Remontez le temps et venez découvrir Old Ponte Vedra et Ponte Vedra Blvd .. Lorsque vous entrez dans le Swift Cottage, vos yeux se tournent immédiatement vers la grande baie vitrée du salon. La vue est spectaculaire. La grande terrasse avec piscine dans une cour arrière magnifiquement aménagée donnant sur l'océan qui n'est qu'à quelques pas. Deux grandes suites parentales avec chacune une salle de bain ouverte sur la terrasse de la piscine. Deux chambres supplémentaires qui partagent une salle de bain complètent l'aile sud de la maison. Le grand salon / salle à manger avec une tanière attenante offre beaucoup d'espace pour une ou deux familles pour passer du temps ensemble et pour faire des souvenirs durables. La cuisine bien équipée et la grande buanderie offrent tout le nécessaire pour de merveilleuses vacances.

Perfect vacation home for myself, my daughter and five teenage grandchildren. Kids had a ball in the pool and body surfing in the ocean. House with well-equipped with my toys for the kids

Great property.

Stayed for one week over Christmas. The house layout was great for a family gathering. 2 master suites with en suite baths plus a third separate bath. Kitchen was great for meal prep and entertaining with plenty of table/chair space and counter top space. Beautiful beach views from most of the house and only steps to the beautiful and mostly quiet and secluded beach. Nice pool area. Pool is not heated so not usable for half of the year (Nov-April): Just a FYI for people coming from northern climates and not familiar with North Florida weather in the winter (pool temp during our Dec stay was 63 degrees). The location is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood and yet only a few minutes drive to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Overall great property and highly recommended.

Honest Review

We stayed here for approximately 2 weeks while my father was recovering from his major brain surgery at Mayo Clinic. There were a few "minor" things when we arrived such as the quest bathroom shower head was missing and was still being replaced, and the TV had to be replaced in the Master bedroom. I would have assumed the house would be ready for guests prior to their arrival. Let's move on to the larger issues.... There were HUNDREDS of centipedes/millipedes crawling around EVERYWHERE. They were in every room, on the walls, on the floors, the bathrooms... just everywhere. It's a real problem.... We were told the rain excites them, but they were present during our entire stay (14 Days). My biggest concern, was when I went to bed the first night of arrival, I pulled back the sheets to check for, well...bugs, and I found that the sheets 100% had not been washed prior to our arrival. This was the case in at least 2 of the rooms. How did I know this? Well... There were specs of dirt and hair all over the fitted sheet as if someone had dirty feet and slept in the beds prior to our arrival. And, to top it all off, I found a pill... IN MY BED. A small round white pill which when I looked up what kind of pill it was based on the numbers stamped on the front, it was a form of Xanex. I mean, just completely unacceptable!!!!! Especially since I had my one-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter in the house with us. Very disappointing considering we spent close to $19,000.

Stephen: I am sorry your were not pleased with your visit to The Swift Cottage. In the many years that I have been the property manager at the home, I have never received such a scathing review. Upon your check in, I let you know that the previous guest had accidently broken the shower head in the guest bath (on a Sunday). I immediately called our plumber and the issue was fixed by 9 am the morning after your arrival. (I live 5 minutes from the house, so I am always available to address any issues or needs of our guests). Regarding the television in the master....It was working prior to your check in, as I check each television before our guests arrival. Once you called, I came over and had the television replaced and working the same afternoon. Our exterminator also came over that same day to spray for the centipedes. While I did not see any while I was at the house, we did have a rainfall of 4" in a matter of 1 hour the previous day. Living on the beach presents its challenges even though we have the house and yard exterminated on a regular schedule. My cleaning crew and I have been working together for 10+ years. They have an impeccable reputation and work for other high end properties in the area. We have never not checked a bed prior to an arrival, even if it looks like it has never been slept in. I would have appreciated pictures of the beds so I could have discussed the situation with my team. I'm sorry you and your family were under undo stress due to your Father's surgery and I did had some lovely conversations with your Mother when I came over to make sure you were comfortable during your stay. I'm sorry you felt the need to lash out negatively regarding The Swift Cottage. I wish you the best, and hope your Father is on the mend. Kendra Jordan Beachfront Vacation Rental Properties

Best VBRO EVER!

Absolutely Fantastic!!! This property and amenities far exceeded our expectations! Beautifully remodeled kitchen, supplied with everything you can think of. All the beds were super comfy. Two separate living rooms, two eating areas, outdoor pool with nice chairs and umbrellas, pool and ocean toys! We loved it all! The view of the ocean is breath-taking, and walking directly out to the beach was over the top fun! Our family of 7 had nothing but good comments to say about the property. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Spring Break getaway

Property is located right on the beach which was super quiet. The kids spent much of their time in the pool and hunting for shark's teeth. Super relaxing stay and exactly what we were looking for.

Fantastic place for family reunion!

We loved our stay at the Swift Cottage! the house is comfortable, with a great layout that offers places to gather as well as privacy. having the pool so close to the ocean was wonderful! Kendra was the perfect host- thoughtful and responsive to all of our questions and needs. We will definitely plan to stay here again if the opportunity arises! Thank you!

Family Vacation in Ponte Vedra Beach

My wife and I stayed here along with our three elementary school aged children. The house is exactly as described and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. As others have mentioned, the best part of the house is the expansive beach-front that is steps outside the back-door. The area, including the pool/beach is secluded, ideal for a quiet getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Swift Cottage. Loved the floor plan, pool, and easy access to beach. Everything was clean, and as described. Kendra and her team were very accommodating and quick to respond. We will be back.

Great place for our family beach trip

We stayed for a week with our daughters and our two grandchildren. There was plenty of space for the 6 adults and kids. Lots of windows in the back of the house for a beautiful view of the beach. We loved having the pool to swim with the kids and to have an additional place to hang out. The beach is in the backyard from the ocean and we enjoyed listening to the waves when we relaxed at night. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels for the week. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids. Located within ten minutes of major shopping and grocery stores. We loved our stay and would definately recommend it.

Swift Cottage

We had a great time at the Swift Cottage. The location is amazing, right on the beach. The cottage is beautiful, and plenty of room with the 4 bedrooms. We really enjoyed the patio area and the built-in pool. The property manager Kendra was very helpful and it was a pleasure to deal with her. Can't wait to get back next year.

Great house design for families to enjoy one another but have privacy of wonderful bedrooms. The pool a wonderful space central to all areas of house. But have to say the location of house to waters edge is the selling point. Literally out the back door.
