Enjoy Rose all Day at Lake Chelan! Our 2-story, 3-bedroom home is in the new Vineyard District where you can enjoy our two wrap around decks!

Walk in the door and be welcomed by the tall vaulted ceilings and a large open concept great room which greet you in our reverse living floor plan upstairs. There is also a master bedroom and bathroom on the upper level along with a powder room and laundry room. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless appliances. Sit at the island bar or the 6 seat dining table and enjoy the breathtaking views that surround you. The living room has a beautiful sleeper sofa and chairs to comfortably view the 65" LED 4K Smart TV and 4K bluray player. A universal remote makes media viewing a breeze or click for Sonos and listen to your favorite music. When the sun is out (nearly every day!), enjoy two decks that capture downtown and lake views. A patio dining set and barbeque and pizza oven make outdoor dining seamless. A plush queen bed welcomes you in the master suite. Enjoy a spacious double vanity in the bathroom along with a walk-in shower.

Downstairs you'll find a light and bright bedroom also with its own queen bed. Bunk beds with trundles are featured in the third bedroom which is a favorite of kids and adults alike. Twin over twin bunks include lighting and built in storage. An 40” smart TV is also featured in the bunk room with an Xbox 1 and games. The closet also features an aray of games and books to enjoy during your stay. A hallway bathroom includes a bathtub shower and vanity. Tucked in the hall closet is pack-n-play and high chair to use during your stay. The lower level also features a large mechanical room with ample space to store your coolers and extra gear. There you will also find games, pool toys and chairs.

Wonderful

We had a fantastic time! Check in was easy. The cleaning crew was still there at 4pm when we checked in but were quick to finish while we unpacked. The house was clean and well stocked. We loved all the parks, trails and open spaces. The hilltop pool was closed which was unexpected but the other pool was open and was great! The winery was a great date night spot and only a 5 min walk. We will be back again.

The only issue is that construction is currently active on both sides of the house. Would prefer a King bed in the main bedroom.

My only complaint/ concern is the carpet that transitions to the floor had nails sticking up and a few of us staying picked out feet out. The place is very clean but is lacking a bit of maintenance. Such as the toilet flusher chain was loose we had to tighten a little and the spikes in the carpets. Besides that the house was very clean and everyone was very friendly

A snowstorm came on Day 2 and the sledding was top notch. The staff was working all day during the snow to plow & shovel sidewalks so getting around was easy. The hot tub was magical in the snow. We have never stayed at Rose All Day but we have a dog now so our house choices are different. Rose All Day didn’t disappoint. The house layout worked great for the family. The dog loved the wrap around balcony to watch what was going on. The kids loved the bunk beds & the choice of upstairs or downstairs adult room was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Rose All Day. The home is large, bright, airy, and has AMAZING views of the lake. The home is comfortable, clean, and very well stocked for cooking and even entertaining. The massive wrap-around deck was the highlight of our stay, and we literally spent an entire Saturday sitting in the adirondack chairs, reading and having a glass of wine while looking out at the lake and the mountains. While we didn't use the 2nd or 3rd bedrooms, there's great space on multiple floors and it's well set up for families with kids (including kids plates and cups in the kitchen, which was a nice touch). Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing getaway with great amenities and stunning views.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were complications checking in. I would suggest customer service phone service be more available. The home itself was sufficient, although all the exterior entries/door locks need to be updated and adjusted to work properly. The outdoor bbq needs to be updated, as only 1 burner out of 3 on the bbq worked. Would have been helpful if there was a water filter in the kitchen, whether it was a brita, an updated fridge with water filter, or something added near the sink. Outside of that the house was nice and close to pool. The online pics need to be updated to reflect was has been built around it. Please provide more complimentary shampoo, body wash and conditioner, as what was provided was not nearly enough.

Very Pleasant Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the rental for 2 days. The rental home was exactly as described and shown in photos. The home was clean and decor was good. Both, wife and I like beds that do not sink. The master bed turned out to our liking. There were a few minor inconveniences such as noise from construction next to the house and the entrance lock keypad being worn out. Overall, we would definitely visit again.

Just a few things to be aware of - this home is in the middle of lots of construction on all sides. Be prepared for daytime noise/dust. Keypad on front door is difficult and takes a long time to wake up, lock and unlock. This could easily be addressed by adding a keypad on the other door, which would also help guest avoid the construction zone completely. Great view, great home, just a few tweaks would make it perfect!

We loved how the upper deck was enclosed so that our dogs could run around outside. They had several water toys that you could access if needed including a kayak and paddle board (although we had our own). i used the garage for my workout area. The house was clean and well equipped. We are early risers so the construction didn't bother us. We love the lookout!

Not COVID friendly, lax cleaning protocols

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was surprised to find the house was not very clean for two main reasons: 1) the global pandemic; 2) the expensive cleaning fee. I regretted staying here because it seems as though the property does not take the pandemic seriously, as evident by lax cleaning protocols. I felt very uncomfortable from the moment we got to the property. Luckily, I was prepared with my own cleaning supplies, but I had to spend the first hour of my trip cleaning. This put a fear in my mind about what else the cleaning crew missed or skipped over, which resonated for our entire stay. There was also a large stain/bleach spot on the carpet in the master bedroom. The door lock system was cumbersome and did not work properly. I reported these problems to management and they told me to be "patient" with the locks and keep trying.

Jessica, My apologies that our operation left you with the impression you've described. Our house cleaning companies use commercial grade products for every home, and in addition we fog every home with disinfecting fogging machines between every guests. There is short delay between entering the code and the deadbolt turning, and perhaps we could have done a better job of describing the solution for you. I regret your experience was not on par with what so many guests have come to love about The Lookout and hope we may have another opportunity at some point in the future. This was easily one of the best vacation homes we've rented. Everything we needed to relax was readily available and the extra touches were fantastic: Our toddler loved playing with the toys in the bunk room and our puppies enjoyed relaxing on the gorgeous deck with us. We absolutely loved a relaxing soak in the hot tub! The only down-side to our trip was the beautiful lake view was partially obstructed by construction equipment. Luckily the construction on all surrounding lots was wrapped up shortly after our arrival and no work was completed the weekend we were there. Overall - A beautiful home in wonderful neighborhood with excellent amenities! We'll be back!!

Great house and supplies!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a week and had everything we could think of! The kitchen had tons of gadgets, including an air fryer, blender, popcorn maker, roasting pan, plenty of pots and pans, decent (sharp) knives! We noticed that the lower level was cooler than the upper level but there were plenty of blankets to bundle up with at night. We had lots of snow to play in - glad we had our own sleds as the garage is definitely stocked up for all sorts of summer activities. A snow shovel would have been nice as well. The roads and sidewalks were well plowed after each snowstorm thanks to The Lookout management. Hot tub was a dream in the snow!

Wonderful home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so happy to stay at Rose All Day in December. We rented to home to "get away" for my mom's 60th birthday. It was the perfect space for our family.

Amazing Home

The beds were comfy and the decor was in great condition. The kids bunk room was super cute and great for littles!
