Cette charmante villa de vacances avec piscine chauffée orientée plein sud, solarium agrandi et enceinte grillagée, est située à The Villages at Nature's Edge, au bord du lac Pierce. Beaucoup d'intimité et une nature magnifique. En 6 minutes, vous trouverez deux magnifiques terrains de golf: Grenelefe et Diamond Back.

La paix, l'espace et le jeu de golf combiné avec le divertissement «Capital of the World» Orlando à portée de main. Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studio's, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Kennedy Space Center et Legoland sont à une courte distance en voiture!

Notre villa comprend quatre chambres (dont une chambre bonus), deux salles de bains, une grande cuisine, un salon. Chambre principale avec lit king-size et salle de bain en suite. Aussi deux chambres avec salle de bain partagée. Une chambre queen, une chambre twin et une chambre bonus! Idéal pour des vacances avec deux couples. Notre villa est entièrement climatisée pour votre confort et dispose de trois téléviseurs, le grand téléviseur de 47 'dans le salon également avec DVD.

Le salon est décloisonné, lumineux et spacieux. La cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, élimination, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur, espace séparé avec laveuse et sécheuse. Le coin cuisine comprend une table ronde avec quatre chaises et dans le salon une autre table avec six chaises.

Dehors, à l'arrière, vous trouverez une véranda, une grande piscine et un grand espace grillagé entouré d'herbe. Toujours du soleil ou de l'ombre pour en profiter. Un tout nouveau barbecue présent! L'irrigation est accrochée à un puits donc toujours un joli jardin verdoyant.

The house was extremely clean. Neighborhood was very quiet. Communication with owner was very easy and efficient. There was everything you needed for kitchen utensils, only thing could have used was baking sheets. I would definately stay again.

The property was clean, up to date and the beds slept well. Our only complaint was we stayed 3 nights and never had internet access or tv. The host was slow to respond as he lives out of the country.

Everything was wonderful. I have been staying in Florida every December for the past 13yrs, and this villa is by far the most well stocked, organised villa I have stayed in. We are familiar with the short cuts, and chose this villa because of the quiet area. After a day at the parks and al the noise, we enjoyed coming back to the serenity of this home. Rene was very fast to respond and just a pleasure to work with. We look forward to booking with him again in the future.

Loved it!

Would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so! Pictures and descriptions are accurate. Very clean and spacious home. Loved sitting on lanai early morning and evening. We only cooked breakfast, but there appeared to be plenty of kitchen supplies to cook whatever you would want. It was a great place to relax and visit family in the area.

Quiet and Comfortable

This is an excellent property. It was cleaner than my own home and everything we requested such as the pool being heated was done and we had no issues. It is a little bit off the beaten path but we got to see a part of FL we wouldn't have seen otherwise.

My Boys and I enjoyed staying here. It was an Ahhhhh to be able to go in the pool after a long hot day of walking at Disney and Universal. will rent again.

Great Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our stay. We had stayed at a rental home before and we are always worried about what to expect but we are happy to say there were no surprises and everything was clearly communicated. We were about a half an hour or so to Kissimmee. It is a nice quiet area and we enjoyed several walks and the view was great. We will definitely stay here again.

The house was nice overall, clean, and the pool was great. The beds were very firm, and the fan in the garage bedroom didn’t work properly. There were a lot of rules and checkout instructions, which made the process feel more extensive than usual. They only provide one laundry pod per day, and since there aren’t separate pool towels, you have to reuse the bathroom towels. With the limited pods, it’s not really possible to wash them as often as needed. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant

very relaxing atmosphere

We really enjoyed the house set-up. The pool was the best item for my husband. Our neighbours where great and very helpful. The owners were quick and efficient when we had to contact them. Very relaxing location and great to see the outdoor live in our back yard. We enjoyed walking down to the entrance to see if the alligators and turtles where out sun tanning. Thanks for letting us stay.

Quiet neighborhood with wildlife

The property is very adequate, but the location is sort of out of the way. I guess if you are familiar with some of the back roads, you can get to most of what you need in 15-20 minutes. It took us awhile to learn this.

This is the 3rd time we stayed And again perfect. We love it so much it feels like home. Beautifull nature all around but especially at the backside at the pool. House is clean And fully equiped. Beds are compy. Quick answers from owners. Little drive to the shops.

This home is beautiful and quiet. So much space for my family. Fully stocked with all items needed for our stay. The only thing was that the location was so far away from stores and shopping. But the serene surroundings, neighborhood, backyard pool, everything was made up for it!! So relaxing. Thank you René, for your wonderful assistance with our issue and for the gracious hospitality!! Quaint Rural House

This house is definitely out away from everything but if you like quiet and tranquil this is a place for you. It is in a small 1 street addition that is very quiet and inviting. If you enjoy nature, you'll enjoy the quietness of this place as you will be able to hear the music of the frogs as well as see plenty of little reptilian. The only deceiving thing is with the picture of the lake, it was not as close as it seemed but you can still kind of see it and if you like to walk I believe there is a sidewalk that might take you back there.

House was fine, 25 minutes from Legoland. Didn’t enjoy the pool process. Very confusing. Had a neighbor arrive asking for money. Can be better and included in overall price, not afterwards.

Thank you! Just a friendly reminder: on the website everybody can see poolheat is optional. 1 week before arriving I asked if you want poolheat (and that we make you a special offer). Also that it will take around 24 hrs to heat the pool up. We sent you a reminder of that 5 days before arriving. You never responded on our emails. On the morning of arriving you only said "can you put on the poolheat". A little late. The only possibilty left (on that short term) was our neighbor, which you agreed with!!!

October 2024

Everything was as expected and worked perfectly for our need. We did have a couple issues which were easily mitigated by the owner. They were easy to reach and quick to respond. We elected to have the pool heated (in October) which was the only way I would get in the pool (I like a warm pool). The ambient temperature was unseasonably cool and the pool heat was just not enough for me to be willing to swim. The owner did make an adjust to the pool heat which improved the condition enough for me to swim but unfortunately our trip was half over by the time the pool was regulated. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything we needed was available and we cooked almost every meal while we were there.

Labor Day visit

First impressions are everything. Walked into home and thermostat was at 80 degrees. At 10:00 after got back from din we it was still 76 degrees in the house. The house should be set up for guest arrival and comfortable. Next, every bed was as hard as a rock and very, very old. I had to go to Wal-Mart and get a memory foam topper just to sleep. I really wanted to like this home but these two things really set the tone for this visit. The house was dated, but clean and as described and shown. I thought this property was on a golf course but apparently that closed several years ago just remnants of it were still visible. This could be a great spot just need to take care of the things noted and would be a great place to stay.

You will rent this villa/ vacation home directly from the owner in the Netherlands. For years we've travelled to lots of places in the US and we loved it everywhere! The friendly people, beautiful nature, clean streets and the endless roads make it our number one vacation land! We absolutely love our Florida home and tried to make it as comfortable as possible for ourselves and of course for you, our guests!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

As we travelled a lot by car through the entire country for a few decades, Florida always felt like 'coming home' to us. The area where our house is located offers both nature and privacy and the entertainment of the Orlando parcs, beaches on the Atlantic Ocean and Golf of Mexico.
With always beautifil weather Florida has it all during all four seasons!
