My family loved this rental. It was so nicely set up and very spacious. It was a perfect fit for my big family. We definitely will book again. The sunsets across the lake were beautiful!

We had a family reunion celebrating my dad's birthday with kids ranging from 6 months to 15 years old. Everyone had so much fun. The kids loved boating and swimming, the adults enjoyed the quiet area. There was more than enough space for a group of 14. The kids are already asking about coming back.

Had a wonderful vacation with our kids and 10 grandkids. Great yard for games. The house was beautiful, ample and well stocked. The swimming area off the property was shallow and sandy. Just sorry it's booked already for next summer.

Absolutely Perfect Family Getaway - We had an incredible stay at this beautiful cottage! Our family of 14 had more than enough room to relax and spread out comfortably. The property is truly stunning and offered a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere that we all thoroughly enjoyed.It was fully stocked with every amenity we could have possibly asked for, making our stay seamless and stress-free. Working with the owners was an absolute pleasure—they were incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish.We would absolutely choose this location again for our next family trip. Highly recommended!

This home was great! Plenty of room for privacy or gathering in a "great room". Loved the large 12 to 14 seat dining table for meals and games. Two refridgerators and a freezer, plus all kitchen accessories were a bonus. The outdoor space wasmuch appreciated, especially the very large covered porch with plenty of seating, since our weather was not the greatest. These hosts had each room set up as if you were at home with all the little conveniences. This is the type of home/hosts to come back to!

The property was perfect for our family get together. Everyone, from age 74 to 13, enjoyed their time on the lake with boating, fishing, swimming, tubing, and skiing.The house has so many great areas to sit, inside and outside, whether you want to sit with a group or find a place to just relax and read. We loved sitting on the covered patio enjoying the view of the lake, playing games, and just visiting. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances, plates, cups, silverware, and more. The beds are very comfortable and everything was very clean. We have rented many homes over the years and this house is one of the best.

Another excellent stay at this gorgeous house on Palmer Lake. Love the huge kitchen, giant kitchen table and couch, the fire pit, plentiful outdoor seating and easy lake access. Some of the checkout info is a bit out of date, but the hosts were very responsive throughout the week to our questions and very minor issues. Can't wait to plan another stay here!

Clean and perfect for any size family. We had 3 adult family couples and everyone had plenty of space. The sunroom is perfect for reading and afternoon naps. Watching the sunset over the lake from the large covered porch is one of our favorite activities plus playing games on the 6 chair table. There are Stairs. The main entrance leads to 4 bedrooms with 2 flights that take you to the main level; two bedrooms and the kitchen. Steps are nice and wide. You'll love the laundry room with an extra refrigerator on the bedroom floor! And the cooler on the porch is ideal for drinks. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped, though we bought paper bowls because we use a lot of them. The local grocery store is close by with ample selections and Meijer is only 15-20 min away. Hosts respond to any question promptly. We love Jon's House and the dedications to him. We felt like we got to know him a little. Thank you for sharing your lovely home and Jon with us.

Great house

Absolutely huge and beautiful house. Very clean when we got there, and the humongous kitchen came in handy. Perfect views of the lake and plenty of things to do and space to spread out in. We will definitely return for our next large friend group vacation!

Great Palmer Lake Vacation

Large lakefront home with bedrooms, kitchen with table and chairs, family room, and outdoor and indoor porches to comfortably accommodate my family group of 12. And Palmer Lake is large enough with low boat traffic for tubing, swimming, and kayaking.

Friends Lakehouse Getaway

The home was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. There are plenty of chairs and beds for all of the guests to use. The lake view is beautiful. We rented the pontoon boat, spent time swimming and lounging in rafts. Would definitely recommend this property to others.
