La maison est une maison de plage originale de 1932 située dans le district de Tybee. La maison est à distance de marche des restaurants, des boutiques, de la plage et du phare de Tybee (10 minutes à pied). Serviettes, chaises, parasol et glacière sont fournis. La maison est située sur North Beach (moins de monde). Il y a une douche extérieure aussi! Votre espace comprend tout le 2ème étage (entrée privée et espace avec balcon et balancelle).

Just a short walk to Tybee Lighthouse and beach. Kitchen stocked with all the necessities. Beds comfortable with plenty of throw blankets. Water pressure in the shower very good. Would definitely visit again!

Relaxing and fun family vacation

The beach house was perfect for our family! Peaceful neighborhood setting on the north end of the island, close to the beach and a playground/park area. The kitchen was well set up for cooking meals, and the beach house was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

This apartment was in the right location for our family to relax on North Beach, Tybee Island and to also adventure to Daufuskie, Charleston and Savannah. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Everything was perfect, and looks exactly like the pictures on the site. We stayed here for a week as part of a large family vacation during an extreme heat wave. Being so close to the beach was perfect, and the outdoor shower was well used! The house is beautifully decorated and has clear instructions for everything on the coffee table. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing at night as well. Will definitely return to the island, and hopefully get to rent here again! My family agrees as well, they loved it too!

Family of five and stayed for six days. Decently clean, except for a pill we found on the floor (luckily turned out to just be high blood pressure meds). About half mile from North Beach. Old lady neighbor from down the street is nosey and won’t leave you alone until you go inside. No washer and dryer, which is fine, but ran out of clean towels so we had to load them up and go to the laundromat. Overall, not a very convenient location for a beach vacation. I’d stay again, but without the kids.

The space was great for us 3 for our girls weekend. Another friend or two would have fit easily. It

our rental worked great on every aspect. Booking, paying, communicating, check in ms check out. The place was perfect for the 3 of us on our girls trip.

Dream come True

I've wanted to come to Tybee Island for several yrs.. finallay got to make that dream come true.. my son, granddaughter had a blast...one member of our party had to be a proper 🙄..our stay at condo was comfortable ( I really enjoyed the bedroom in the back away from everyone else...Emma was able to crawl everywhere,it was clean and well maintained.. our days at the beach was easily accessible, short walk...I definitely will stay here again...I'm coming back to Tybee at the end of this month...unfortunately this condo wasn't available...over all,I'd give this stay 10 stars.. thank you for a great visit...

Quick Stay

My family of 5 stopped in on our way from MD to FL for two night. First time to Tybee. We had a great time. The property was equipped with everything we need. Very clean and cozy! Kids loved the porch swing! The beach felt a little further than 10 minutes walk (very hot) but you could certainly drive. For anyone whose never been to Tybee, a golf cart is the thing to have.

Lovely property

Over all enjoyed our stay in this nicely appointed, comfortable property. (Just a couple minor annoyances ie. sticking door, no grab bar in bathroom, too short a speed control chain on bedroom fan). Had everything we needed (thanks for the coffee filters!) for a quiet, restful vacation. Plenty of room, comfortable beds. 15 minute walk to the lighthouse/beach. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely place!

Such a lovely and clean place to stay! The screened in porch with the swing was our favorite room to be in! We also really appreciated the beach chairs and cooler that were available to us. Great trip!

Perfect!

This charming space was perfect for my 15 year old daughter and I. We loved relaxing on the porch swing and our evening walks to the beach and lighthouse through the quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean and had everything we could need. Huc A Poos and Tybean were a quick 3 minute drive. Will definitely try to reserve again when we’re back on Tybee!

Very homey and nice

My wife and I loved it here and would love to stay again. The rooms were all very clean. We sat on the back porch with coffee every morning and loved the porch swing. The kitchen was well equiped and we had everything we needed. I love the fact that they left beach chairs and coolers for us to use. One thing to note is that this unit is a duplex so the downstairs was occupied- I presume by other guests. It's not really a huge place and you can definitely hear one another through the walls.

We had a wonderful stay. This house was absolutely adorable and we were super conveniently located to the beach and to town. It fit the five of us comfortably. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed!

Coastal Oasis Getaway

This property was amazing! Our group of friends all booked a week's stay on Tybee. We found this adorable house and it was perfect! It was centrally located and not far at all from the beach, stores and restaurants. The home was decorated beautifully and a great way to end the day after being in the sun. 10/10 WILL STAY AGAIN!

Great Location / Short Walk to Beach

We were happy with are stay here. The room was nice and cool, clean and well kept. Info on the fridge was very helpful. Most everything was easy to use and access. Some little quirks with an older building. Some of the interior doors stuck a little bit and one didn't close, and the shower controls in the bathroom were a little quirky but we figured them out. We had a good stay here and would definitely recommend it. It's about a 10 min walk to the beach.

Girls Trip

This property was beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of space for 4-6 to stay comfortably. The porch swing area was heavenly. The owner was very responsive both messaging and by phone. We would have appreciated more hooks or hanging spaces and simple things like hand soap in the bathroom and extra pillow cases. Over all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This is a great historic house near the beach and Tybee Lighthouse - less than a 10-minute walk. We are within walking distance to many restaurants and located on the quiet end of North Beach. I supply beach chairs, cooler, and general kitchen needs to make your stay comfortable.
