Yes, there is a great pub and cafe (both local) within walking distance and very soon this year (2020) there will be more opportunities for food and drink within walking distance. Brad, Thank you for taking the time to write a review! We are glad you enjoyed the condo! We work hard to make things as comfortable, clean and convenient as we can! We think the location is great as well - close to everything Salt Lake has to offer.... We are planning on replacing much of the living room furniture and possibly all the carpeting this fall. Thanks Francis! We do suggest (in our pre arrival check in info) that you make sure the vents are closed on the lower levels in the summer. We try to do this when cleaning but often guests open them. This helps push more air to the upper level. Also, there is a new portable evaporative cooler for the bedrooms upstairs (instructions are on the dresser next to the unit) that works quite well. We noticed you didn’t use it. We had a strange weather week during your stay as well. One day at 40-50 degrees and the next day at 95 so you had have heat on overnight and A/C the next day. That makes it challenging too! There is construction going on across the street from our community...super exciting to have a great Pho restaurant, awesome coffee shop (Alpha), soon there will be a distillery/pub all within walking distance. It’s great that you commented on our “quiet deck” which backs up to private, secluded mountain side. Glad you enjoyed the nice hot tub too!
