This is a great spot to stay for skiing, but it is bare bones. There was great communication, and the garage was perfect for loading and unloading ski stuff. The mattresses and kitchen supplies need to be replaced.
The condo was located near many restaurants and activities. We enjoyed our stay the living and dining rooms were great for enjoying family. The kitchen was large and we were able to use it for family fun.
We enjoyed our stay! The house came with everything and anything we needed. It has tons of kitchen things, plenty of towels, and bathroom necessities. Location was great and the host was super responsive. Would definitely stay again.
Condo is in a great location by the mouth of the canyon. Everything is solid but appliances and kitchen really need an upgrade. For example, thereâs a base for a blender but no carafe and the fridge is a little broken so it doesnât shut all the way. The cold water on the sink was broken too but the host sent the plumber to come fix it. Would definitely stay again bc of location and hot tub.
The condo was exactly what we needed for our stay in SLC! Centrally located and easy access to EVERYTHING! The mountain/hiking trails, ski resorts, downtown, everything! The hot tub was amazing and communication with Drew was incredible! We wanted to cook out, but the propane tank was empty- he was there with a new one within 15 minutes! Best customer service EVER!!!!
Proximity to major ski resorts and downtown, excellent hot tub, cozy ambiance, and a responsive, helpful owner make it a top-notch experience. Highly recommend â 10/10.
Great location. Easy access to the resorts. 5-10 min walk to the park in ride. Hot tub was great break after skiing. Condo is well stocked. Everything we needed.
The townhouse was perfect for our needs. Spacious, amazing location, clean and had a hot tub. Drew and team were great communicators and made the experience easy from start to finish.
This condo is outstanding. We had an enjoyable stay with our family to do some skiing and relaxing. The only suggestion would be to get some new grates on the grill-rusty, couldn't cook on them directly. Hot tub was working and it helped after a long day of skiing. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to return.
This property is perfect for a family event with the large living space upstairs and dining room table for 8! The location can't be beat and it even has a view of the hillside. Could use a maintenance refresh with a some worn out trim and a door that sticks. We will stay here again!
This unit is great! its ideally located right in the middle between Snowbird/Alta and Solitude/Brighton; 20 minutes in either direction. All the amenities are within a 5 minute drive, and there are several restaurants within a 5 minute walk. I would definitly recommend!
Excellent base if you ski any Cottonwood canyon slopes
Nice, clean, and comfortable condo/townhome. Very convenient ( almost walkable) to entrance into Big Cottonwood and the Park n ride. Home had all needed amenities including kitchen ware if you plan to cook any meals. There are several restaurants in the area and a drive west on fort union you can find most anything you need (eg. grocery stores). Just a note, the master bed is very firm but we tend to like a more firm mattress. Overall, I would rent again for a ski trip.
The pictures made the condo look better than it was in person. While adequate, the furniture and decor were outdated and worn. Master bedroom bed was terrible-hard mattress with a metal bar running along the edge and you could feel the coils on the side of the mattress. Television in master was small for the room and wonky to operate. No screens on any windows so not able to let cool air in during the cool early summer nights. No luggage racks.
Large double-garage was nice. Check-in and out was easy though, though I had to request for my damage deposit refund twice before I received it (manager was out of town). And maybe it's just me, but I miss the days when owners/managers didn't tell guests not to ask for early check-in or late check-out because they don't offer it. Given check-in isn't until 4 and check-out is 10 a.m., seems like not a big deal to offer it if the calendar allows it.
Overall I'd rate the property a 3.5 and should be priced accordingly.
Great neighborhood and perfect location for skiing Alta, Brighton, etc. The hot tub was great after skiing. Communication was great before our stay. However, the bath towels hung in 2 bathrooms were all very damp the first night when we took showers. Apparently the dryer wasnât working properly as we washed towels after the hot tub the next night and it took about 3 cycles to get a small load dry. Our host was off for the day we complained and we got a late response and decided to make do rather than have someone in the house while we were gone. So I would check to be sure the dryer has been fixed. The other big negative was the mattresses on 2 adult beds...Some of the worst mattresses I have tried to sleep on in all my traveling. The house otherwise was fine, but I would not stay there again unless they replaced mattresses, updated the dryer, and the coffee pot. A coffee pot that turns itself off is sort of standard these days, and not a big expense.
