Cinq étoiles! Vacances idéales dans une villa de luxe moderne! La maison est joliment meublée, entièrement équipée et idéalement située. Nouvelle cuisine extérieure avec espace bar. Billard de tournoi, 5 télévisions, bar à vin, bureau, piscine chauffée et spa sur une projection privée en lanai. 0. 6 km de Cape Coral Yacht Club avec une plage, une marina, une jetée et un parc.

Cette villa a une exposition nord, permettant l'utilisation maximale de la véranda privée avec piscine chauffée et spa, qui donnent sur le canal. Trois chambres (king, king, deux twins) et un office / den (lit double gigogne) permettent de dormir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes. Toutes les chambres et le repaire disposent d'une télévision et chaque chambre est équipée d'un câble, d'un lecteur DVD, d'un lecteur Blu-ray ou d'une station de lecture. Master bain a une grande douche ouverte avec une baignoire séparée. La salle de jeux contient une table de billard professionnelle Brunswick, une télévision et donne sur la piscine et le canal. Foosball et ping-pong sont également disponibles. L'espace bureau propose un bureau avec imprimante. Internet haut débit et WI-FI dans toute la maison.

La cuisine dispose de comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et est entièrement équipée. Barre sèche avec cave à vin. Dégustez un repas au bar de la cuisine, à la table à manger (6 chaises) ou sur la véranda au bar de la cuisine en plein air. Des portes coulissantes à 90 degrés s'ouvrent sur la piscine et le spa, où vous avez un barbecue, une table, 6 chaises et des chaises longues.

Profitez de vos soirées avec un dîner détendu sur la véranda, ou passez l'après-midi au soleil et à lire un livre dans votre transat. Villa est sur un canal, où vous trouverez le quai de bateau. Louez un bateau et soyez sur la rivière Caloosahatchee en quelques minutes! Ou bien, prenez l’un des 6 vélos et descendez au Yacht Club pour une journée à la plage, une promenade sur la jetée ou un déjeuner à The Boat House. Le Yacht Club dispose également d'une piscine, de courts de tennis et de nombreuses autres activités destinées au public.

La villa peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 adultes et 2 enfants.

Le gestionnaire immobilier est en ville et disponible pour l'enregistrement, les urgences et tous les besoins spéciaux.

House was large, clean and as advertised! Great pool with hot tub and close to many restaurants, grocery store and sunsets at yacht club (within walking/biking distance).

Great place for a SW Florida winter getaway! Close to the intercoastal for great boating and close to so many amenities. Owner and manager readily available when we had questions!

Relaxing vacation villa 5*

Beautiful property, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. A great central location for my family with two teenage sons to enjoy all Fort Myers and sanibel has to offer. We spent many days and evenings in the pool and spa and feel refreshed and relaxed and would thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful Property & Great Location

Clean and spacious house. We were 2 families of 4 and had plenty of room. The pool was great for the teens. The dock worked great for our boat rental as well. We also loved the location for easy access to a grocery store and restaurants.

Great location, Great rental

This house was perfect for our week stay. Family of 5 all over the age of 16. Everyone had plenty of room. The pool and hottube were wonderful and used often. Loved that we had bikes to use and option for the kayaks. Awesome that the beach was just a short distance away. We have no complaints and really enjoyed everything the house had to offer. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place!

We made the drive from Michigan to be welcomed by a great gift basket and an zing house. Location was great. We rented a boat which we were able to put on the lift in the channel. The space for the 7 of us was perfect and the house was in great shape and very nice and comfortable.

Family Vacation

Great house with lots of nice features. Pool was great as was the grill and refrigerator set up by the pool. Close to Boat House, nice morning walk and Bloody Mary to start the day! Plenty of good restaurants close by. Pool furniture could be upgraded, but this is nitpicking! Wonderful place to stay.

Girls Trip

This house was perfect for our girl's trip! We really enjoyed the outdoor space and amenities. This house offered everything we needed and then some. There were a couple of maintenance issues, but the property manager was quick to respond with a resolution. Overall, we had a great time!

Great Location, Nice House

The house was large and tons of space for our entire family. The pool and hot tub were great. The location is amazing as it is walking distance to the beach and the Boathouse restaurant. We enjoyed the bikes, pool table and other amenities they had to offer. The only downfall we saw was all of the fishing poles except 1 were broken, and the other items in the garage were pretty disheveled (ping pong, fooseball, kayaks, etc…) Overall, I would definitely recommend this house and would book again.

Home away from Home!

This house was amazing! The owners and property manager were very kind and easy to contact. The house was in a safe, clean, and, friendly area. The home had so many amenities that none of the children were ever bored. We spent alot of time by the pool and spa and it did not disappoint. The dock was also a hot spot for all of us. This property was very clean and relaxing. I highly recommend this place.

Stunning Home

Thank you for such a lovely trip to Cape Coral! Your home was exactly what we needed. My husband, three sons (14,12, and 8), and I had a wonderful time. Exceptional vacation home

This home has everything we were looking for and more! Relaxing by the pool, fishing off the dock, eating outside under the lanai, this home checked all the boxes! Within 30 minutes we went to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, plenty of restaurants, and shopping. The location of this house was perfect for our family and what we love to do. This home was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, the pool table was fun and the kitchen had everything. The neighborhood is nice and was great for morning walks. Close (1/2 mile) to the public boat launch. Deborah is a wonderful hostess and Sigrid the property manager was very responsive and making sure everything was great once we settled in. We would highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back! This is the best home we have ever rented. Thank you so much!!

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. Upon arrival we notified the property manager. She met us at the house to check us in and provided recommendations. The house was clean and we were greeted with a basket of goodies and wine. Siggi, the property manager was nice to share a bag of fresh mangos with us which we used to make mango salsa. The house itself was nicely stocked and had everything we needed including spices, pots/pans, games, books, beach toys, kayak, life vest, bicycles/helmets and plenty of towels. We walked to the boathouse restaurant and beach, bicycled to the yacht club, and fished from the pier. We also rented a boat for five days during our stay and were able to tie it up on the villa's dock in backyard. One day we noticed that the spa/hot tub wasn't getting hot so I sent Siggi a text and it was fixed within just a couple hours. A great time was had by all.

Amazing stay in Cape Coral

The house was absolutely beautiful! From communications with Deb, the property owner and property manager, Sigi, both were so kind and answered all my questions. Sigi set-up a high chair and pack n play for my 1.5 year old and it worked out perfectly. She slept well and we felt home. The pool and spa were so amazing! Relaxing, clean, and serene. The highlight of the house! Nice TVs and lots of channels along with games. We even taught our 6 year old chess. We loved to watch the sunrise and sunsets from the window and dock. Make sure to watch the sunset from the dock its a must. The house was stocked with everything from condiments, to towels galore, and lots of pool and beach items. Beds were so comfortable and we loved that we had an office option to getaway from kids and get some light work done. The location was perfect and we found a nice park nearby for the kids, which they loved. I can't rave enough about this lovely home. It exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return again!
