space. Good room sizes! Way better option compared to a hotel/extended stay!

Perfect fit for us

We were out in Westminster for my daughter's softball tournament. The place was in a nice neighborhood, close proximity to restaurants, stores, etc. Was roomy enough for the three of us, clean, and had everything we needed for a four-night stay. We will surely return if we are out in the area again.

Great jumping off spot to explore Denver.

My family and I reserved this house so we could be more comfortable and have the option to cook for ourselves during our Denver vacation. We had a blast. The house is well appointed, plenty of items I. The kitchen, which isn't always the case in vacation rentals. Very easy to jump on the freeway and head into Denver.

Clean, convenient and comfortable!

We were in town visiting family in Northglenn. Gina’s townhome was plenty of space for family of three. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the abundance of towels and basics such as paper products and pantry items. When I booked the home, I was somewhat worried about on street parking but we were always able to find a spot very close to the unit. The pool area was very nice and well maintained and very close to the unit. Would stay again!

Wonderful condi

We really enjoyed this condo. The sitting area was a great place to hang out with our son. We cooked our own breakfast everyday and a couple of dinners in the well stocked kitchen. It's nice to have some spices and condiments to work with. We picked up coffee, milk eggs, etc. At the King Suppera nearby. TV had some content but we travel with our own Chromecast so it's just like home. The art on the walls was beautiful.

Contacted owner through app to let her know the air conditioner was not working. She never got back to me and we met “the cleaning people “ only to find that we were paying not a cleaning service but the owner another 165.00 for cleaning. Nice house great location.

THERE WERE A FEW THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED BUT COULD WAIT UNTIL AFTER OUR STAY AND I LISTED THOSE ISSUES. THE TOILET ON THE GROUND FLOOR WAS APPARENTLY FIXED WHILE WE WERE NOT HOME, AND THAT WAS A BIT DISTURBIMNG-SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD WHEN SOMEONE WAS COMING. RESPONSE TIME WAS UNEVEN
